Where your attention goes, energy flows. You have more control than you think you do. You have more abilities than you think you do. The number one greatest skill for this year has been adaptability, adjustment, tweaking, adjustment. Hey there, and welcome to Framework Friday and a little bit of coaching with moi. I hope you're doing great, and if you're new to Neurogym, welcome. Every Friday, I do a little video with an idea, a thought, tools, techniques and things to think about. Crazy time in the world right now. So much uncertainty, unpredictability, chaos, confusion. Lots of stuff that's happening right now that none of us have ever been a part of. Stuff like it, yeah, World War II, some recessions, sure, but never anything like this. With so many different competing threats, so many different competing things to be thinking about that affect your life every day. Your business, your career, your family, your health. Lots of stuff going on. And still we have got about, you know, three months left in the year 2020. Before you know it, Thanksgiving. Before you know that, Christmas time. Before you know it, New Year's Eve. And you're gonna look back at this year and the question I want you to be in. Did you make the most out of this year? Did you adapt? Did you shift? Did you adjust? Did you surrender to what is, accept what is release what you needed to release, Accept what you needed to accept so that you can be focused, in control, on purpose, on target, no matter what. The number one greatest skill for this year has been adaptability, adjustment, tweaking, adjustment. So about three months left in 2020, what are you going to do to make sure that your health is better than it is right now, that your finances are better than they are right now, that your relationship is better than it is right now, that your career or business is better than it is right now? And the reason I want you to focus on making it better is because where your attention goes, energy flows. Let me repeat, where your attention goes, energy flows. So of your attention is on, oh, my God, what's happening? What am I going to do about it? What if this happens? What if that happens? What if I can't? What if I don't? What if I listen? What if you do? What if you focus your energy and attention on how to make everything better right now? What will you do differently? Today, tomorrow, this week, next week? What will you do differently is what's going to make the difference. More of the same equals more of the the same. So I want you to recalibrate your focus, recalibrate your attention, recalibrate your intention, and then I want you to start some planning. Behavior equals results. And it's the behavior you take or the behavior you don't take. Either one is a behavior. You have more control than you think you do. You have more abilities than you think you do. And I know that with focused attention and follow through, right, follow through, you can have a great next 90 days. The question is, are you committed to a great next 90 days? I am looking for me, my team, my private clients, you, to finish the year off strong and to start next year. Finish fast and strong, and that's going to take some thinking, some planning and execution, the discipline to follow through to completion. Are you in for the challenge? I'm here to support you. My team's here to support you. The tribe is here to support you. Together, we're going to lift each other as we climb towards having an amazing next few months. Hey, this is John, and if you like that video, watch the next video because it is packed with things that you can do right now to achieve success way faster than ever before.
