In this segment of the YouTube video "White Color Trend in Home Renovation," host Joe Homs explains a recent bathroom renovation aimed at maximizing broad appeal. He notes that the home originally had two bathrooms; in the featured bathroom, the bathtub was removed and replaced with a modern shower, and all fixtures were updated with brand‑new, white‑focused elements. The narration emphasizes the design strategy of keeping choices popular to attract a wide audience, illustrating how the white color trend is applied in practical renovation work.

So we try to keep it as popular as possible so we can appeal to this many people instead of a few. As we go back here, this one did have 2 bathrooms. So this bathroom, all we did was took out the bathtub, and as you can— as you walk in, you'll be able to see it. We took out the bathtub and we put a shower in here, and then everything else obviously brand new. If you want to take a look in there.
