Hey, friends, this is John Assoff and I've got a great little gift for you. I just finished interviewing Wendy Walker, who is the executive producer of Larry King Live and she's been the producer of the show for I think about 4,000 shows. Now you may know that Larry King is retiring this Thursday. It's his last show ever. And I got a chance to hear some of the inside scoop from Wendy Walker as well as to talk to her about her new book called the Producer and what she's learned in the last 30 years of starting out as a secretary, working herself into the White House as correspondent there with abc, and then landing the job to produce the Larry King Live show. Now, I've been fortunate to have been on the show eight times and Wendy and I met after the Secret came out. She hosted one of the best shows around, the Secret with Larry King, and now that he's retiring, she granted me an interview with Larry, not with Larry, actually with her, about all the lessons she's learned about never giving up, about being mega organized, about making sure that every day is your best day. And I shared with her some of the things that I've learned by watching her produce this show since the time that we met. If you want to not just learn what she learned, but to get some of the inside scoops about what happened on the show and behind the scenes. A, pick up the book. There's information below. But B, listen to the 45 minute interview that I did with her and you will learn some amazing lessons about her life, about what it takes to really succeed from the bottom all the way to the big being the best in the world like she is at producing a show like Larry King with a whole bunch of amazing other little tidbits. Remember, if you want to see the last show of Larry King Live, tune in this Thursday night. And if you want to get the inside scoop on the lessons Wendy learned, pick up her book the Producer and listen to the audio interview that I just completed with her right now.
