All right. Hi, everybody. We're in the gondola right now. Let me turn this around. We can see me and my beautiful wife, Maria. Don't know what you can see right now, but we're just going up the gondola right now in beautiful Telluride. Look how pretty. There's a beautiful home there. We'll take you up the ride with us if you want to see how beautiful it is. There's a beautiful gondola here that you can take right into the little village of Telluride, Colorado. But look, beautiful peaks all the way around. Let me see if I can show you this beautiful place. The lighting is a little bit off, but there's the little place where we have a home over there in one of those buildings. I'm not going to tell you which one. There's the airport over there. Just absolutely gorgeous view. And the colors are just beautiful. Some of the trees have already lost their leaves. It's been cold here. It snowed last night. These are aspen trees, just beautiful.
