And over the years, I've realized that it's not the smartest, it's not the fastest, it's not the most skilled that achieve the greatest success. It's those of us who are committed and stay consistent to achieving our goals no matter what. Hey, I've just been sitting here enjoying.
This beautiful view at the end of the day. Just finished a little workout in the shower.
Just looking at this, enjoying a little.
Bit of life and a little relaxation. And I was thinking about a couple things that I think might help you for achieving success in any area of your life. And the first thing is around commitment, right? And being committed to the outcomes that you want. And it's so easy, I know, to set goals, to have desires, and to hope and pray and wish and want to achieve things.
But it really takes commitment, doesn't it.
To become who we need to become to achieve what we want to achieve. It really takes commitment to follow through to completion. Being a finisher is different than being a starter.
It's so easy to start, especially for us adults. Our brain doesn't like change, our brain doesn't want change. And change takes a little bit of effort. And we fight it at a neurological level, sometimes at an emotional level.
And that's what causes us not to take action. So we have to have commitment to follow through to completion.
And the other one is consistency. And I've often said I'm not the.
Smartest guy, you know, in the world.
Probably above average, but not much above that.
But the one thing that I can.
Tell you that has helped me achieve success is I'm consistent. I'm consistent every day, every week, every month. If I get off track, I get back on track. And over the years, I've realized that it's not the smartest, it's not the fastest, it's not the most skilled that achieve the greatest success. It's those of us who are committed to and stay consistent to achieving our.
Goals no matter what.
So I hope this helps you a little bit.
