This is a YouTube video titled "No Knock Eviction ...This Happened NEXT! | Evictions Caught On Camera" (posted April 1, 2023). The clip is a first-person walkthrough by Joe Homs 949-625-4533 (with his business partner Alex present) depicting a realtor/landlord entering a vacant Irvine, California rental to take possession after a tenant stopped paying. Joe narrates the forced-entry-style eviction, inspects the 4-bed/3-bath, ~2,800 sq ft home, describes intended management and rental plans (estimating ~$7,000/month), and says he will pursue back rent legally. Toward the end he reveals the segment as an April Fools' prank and notes there is no such thing as a "no-knock realtor" search warrant. The content is a narrated real-estate/eviction video rather than a multi-person conversational transcript.

Okay, we're here today. We're in Irvine, California. We're doing a no-knock realtor eviction warrant. These people haven't been paying for over a year and a half, and so we're going to go in. Remember, no knock. Get in that property, take possession of it today. I got the warrant right here in my hand, and we're ready to go. This is Alex. He's my business partner. I'm Joe Homs, and we're getting ready to hit that door. Let's go. Always good to kind of look around to see what's going on, make sure there's, uh, nobody available out here that is going to cause us any problems. So let's go up to the front door and see what we can do. Remember, this is, this is no knock, so I don't need to knock or anything. But yeah, the door's locked. Okay, so I need to take out my special tools to unlock this door. I can't let you see that process because these are special tools that I use to unlock the door. So you ready? Warrant! Warrant, we're here! Warrant! I'll go this way, you go that way. Okay, clear, clear down here. Alex, you take that way, I'll go upstairs. Realtor! Realtor with a warrant! Hello? Hello? Anybody home? Sounds, sounds a little empty. Looks like a bedroom over here. We'll clear that real quick. That looks like the master primary bath. Doesn't look too bad actually. Wow, huge walk-in closet. First time I've been here, so yeah, not too bad for a tenant situation. Again, they haven't been paying in over a year on this place. Looks like some damage there. We're okay here. This door, this door looks like it was left open. We'll have to check that. Maybe somebody jumped out as we were coming in. Who knows? Now make sure you check all this stuff when you're doing this. Are you good downstairs? All clear. Yeah, all clear? Okay, let's look out here. They did leave some stuff behind. Oh, another bathroom up here. Yeah, actually doesn't look in bad shape. I'm very surprised. I'm very surprised. So yeah, let's, uh, let's make sure that there's nobody in the closet here. So yeah, I think it's okay. Let me see. Let me open the door. Gotcha. Okay, so obviously it's April Fool's Day. The real story here is we started an eviction. It's true that they hadn't been paying for over a year. I just got a text from the tenant on Sunday. Telling me that the place was vacant. He did leave some stuff behind. Hopefully I don't mind, like he gave me a choice. So that's the story. I took possession of it Sunday, and so now we have the place back. I'm very, very pleased that it wasn't in super bad condition. There's a couple of things that need to be repaired and fixed. And then I'll literally put this place back on the market. We're in a very nice area of Irvine, California. This is 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2-story, about 2,800 square feet. This place can easily rent out for about $7,000 a month. Long-term rental, $7,000 a month. So we'll put, put this back on the market. We'll get it rented out as soon as possible. I'm going to manage the place as well, and I'll be sending the owner a monthly check for the $7,000 minus my management fee, which isn't honestly much. And, uh, and then we'll go from there. So a happy ending for everybody. I'm still going after the tenant for the back payment of rent. And so once I get the judgment on that, I'll have a document that I can literally follow him around to the next place, or if he ever owns a place, I'll file that document there to have him pay that back rent. So he's not getting away scot-free. We do pursue these as much as we can through the courts legally. There is no such thing as a no-knock realtor search warrant. Okay, again, this is April Fools'. Hope you guys have a great, great April Fools' and don't get fooled too much.
