Get Unstuck And Start Living The Life Of Your Dreams

John Assaraf (presenter) explains how the brain’s conscious (left prefrontal cortex/decision-making) and subconscious (the "gorilla") often conflict, keeping people stuck in comfort zones via learned emotional patterns (shame, embarrassment, fear) formed in childhood. He illustrates with a classroom humiliation example to show how negative experiences wire more strongly than positives, causing the subconscious to apply brakes on conscious goals (e.g., public speaking, weight loss). Assaraf introduces his book Inner Size and associated audio exercises (Inner Size #1: "Take Six — calm the circuits" and Inner Size #2: "A I A / AYA" — awareness, intention, action) as methods to de-activate stress responses, create new neural patterns, and align conscious desires with subconscious wiring. He also provides prelaunch logistics (preorder bonuses, price and purchase link) and invites practice and further coaching.

Morning, Good evening, good afternoon. Where are you in the world right now? I want to talk to you about how your two brains are keeping you stuck. Two brains, right? What do you mean two brains? I only have one brain. Most people think, how is it that this three pound gray matter can keep you stuck when it's so brilliant and it's got genius capabilities? Right, Mr. Albert Einstein, genius capabilities. His brain, same as yours, Leonardo da Vinci. His brain same as yours, Marie Antoinette. Same brain as yours, different skills of course. So, all right, let's see. Hey there. Haley Stevens. Hello there. All right, we're going to be talking about how your two brains are keeping you stuck. I want to wait for. There we go. We're getting people to join us. Hans Anderson. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. All right, when you join, say hello. Doug Tabor. Good morning. So how are your two brains keeping you stuck? Anybody have any idea how your two brains are keeping you stuck? Rhonda and Tiki and Shamim Kamar. Dave Gambrell. Yo. Back to you. Jody Lynn. I used to live in West Van. Antonia. Hello. Jenny Fahd. Hello. Mr. Mark T. Howell. I love your participation in our achievers community bawar. Hello. All right, Melissa. Hello. So how is it your two brains. Everybody thinks we have one brain. One brain. One brain. But no, we don't. What I did last week, for those of you who were not on last week, I did a session on the power of your beliefs and habits. So that was last week's session on my achieve even more training, which is what this training is called every Tuesday morning at 9:00am Pacific Time, 12:00am New York Time. And so last week we talked about the power of your beliefs and habits. This week we are going to talk about your two brains and how they are keeping you stuck. Anybody have any idea what I am talking about? By the way, many of you know my new book Inner size comes out September 25th. We have a prelaunch going on right now with tons of bonuses. I'm talking right now on. Okay, chapter, Let me just see chapter number two. All right. Meet the gorilla. How your two brains are keeping you stuck. And this is the early bird copy, but you can order yours@ignitemybrain.com My team will put a link for you and there's tons of bonuses. Give me one second, let me put my brain back together. Does anybody know what I'm talking about when I say how your two brains are keeping you stuck? Meet the gorilla. What's the gorilla? All right, anybody have any idea what I am talking about. All right, how many of you have already bought the book, by the way? If you bought the book, just tell me. John, I bought the book already. Hi, Cheryl. How your two brains are keeping you stuck? Now, why would we even come up with a comment like that when everybody knows I only have one brain? And what I can share with you in doing 30 plus years of research, you know, on the brain and looking or learning, excuse me, the different facets of the brain, Dave. The amygdala. The amygdala is actually an emotional response center, all right, that manages your emotions such as fear, happiness, etc. So it's just a response center. But most people have an understanding at a general level what I'm about to talk about, but they don't do anything about it. And so let me share with you what I'm referring to. You all know that you have a conscious part of your brain that's responsible for certain things, okay? But then you also have a subconscious part of the brain. Subconscious. And so what is this 800 pound gorilla that prevents you from achieving your goals? Like, what is it? Like, what do you think it is about the subconscious that prevents you from achieving your goals when consciously you want to achieve your goals? Right. Consciously you want to achieve your goals. And K. Kamyar. Yeah, we have, you know, right hemisphere and left hemisphere of the brain, and in between, okay, we have something called the corpus callosum that connects both hemispheres. And contrary to popular belief, we're not, you know, left brain dominant or right brain dominant. We use all of our brain every 24 hours. So you don't use only 5 or 10% of your brain. The possibilities are endless. All right, but when you're talking about the gorilla, the subconscious is the, you know what I, what I talk about in the book, right? Is I named it the gorilla. So conscious and subconscious. Yes. So tell me what you know about the subconscious mind. Like if it is the 800 pound gorilla, what do we know? Right. The gorilla gets what the gorilla wants. And so if you ask yourself a question of do I really know how to get my subconscious mind aligned with my conscious desires and goals? So answer that question for me. Answer me that riddle. Do you know how to get your subconscious mind? By the way, the subconscious is not like here and the conscious is here. We know that the left prefrontal cortex, for example, is the seat of awareness and it's the seat of decision making. It's a seat of choosing what we want. We know that this part of the brain we Call the left prefrontal cortex. And it's what I call is the Einstein part of the brain. It can figure things out. You consciously can figure things out. The right prefrontal cortex is the pessimist, or what I refer to as the Frankenstein part of the brain that moves into the memory system and brings forth anything that may get you into trouble, anything may be painful, anything that might hurt you. And so there's these, these things going on in the brain. If you think of your brain as an orchestra and some of your brain is responsible to play, certain pieces and other parts of your brain are there to protect you. When those pieces oppose each other or are not in alignment, then you have chaos, you have dissonance. So think about this. I want to read your answers. What is your subconscious mind, okay, supposed to do? Like what is it supposed to do? Okay, let's have a discussion versus me talking about, you know, this right now. Let's, let's, let's think, right? Let's use your conscious mind to think. What is your subconscious doing every day, all day, 24 hours, seven days a week, you know, 365 days a year. What is it doing? For those of you just joined, I'm talking about my new book, Inner Size, chapter number two. Meet the Gorilla and the conscious and subconscious mind. So Cheryl says conserve energy. Okay, so conserving energy means it's going to operate the patterns that are already embedded in the subconscious mind. Right, Cheryl, it's going to operate automatically all the patterns that are already embedded in the subconscious mind. Correct. Erin says trying to stop you. Not necessarily. It's not trying to stop you. It's there to protect you and keep you safe. Now safe from what, Alina? Safe from what? Right, and so there are certain things that are very safe, but your subconscious mind may see it as a threat. So Lily says it protects, looks for danger. Correct, Melissa? Absolutely. The reptilian, instinctual part of the brain is scanning the incoming light. Information. Light is energy information. It's, it's scanning it and it's, it's connecting it to the memory bank to see if there's anything at a cellular level or at a, at a neurological level that represents a potential or real danger. A potential or real danger. Not the truth, but a potential. And that's actually what's connected to the amygdala on the inside obviously of the skull right above the ears. That releases that neurochemicals of stress just in case something might hurt you. So it keeps you alive. Yeah, I don't know. How to pronounce him boozoic. So it keeps you alive. So it's responsible for, you know, your heartbeat, for digestion, for your autonomic nervous system. It's responsible to make sure that as 10 million cells die off, 10 million new ones are create. It's responsible for your immune system, it's responsible for your digestive system. There are nine different systems in the body. The endocrine system, the nervous system, etc. It's responsible to make sure all of that happens while you are doing what you need to do every day. So when we talk about you have two brains, not one. I want you to imagine this scenario. Now. Let's say that when you were, let's say, eight or nine or 10 years old story, eight or nine or 10 years Old, and you're in school, and the teacher asked a question, and you raised your hand, and the teacher says, please stand up. And you stood up and you were really excited. Oh, you're going to get to share this answer. And you shared the answer. It was wrong. And the teacher said, sorry, John, that's the wrong answer. And then your friends went, ha, ha ha ha. You got the wrong answer. You're such an idiot. You're so stupid. Don't you know that answer? It's so easy. I want you to understand what just happened from a brain perspective. Initially, you were excited, so dopamine was probably released. You want to get up and, and share with your class because maybe you thought you knew the answer and the teacher picked you. So there was a bonding between you and the teacher, and oxytocin was released as well. And then the very next second or two or three, you shared the wrong answer. And then you were ridiculed, embarrassed and shamed by your classmates. Guess what happens in the brain. The that memory formulated a neural pattern a thousand times, ten thousand times faster, okay, than when you did something pleasurable. So a negative response or a negative experience wires in the brain thousands and thousands and thousands of times faster than a positive one. So let's leave that alone. And let's say for the next 20 years of your life, you never really felt comfortable to speak in public unless you were 100% certain. Even then there was this little fear of a possibility that you might get embarrassed or ashamed or ridiculed again. And let's imagine you have a job and let's say you have an opportunity to speak in front of, you know, of a board, or you have to speak in front of your team members. Guess what happens at the subconscious level Even though consciously you want to do this, if the pattern at the subconscious level fires up the old memory beneath your level of awareness, because at the subconscious level, it is wired there, you are going to put the brakes on, taking action and doing what you need to do. So the subconscious mind is running 95, 96, 97, 98% of your life, your thoughts, your emotions, your feelings and your behaviors. And so when you have a conscious goal, I want to do this, I want to achieve that. I to want, I want to let go of this, guess what happens. Your conscious brain can use your imagination and you can use your deductive reasoning to choose what you want. But if at the subconscious level, at the patterns that are wired from childhood all the way through your life, there is any, let me repeat any chance that you might be embarrassed, ashamed, ridiculed, judged, you fear failure, fear success, fear disappointing yourself or another person again, you will put your foot on the brake and not take action and move forward. So when we talk about, again, I'm talking about Inner Size, my new book. If you want to get a copy, go get a copy with all the bonuses@ignitemybrain.com I'm talking about chapter number two right now. Meet the Gorilla. Every human being has got this part of them that says, I want to achieve this, I want to do this. But we all have these patterns that are subconscious, that are driving our behaviors more than our conscious efforts. And so when we're dealing with the gorilla in the brain, and again, it's a metaphorical way to look at it, you have to understand that the gorilla is going to get whatever the gorilla is wired to get. The gorilla does not care about what you consciously want. The gorilla really focuses on the patterns that are going to keep it safe. And here's what safe means. Safe just means comfort zone. Let's say you're miserable. Let's say you're broke. Let's say you're overweight. Let's say you're in a relationship that you don't like. Let's say you're a job you don't love that is safe to the gorilla. Why? Because it knows the pain it's already dealing with, it knows the discomfort. It knows the price it's paying already versus getting out of that comfort zone. Leaving the job that you're not happy with, leaving a relationship that you're not in love with, trying to earn more income, getting out of debt. You could be in debt and comfortable. You could be in a relationship you hate and comfortable, you could be in A job that you don't love and comfortable. And the gorilla is going to keep you in your comfort zone. So you have two brains, not one. So the key is to really understand first and foremost that you have a brain. You're not your brain. The whole idea with inner size, right, is to create a pathway for you to be able to say, okay, here's how my brain works, simply as I've put it today, and here's what I could do about it. To move out of a state of chaos and dissonance and into a state of coherence and alignment. Does that make sense? And Cheryl, Yes, Inner sizing will help you. And by the way, when anybody buys the book today, I've got eight audio inner sizes that I'm going to give you where I will help you get alignment in your brain. You're going to get the first three right away. Has anybody that's watching right now? That was on last week. Did you already buy the book and start listening to the inner sizes that, that I created for you? All right, so. And somebody just said, I'm afraid of public speaking. Hold on. Kim said, there you go. Kim had that experience. But here's something I want, I want you to remember, Kim, you're actually not afraid of speaking in public. You are afraid of being embarrassed, ashamed, ridiculed or judged. Right? So nobody, nobody is afraid of public speaking. We're afraid of the things I just mentioned. And those are automatic triggers in your brain that are keeping you safe. Now, here's the one thing I want you to understand. Your brain is going to be your biggest ally in your life because it's the most powerful known organism in the universe. But we haven't been given the user's manual. And so the reason, you know, I said the new science to unlock your hidden power, and this is Dr. Sweeney Pillay from Harvard says, cutting edge techniques to master your fullest potential. When you understand what's going on and you understand how to work with the way your brain works, you are going to be able to utilize your brain better. So when we're talking about your brain has got to be aligned. So let me ask you a question and let me actually look at some of your comments. Lillian, how do you get the book? It's go to ignitemybrain.com ignitemybrain.com David, when you bought the book, you had to go to step number two, put your receipt inside the link that was there. So go back to the page where you bought the book. Okay, so let me See? All right, so let me ask you a question. I want you to think about this. Type in right now, any goal you have that you haven't yet achieved. I'm going to give you some real life lessons. Okay? So let me coach you right now. By the way, if you're enjoying this, will you do me a favor? Hit the share button. I want to get this. My vision for this book is to help millions of people recognize what is holding them back. Whether it's their fears, their limiting beliefs, their self image, their old stories, excuses, traumas they've had from the past. My goal is to help them unlock their brain's hidden power, but more importantly is to overcome any of the things that are limiting you and holding you back. Right now. My goal is to help millions of people understand how to do that, but also give them the tools to do it. So the book comes with audios and it comes with some videos to train you, to help you. So the book's like 15 bucks, but you're gonna get hundreds of dollars worth of bonuses when you pre order it right now. Okay. And you're gonna get the first couple chapters right away. So let's say, okay, so Manaj says my personal weight loss results. Okay, so. And Elena says I've been overweight for 20 years. Good. Rhonda says, financially secure, build my business, be a millionaire next year. Okay? So these are all goals that you have, right? So my goal is to release weight and keep it off. By the way, for anybody who wants to lose weight, make your goal lose weight and keep it off, not lose weight. You can lose weight. Three to five pounds you can lose in 24 hours. All right? So make it lose weight and keep it off. But also instead of just having a goal to lose weight and keep it off, have a goal, says lose weight, keep it off. So I have more energy to spend time doing the things I want with my kids, my grandkids, travel the world, see things, have more energy, have more vitality, give yourself more goals that relate to why you want to achieve it as well. Because a why helps a lot. But let's say that you use the conscious part of your brain, okay? And we're talking about, if you just joined us, that we have two brains now, one conscious and subconscious. And the subconscious, in my new book, I'm calling the Gorilla. So let's say you have a conscious goal that you used your left prefrontal cortex, part of your brain, the decision making part of your brain to decide, and you imagine yourself, you feel, you know I really want to achieve this. This will be great. That's awesome. What happens if, at the subconscious level, okay, so you have conscious goal, conscious vision, conscious reasons why I want to achieve it. What happens if, at the subconscious level, let's say for weight, you try to lose weight before, and maybe you have, but then you've gained it back. What if you've done that three or four or five or six times? Is that pattern, okay? The memory, the pattern locked in the subconscious mind of all those experiences, Is it there? Okay, just let's answer that question that everybody can answer. Is it there? Is that pattern there? All right, let me see your comments here. So our goals, you know, the pattern there of I've tried before and I've lost weight and I've failed of lost weight and gained it back. Is the pattern there? And the answer Patty says is, yes, the pattern is there. So here's how the brain works. You set a goal using the left prefrontal cortex of your brain, your imagination. And then right after you set the goal and you're excited because you are making some progress, your brain says, hey, last time you did this, you gained all the weight back. Why even try? Last time you did this, and your friends saw that you did this, and then you gained all the weight back. Next time you saw them, you were embarrassed, you were a little ashamed of yourself Last time you did this, or the three or four or five or six times before that, you gained all the weight back and you disappointed yourself and your significant other because, you know, they said you looked really great. And then you gained all the weight back, so you disappointed them and yourself, and you were embarrassed or ashamed. And so that pattern is there. Right? Do you all agree with me so far? The pattern is there. And so if you have. And think about your imagination and your. Your choice to set a goal is one pattern that you formulate, but if underneath there's a subconscious pattern of embarrassment, shame, failure, guilt, disappointment, et cetera, if that pattern is also there, then you have two opposing patterns. You have one pattern that says, let's go and do this, but you have another pattern that says, but last time you did this, you failed, or you've seen your sister or brother or mother or father or friend do this, and guess what? They gained all the weight back anyway, so why even try? I'm going to keep you safe in your comfort zone. I'm going to conserve energy, and that way I'm going to save you some time and money and energy. Does that make sense? That is called cognitive Dissonance. That is another way of saying that's called chaos in the brain. And a brain in chaos will do what? It'll just stick around doing the things that it's comfortable doing where it's known. So somebody just asked, what's the book? That's Mark Jen. It's called Inner the new science to unlock your brain's hidden power. It gets released on September 25th in bookstores all over the United States. And you can get a copy by ordering it at the link that's below@ignitemybrain.com and there's hundreds of dollars of bonuses because with the inner sizes I also went into the studio to create the inner size audios to guide you through inner sizing. Okay. Which is something that all of our clients around the world do. Over 100,000 clients inner size daily to calibrate and create coherence between the subconscious and the conscious brain. So there is coherence instead of chaos. And by the way, if you go to that page, there's a sneak peek as well that you can read the first, you know, 20 or 30 pages to get an idea of this as well. So let me answer some of your questions. Elliphtheria. You are welcome. Alright, let's see. I got some questions here. Yeah, you can get it on Amazon if you like. So what will this help with? So Cheryl, I'm doing a party for our clients and friends September 28th in San Diego at our offices and you're invited. Okay. So thank you Kevin for pre ordering. Will be available on Kindle in Australia. Thank you, Mark Jen. So Haley, I love the way you spell your name by the way. Can you clear out guilt, shame, embarrassment, fear across the board? Yeah, you can. And the way that you clear it out is first understanding that all emotions are. Let me actually tell you this a little bit differently. Let's say you have a car, which I imagine most people who are watching have a car. Imagine you're driving your car and a light comes on the dash. It's like, oh, I wonder what that light is. And you look a little bit closer and it says there's a little, you're low on oil in the engine. Okay? So you're aware of that and the light stays on. And then two seconds later another light comes on and you go, what's going on? And it says that the rear tire is low on air. You God, what the hell is going on? And so you keep driving, you say, at the next gas station I'm going to stop and I'LL fill up the air and I'll put some oil in the, in the engine so that I top everything up. Now, why am I using that example? When we have an emotion, all emotions, everybody pay close attention. You have emotions, you are not your emotions. Emotions are different than feelings. Emotions happen as a autumn, as an automatic subconscious trigger when your brain is evaluating something you want to do or something that you are doing against the memory that's in there that's causing this old emotion of how you felt or what you did or what you were thinking or what you were experiencing at the time that the memory was created. So all emotions are processed at the subconscious level. And whatever pattern is associated with that behavior that you're doing right now, or the incoming stimuli from the outside world is going to trigger the this emotion, which then sends a neurochemical release that you feel as guilt and has the thought patterns of guilt, or the emotions of being embarrassed. The feeling is the conscious awareness of the cocktail of neurochemicals that have been released. But the emotion is subconscious. So is it possible to recalibrate neurological pattern in the brain? Is it possible? If a pattern is nothing more than neurons that have been coalesced or connected, can you interrupt a pattern from the past? Is it possible to interrupt a pattern from the past? So answer that question. Is it possible to interrupt a pattern from the past? Right. So is it possible? Is it possible? Of course it's possible. Any pattern that exists in the brain is nothing more than a group of neurons, brain cells that in many cases have 10,000 connections, okay, at the end of each neuron that formulate this connectedness between the neurons. So you can interrupt a pattern, just like you can interrupt and create a new habit. You can interrupt an emotional pattern, a behavioral pattern, a feeling pattern, and you can interrupt it using a variety of methodologies. You can take a pattern and you can visualize it getting smaller. You can accentuate it with colors, with animal images, with visualization, with meditation, with mindfulness, with affirmation with subliminal programming, you can interrupt patterns. And even more important than that, based on the latest research on neuroplasticity, you can create a new pattern and that becomes the new default pattern. And so how do you interrupt a pattern? So, Antonia, that's a great, great, great question. So if you take any event that's occurred in the past, if you just merely think of that event that's occurred in the past, chances are you're firing off the neural network of that pattern, right? So you can take the idea of Eating your favorite dessert. What do you think is happening in your brain when you pretend you're eating that favorite dessert of yours and your mouth starts to water and you start to feel, oh, that's such a great dessert. That's neurons in your brain firing and the neurochemistry that is associated with that memory firing. Now, let's say that you have a disempowering pattern of being embarrassed or ashamed or ridiculed. But instead of just thinking about the pattern going, oh, I don't like it, as soon as you think about the pattern and it has a, I'm going to say a disempowering or negative emotion, chances are that means that the stress center in the brain has been activated. That means that your heartbeat's going to go up. That means that your sweat glands are going to be activated. That means you're going to breathe a little bit less deeply, you're going to be more shallowly, and that is the fear or stress response. Now, what if instead of allowing that to continue, you just stopped and you had this intention? I'm going to dissolve the effectiveness or the strength of this pattern. How do you do that? Well, first and foremost, you stop, you sit, and you start with inner size number one, that actually I guide you through in the book. All right? And inner size number one is called take six, calm the circuits. So you want to move from your stress and react system to your relax and respond system. You have parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, okay, that are triggered within the body. So what happens when you sit quietly and you take six deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth like you're blowing out through a straw, when you do it 6 times in 10 second rhythmic breaths. And you focus on the air that you're blowing out through your mouth like you're blowing out through a straw? That simple. Inner size is inner size number one, take six, calm the circuits. It actually deactivates the stress, fear, embarrassment, shame, guilt circuit. And in a quiet, relaxed state, that same memory does not have the same power. But if you don't do it in that state, you do it in a tense, stressful state. You're actually reinforcing that pattern versus thinking about bringing up that old memory and doing this repetitively 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times, until the neurons really don't fire that strength at that strength level. And what happens when you do inner size number one backed by inner size number two, which, by the way, when you get the book, I'm going to Be your coach. And you're going to listen to me guide you through this, all right? Through some inner sizing. In inner size number two, it's called aya A I, A. And in a size number two is in a relaxed, calm state. I want you to become aware, what am I thinking, what am I feeling? So thoughts, emotions, feelings, sensations. And what's the behavior, okay, that I was going to take before? And you just become aware of it without judgment, without blame, without shame, without guilt. Just pure awareness as you continue to breathe. And then you ask, what's one intention? So my intention is to release this guilt. My intention is to release this shame. My intention is to release this feeling of embarrassment. My intention is to release this. My intention is to fill in the blank and then the next a in ayah, A I, A is action. What's one action step I can take right now towards my intention? One action step. Not 5 or 10 or 20. One action step. Why? We're looking to interrupt the old pattern. We're looking to be aware of it, set a new intention and take one action to let it go. And so one action could be. Well, I could do one affirmation right now that says I am choosing right now to release my embarrassment from the past when I was 12 years old. And I'm going to take one action to prove to myself that I can do this. Okay, so when you take six common circuits first, and then you do an inner size called ayah, then you dissipate the strength and power of an old memory, an old neural circuit that's been running for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years, 60 years in some cases or more. And then you are in control of it versus it being in control of you. Now you're working with your conscious brain to be aware now in a calm, relaxed, alpha brainwave state, which, taking six calm the circuits will get you into, okay, you're going to access your subconscious brain and then you can direct the new pattern that you want to create. And when you do that, guess what happens? You start to create coherence in the brain, and you start to be more in control of what you are doing, what you're experiencing than being in an automatic pilot state. And that is some of what inner sizes will do for you. If you've just joined, we're talking about inner size, the new science to unlock your brain's hidden power. You can pick it up@ignitemybrain.com we're in the pre launch right now. Between now and September 25th, I'm in pre launch, which means I'm going to include a bunch of bonuses for ordering it in advance. When you order it now, you're going to get the first two chapters, you're going to get the first three audio intercesses and it'll help you retrain your brain and use your brain the way it was meant to be used. All right. And so that is how you do some of this stuff. And it takes practice. Just like exercise takes practice, so does inner size. But what I can promise you is you'll learn more about your brain reading this book and applying what we teach than you have in most of your life. All right, so how does that sound for today? Hop on. You can actually read the first 20 or so pages if you go to theignitemybrain.com, you get a feel for my writing. If you don't own any of my other New York Times best selling books, every Tuesday I do a session and we're gonna have some fun. So if you've just ordered, let me know and I'll congratulate you. Patty, thank you so much. Sandra. Sandra, very good information. Awesome. You are welcome. Yeah. My goal, like I said, my goal is to help you be more in control of your life. To let go of what's not working. To let go of self limiting beliefs, let go of your fears that are holding you back. Let go of any self esteem issues that may be holding you back from achieving your goals and dreams. Let go of the stories you're telling yourself, you know, and really live the life you were meant to live. I, you know, I know that you can do it. And there's mental emotional blocks that every one of us has developed mostly from childhood when the subconscious brain was being developed. Nobody that is watching me right now has any had any beliefs or habits or even perceptions. When you were born, you developed all of your patterns. And so guess what?
