In this YouTube video, seasoned real‑estate broker, investor, and mentor Joe Homs (over 40 years experience) addresses both new and experienced investors, explaining why hiring a home stager is a smart investment for fix‑and‑flip projects. He counters the misconception that staging is unnecessary in a hot market and outlines four concrete benefits: (1) professional photography paired with staging creates eye‑catching online listings; (2) staged homes forge an emotional connection for buyers, making it easier for them to envision living there; (3) this emotional bond often translates into higher offers, sometimes even prompting buyers to purchase the staged furniture; and (4) staging delivers the highest rate of return among typical flip expenses, comparable to contractors, appliances, and flooring. Joe invites viewers to watch a case‑study flip that sold in under a week, and encourages anyone with questions to contact him directly.

In this video, I'll go over 4 reasons why you need to use a home stager. Coming up next. In this hot market, it's easy to believe that home staging is not necessary. Why spend the money when the house will sell fast without it? Before you discount this service, let's go over 4 reasons why you should consider it. I started this channel for the new and experienced investor. If you know somebody that wants to live the life they've always wanted through real estate, please share this video with them. I have over 40 years experience as a broker, investor, and mentor. Number 1, home staging looks amazing online, and that is when you hire a professional photographer to take professional photos. Don't be going out there and pulling your iPhone out and taking photos of this absolutely gorgeous staging. Make sure it's professionally done. Number 2, home staging creates an emotional connection to the property. When somebody comes over and they take a look at what this can look like, it's way easier than if they walked in and looked at a vacant canvas and then start thinking, well, how can I picture this? Makes it more difficult. When they actually walk in and they actually see it there, it is amazing what that can do for the resale value of that home. Number 3, home staging will create higher offers, and that's because of the emotional bond that's developed when the buyer goes over and sees it. And I've had several times where the buyer will ask me, Can I buy this furniture? And that's up to the home staging company, but they're happy to sell their furniture for a certain price and then replace that furniture with new furniture. So it can increase the price of the home. Number 4, home staging has the highest rate of return on a portion of your flip. So you've got, you know, your contractor, your appliances, your flooring. Home staging's right in there with the cost that you pay for home staging and what you see at the end of the day. It is a bargain and a great opportunity to sell this home for a higher value. Just as with everything else you spend money on when flipping a home, investors should see home staging as an investment. Investments have a return, and home staging is no different.
