I could not get the feeling out of me after watching his face and how much joy a piece of real estate brought to him. It was a great accomplishment to see him work on his newest project and see the pride of ownership when it was complete. I bring this up because we need to know ourselves and all the ups and downs of real estate. During the numerous books, seminars, and other teachings I encountered a gentleman in Arizona. I want to share that with you. His name is John Burleigh, and his book, 7 Levels of Investing, he discusses where you might fall in his hierarchy.
