So when we remind ourselves of all the things that we have done and accomplished and overcome, we fuel the future things that we must overcome and the future things that we want to accomplish. Hey there. Good day. I hope you're doing amazing. And I was just thinking that a lot of us are, you know, consistently focusing on our goals. What do we want to achieve? What do we want to let go of? Who do we want to become? Where do we want to go? Who do we want to help? A lot of goals, right? What about celebrations? Have you considered that part of the goal achieving process and part of how you activate the reward center of your brain is you focus also on what is it that you've achieved up until now? What hurdles have you overcome up until now? Whenever we think about challenges that we face that we've overcome, whenever we think about the lessons we've learned from those challenges, whenever we think of anything as simple as learning how to ride a bike as a kid and learning how to speak the languages that we speak, and learning how to do math and learning how to cook and learning how to get dressed, and learning, learning, learning and doing, doing, doing and accomplishing, accomplishing, accomplishing. Anytime we think of those things, we're activating that same neural network and that reward center, which actually increases motivation. So when we remind ourselves of all the things that we have done and accomplished and overcome, we fuel the future things that we must overcome and the future things that we want to accomplish. So today, just before this beautiful weekend is, you know, gone, why not write a list of all the things that you can think of that you have overcome and you've achieved and celebrate, celebrate, celebrate, celebrate.
