Hey, welcome home to my flip. We finally finished, okay, and it's been staged and photos have been taken and we're ready to go. And I'll walk you through some things that I really want to kind of point out. As you come in, the bedroom here to the right, if you want to take a look in there. Again, we put a closet in this bedroom. To make it a legal bedroom. Okay, and we'll head out this way towards the living area. It just always amazes me the way I get these properties, the condition that they're in, and then I walk in at the end and I go, wow, just like amazing. So anyways, replaced all the windows, all the doors, all the cabinets. We did some landscaping on the outside as well. This is one of the things I wanted to point out. This is kind of unique in that this fireplace goes all the way around for both sides. And normally I put a mantel on here, but it's literally just going to the wood store and buying a mantel. This one had to be custom made because again, it does go all the way around. And so he did it just like it is. I'm going to leave it at this point just like it is, but I kind of want your opinion. And if you can comment down below, leave it like it is, stain it like the wood railing that goes up the stairs, and we'll catch that when we get up there, or paint it white. That was really kind of my options for this, but I'd like to hear what your options are. Dining area, not much done here, and then the kitchen. So we completely blew out the old kitchen dark colors, and you can see now that we have the, the light colors how much more attractive that it looks with the light colors. Out here to the left is the downstairs bathroom, and we use the floor tile out at the fireplace To kind of keep everything, you know, coordinated and matching. And we have a closet here, and then we have the washer and dryer area to my right, here to your left. Okay, let's go upstairs. And then here's a stair rail that I was talking about. So if I wanted to stain it just like this for the fireplace, that would have been another option. But I decided to kind of leave it like it is and let the owners decide what they want to do. These cabinets up here we did stain the same as the stair rail. Bedroom number 2 upstairs, and then we have— we have a walk-in closet here, and then the bathroom. And then we'll head over to the master and the master bath area. So here we have the master. And the master bath. Tell me what you think. Okay, anyways, out here. There were some issues with the cement cracking, and so I had them repour the cement. As you can see, it looks beautiful, brand new. We fixed the sprinkler system, and as you can see, we put bark down and some little bushes all the way around. We kind of left it like this for the new owner. If, if they have a pet, then they can easily just scrape this out to the side and then put some sod in. And it's, you know, maybe a $100 job to do that. So it's really easy for them to do that. This is just, you know, to make it look appealing. We had the air conditioning unit recertified and cleaned up. And so that's all ready to go, heating and air conditioning. And so as you can see, the rest of it out here, there was quite a large crack over here that we decided to— Fix. Repour this area here. Okay guys, let me know what you think. I really value your comments, so please comment on this. If you want to see how we got started, then I want you to click this video right here.
