John Assaraf delivers a short holiday message offering a free downloadable "Exceptional Life Blueprint" that shows how he sets goals for the upcoming year (2016). He explains the blueprint contains his life purpose, outer and inner vision, values, daily decision-making framework, and specific goals (financial, relationship, career, health), plus milestones, affirmations and a daily prayer. He asks viewers to download but first reflect on their desires and emotional reactions (positive/negative self-talk), and teases a series of short follow-up videos explaining common mistakes and three critical factors that affect goal achievement and motivation.

Hey, this is John. I just want to wish you an extremely happy holiday season. And I want to give you a little bit of a gift for you to be able to make sure that 2016 happens to be your, your best year ever. And so what I did for you is this. I created something for you called my Exceptional Life Blueprint. And it's how I set my goals for the upcoming year. And you can have this as a gift. And not only will I give you this as a gift so you can fill it out for yourself, I've actually included my goals for you to see some specifically and precisely how do I set my goals? And so you'll see my purpose for my life. You'll see my outer vision, my inner vision, my values, and how I make all of my decisions daily so that I don't end up being overwhelmed and confused and feel like there's so many things going on. I've put in here my financial goals for 2016, relationship goals, career goals, health goals, milestones of where I'm going to be in 2016. I've put one of my, I guess all time favorite health affirmations, one of my all time favorite prayers that I recite every day. And the reason I'm doing this for you is so many people set goals and they have dreams and goals that they want to achieve, but they really don't have somebody to show them the right way to set goals, the right way to process how to achieve those goals. And what I'd like you to do is just download this, it's free. And here's the thing that I would like you to do is as you're reading my goals and as you start thinking about your own goals for 2016, I want you to think about the positive or negative self talk or the positive or negative emotions that you start to feel when you just begin to think about what it is that you really want to achieve. Because a lot of times when people set goals, either they're really excited or they're really fearful. And I'll show you some ways and some videos that are coming up over the next few days on how to use those to your benefit. And what I'm going to share with you as well is that there's a big difference between setting goals, which everybody can do, and achieving goals. And what I really want you to understand is there's a scientific process for getting and staying motivated, staying on track, not being overwhelmed. And there are certain things that you can do every single day to activate the emotions that drive your behavior towards your success versus the emotions that cause you to lose hope or to stop you dead on your tracks from achieving your goals and dreams. And so over the next few days, I'll share with you some mini videos no longer than this one is around, let's say three critical factors that can derail your your ability to achieve your goals and what to do about them. But also there are mistakes that people make just when they set their goals. And so here's what I promise you. Download this. There's nothing to buy. You'll get a chance to see my goals and how I set them up. There's blank documents for you to start thinking about filling them out. But I don't want you to fill them out yet. I want you just to think about what it is you want. And in the next two or three videos, I'll show you how to make 2016 your absolute, unequivocally beautiful best year ever. So right on this page you're going to see. You can download this if you like it, share it, and I look forward to getting you a few more videos to really help make 2016your best year ever. And again, happy holiday.
