Neuro-Sales Methods to Increase ⬆️ ⬆️ Your Sales and Income 💰- John Assaraf

John Assaraf breaks down neuro-sales: using neuroscience to build trust and emotional connection with buyers, then answering their logical concerns. He emphasizes smiling and active listening to engage mirror neurons, and notes that buyers ask four key questions: Will this work for me? How long will it take? What's the evidence? What's the risk reversal?

Let me know that you can hear me and see me well and let me know where you are from. All right? So every Tuesday I do a session. Today's about neuro sales. And a lot of people, you know, when I talk about neuro sales to grow their business and their income. Even if you don't have a, you know, a business then. Have you ever considered that we are all selling all the time, right? We're selling ourselves, we're selling our products, our services, our ideas. Right? Hi there, Marcelo. Hi there, Bev. Hi there. When? Hi there, Mahesh. Right? Would you agree that we're always selling? We're either selling somebody to move forward with what it is that we want or we're selling them to move away from, you know, what we want, right? Either way, we're selling. We sell ourselves to our husbands, our wives, our children, all that. Would you agree with that? Hey there, JMB1X from the UK. I UV hello, Jalmar from Alberta, Canada. So what is neuro sales? Anybody have an idea? Do you have an idea of what is neuro cells? Hi there, Dana Schlesinger. Hey there, Steve Leshko. So what is neurosales? Have you ever heard of neurosales? By the way, do you like my new growth for this week? I got a little facial hair, a little bit different look for the week, so. Right. Hey there, Thorsen. Right? What is neuro sales? Is it possible that neurosales is a way of activating somebody's brain so that they actually pay attention to you and move forward? Right. Is it possible that there is a methodology that when you present information to somebody's brain in a certain way, especially if you're in business. Right. That there's a more likelihood chance that you'll be able to help them with your product or service or your offering? Is that possible? Right. Hey there, from cartoon. Yeah. Tell me where you're from. I Love to know where you're from. Thank you. UV you. I wish I could tell you look nice, but I can't see you. I have a podcast interview right after this, so I decided to dress up a little bit. So let me help you understand something. In the neuro marketing, neuro sales world, if you have a business, there are a couple things that you need to know right off the bat, right? So the couple things you need to know when you, when you're thinking of Neuro sales and neuromark, can you guess what the number one? Number one and two things that you must have in order to create, you know, a flow so that you can sell better. Can anybody guess what that is? It's something that we naturally think about, I think, but we don't really put it into play. So can anybody guess what that is? What is one of the things that you are in need of in order to get this thing called the human brain right to work with you? So Elizabeth says a story before story, Elizabeth before a story, enthusiasm before enthusiasm. But you can use story and enthusiasm. Thorsten says trust, trust and rapport. Right? So before we try to sell somebody anything, do you believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just going to give you the research. Do you believe that if we have more trust and more rapport with somebody where we like each other, you know, do you believe that that makes it easier to sell them on your idea, product or service? Hello there, Evan Carmichael superstar. Do you think that makes it easier to sell them what you have, an idea, a product or service? Do you agree that trust and rapport is one of the critical pieces in order to make selling easier? Well, if you don't have trust and rapport, you actually activate the uncertainty circuits, the fear circuits, the, the lack of confidence circuits in somebody's brain. So what are some ways that you can develop trust and rapport? Much love back to you my friend, Evan and everybody. If you're not following Evan Carmichael on Instagram and everywhere else, you must. So what are some things that you can do if you have a business? What are some things that you can do to build trust and rapport with somebody before you ask them to buy anything? Right? Think about this. In dating, right? In dating somebody, when you meet somebody, sure there might be that initial attraction, but people are looking to build trust and rapport first before the second step or third or fourth or fifth step can happen. And if you just join me, we're talking about neuro sales to increase your revenues and income, you know, in your business. So if you have, you know, trust and rapport. There we go. Marina says a smile. Yeah. So smile goes a long way. When we smile, we're actually activating somebody's mirror neurons. It's called. So when I smile at you, right? When I smile, I'm activating neurons in your brain of you smiling. So smiling is a great way to build some trust and rapport because when somebody smiles, it usually means they're happy, they're joyful, they like what they see, and that builds trust and rapport at a subconscious level. So smiling and rapport building is synonymous with I like you, I like what I'm seeing. And. And smiling tends to get people to trust us a little bit more. And it activates a really good part of our brain called the reward system in our brain. So when we're talking about neuro selling, the reward system in the brain is the dopamine release in the brain. And when dopamine is released, it's a move towards emotion. Does that make sense? When the reward system is activated, it. It means that we are ready to move forward. Instead of when the fear circuits activated or the uncertainty, or that I don't trust you, I'm going to move away from whatever it is that you're saying, whether it's show me your product or service. Does that make sense? Does that make sense? Right? So smiling is a really great way to do it. Let me ask you a question. What can you do to create meaningful connection with somebody you want to buy your product or your service, your idea or whatever the case is? What could you do to make meaningful connection? Not superficial connection, but meaningful connection. And again, if you just joined, we're talking about neuro sales to increase business revenues and income. So, Dana, Authenticity. So meaningful connection is authenticity. Have you ever wondered why we have two ears and just one mouth? And I know you might think so we can listen from there and from there. Maybe surround sound, but maybe it's also so we listen more than we speak. Have you ever considered that when you ask questions, right? When you ask somebody a question and you actually listen with your emotions, not with your ears, you listen with your emotions. Active listening, Angela. That is correct. Isn't that amazing? You know, it's amazing. Dr. Marwatarek and Angela Williams on Instagram and Facebook at the same time, you two said the exact same thing. Active listening. So active listening means that you're not just hearing because we hear through our ears, but we actually listen with our heart, our gut, our emotions. Does that make sense? So when we are listening to what somebody else is saying and we are paying attention. So if we're paying, we're giving somebody our undivided attention, how do they feel? How do you feel when somebody is listening to you versus how do you feel when somebody just dismisses what you're saying and they can't wait to talk, Right? They can't wait to get what they're thinking in and they dismiss? You feel unimportant, right? You feel like you really don't care. And if you don't care, you lose trust and rapport. If you feel it's about them, then it's not about you. So when. Elizabeth Vassall. Yes. So when we actually listen with our emotions, the other person feels important, valued, and they feel like this person cares. And when we feel that somebody cares, we build trust and rapport. I want to share something with you. Selling is not doing something to somebody. Selling is figuring out whether your product, your service, your idea, your whatever is doing something. Can this do something for somebody? So when you start to understand that we have to make a connection at the brain level, of course. But that is going to be activated by a part of the brain called the limbic system. The limbic system is processing information before your logical system does. So there's a deeper part of somebody's brain, your brain, my brain, that is processing this information against how does this person makes me feel? Before they think about will this product or service help me? They're processing at a deeper level of their brain, how does this person make me feel? And when we feel like this person, whether it's in our, on our website, whether it's in person, whether it's on a video where I'm just, I'm just talking with you right now. How do I make you feel? Do you feel like I trust this person or do you feel like I need to move away from this person? So when we make people feel good about themselves, then they feel good about us, as opposed to us thinking, how can I make them feel good about me? No, how can I make them feel good about themselves? So trust and rapport is number one. Meaningful connection is number two. And then after we have that, let's say you have a product or a service that somebody you know is. Is interested in, right? They're really interested in this. So there's a few different pathways in the brain that when you understand in what I call as neuro sales and neuromarketing, you can present information in a way that the logical part of the brain Then can make a decision afterwards. But would you agree with this that we all buy emotionally and then we justify logically? Would you agree we all buy emotionally and we justify logically? Well, the reason for that is all incoming information through the eyes or even through the ears is being processed from a bottom up perspective. Meaning it's going to the deepest part of our brain first, the instinctual part of our br. The emotional part of the brain. Then it gets into the logical part of the brain. Most people are trying to sell or market talking to the logical part of the brain. And there's no downward path from the logical to the emotional to the instinctual. It's a one way flow upwards. So when we build trust and rapport, people's instincts feel like they're safe and secure. When we build trust and rapport and we listen to somebody with our emotions and we actively listen, we calm their emotional brain and we create a connection and then when we provide information about our product or service that is logical and makes sense now we have a trifecta of connection. Does that make sense? I'm going to give you a few more tips. Does that make sense to you? I mean the reason I love to study the brain is because I have one and you have one and all brains work the same. All brains work the same. So if we understand how our brains work and we are really wanting to help somebody with our product or our service, then we're going to have a higher chance of helping them. And as I mentioned before, selling is doing something for them, not to them. Does that make sense? Right? Does that make sense? I mean does it's logical, right? I mean it's logical when you think about it. But there is a process by the brain. And then I'm going to give you a couple things to consider if you like, how many. Do you have a business by the way? If you have a business, tell me what kind of business you have because I'm going to be doing a training on Thursday, this Thursday at 10:30am It'll be about a 90 minute training on a lot of what I've learned about building businesses. And some of you know I've built ReMax of Indiana to 4 1/2 billion. Bamboo.com was worth 2 1/2 billion. Life success Institute is still going right now. You know, millions of dollars in revenue, serviced hundreds of thousands of clients. One coach was a company of mine that did well and then I had to close that company down. So I've had a failure to a big failure where I've lost a lot of money, disappointed a lot of people. I learned a lot from that as well. Many years ago then my company, you know, Neurogym now, which does, you know, brain research to help you achieve your goals faster and easier. So I've got successes and failures that I like to teach and share from. And so if you want to learn what I've learned about building companies and helping over 10,000 business owners succeed, then join me for the free training I'm doing on Thursday. I'm going to be doing a couple of trainings in the next week or so and I'll teach you many, many, many skills and frames for you to be able to build your business faster. So on Instagram there'll be a link in the chat or in the, in the bio and on Facebook and LinkedIn there will be links in the chats as well. So and it's by the way, it's how to build a six or seven figure a year business. If that's what you want. If you want to make an extra 50,000 a year or $500,000 a year, I think I can help you with a little bit of it. It's free. Join, share it with your friends. Now let me continue. So let's say you have a product or a service. So let's say you've built trust, you've built rapport, you've built meaningful connection through active listening and knowing, you know, what your prospects, emotions are. By the way, I will be sharing with, with you. You know, how do you take selling to whether it's your website, a landing page, your brochure or ad, so you can actually have that meaningful connection that's called neuromarketing and I will be teaching that as well. And hey, oh, I can't see your matte move. You love the business breakthrough challenge. Awesome. So here is the other part of this that'll also make sense. Once we have that trust, rapport, meaningful connection, then in your prospect's brain, right in your prospect's brain. At the logical side. Now, so we've done instinctual, we've done emotional. Now at the logical side, here are some of the questions that they are asking that you have to answer. Because if you don't answer, then they have doubt and uncertainty. And would you agree, excuse me, Would you agree that an uncertain, doubtful person will not buy from you if there's doubt or uncertainty, will you buy? Of course you won't. So if doubt, uncertainty or fear, they will not buy. So how do you build? Okay, even another layer of certainty. And here are the questions that people are asking either consciously or subconsciously. Ready? If you could type this in, that would be great. Let's say you have a product or a service. People are asking, will this work for me? Will this work for me? Right? So you have a product or a service, doesn't matter what it is, you know, a pen, will this work for me? Question number one. Number two, how long will it take for whatever the product or service to work? Now, not every product service has these questions, but logically, these are the things that you have to overcome in order to make the sales process easier and seamless so that it flows. So will this work for me? How long will it take? What evidence do you have to show me that this is true? So what evidence do you have? And the way you give people evidence is either through case studies, through stories, through research, through facts, right? So will it work for me? What evidence do you, how long will it take? What evidence do you have? And here's the big one. Okay, here's the big one. If it doesn't work for me, if it doesn't work for me, like you promise, what is my risk reversal? What is the way that I can reduce my risk so that I am not losing time, money, energy, et cetera? So in our brain, not only do you need to understand your own brain, but when you are looking to sell somebody else, you know, in your product, service number one, if you really care about people and you have a product or service that can really help people, then your responsibility is to help them, right? It's not just to sell them something so you make the money, it's so that your product or service actually helps them. So in their brain, they're trying to reduce their risk. Why? Because fear is such a huge motivator. When our brain's fear center is active, our uncertainty, our doubt, our stress center, which is all the same if people are thinking, if this doesn't work for me like you promised, what's my risk reversal? So how do I stay safe in making the decision? So everything, for example, that we sell, and I've always done this, has a money back guarantee for 30 days. So use our brain training programs, or our weight loss programs, or our fear elimination program or procrastination. And if it doesn't work, we'll take all the risk. So when we build trust and rapport, when we build meaningful connection, when we answer the questions, okay, of what is the solution of the product or the service, what's the solution? And then when we Give somebody a risk reversal, meaning we're going to take all the risk if what I've shared with you doesn't work for you. Now we are dealing or managing their instinctual, emotional and logical brain, right? So if you're able to reduce somebody's risk, you have just reduced their fear. If you reduce their fear, you've given them more certainty. If you're giving them more certainty, they have more confidence. If you have more confidence, that's what activates the reward center in the brain. That's what activates the behavioral center in the brain. When we lack confidence, we activate fear. When we activate fear, we activate the stress center. We activate the stress center. People don't buy. Does that make sense from a neuro sales perspective? Does that make sense from a neuro sales perspective? These are some simple, fundamental things that if you just align how somebody's brain works, which is the way your brain works, then you're able to move them emotionally and logically to buy from you instead of anybody else. Now, if you really care about people, and I hope you do, I love to teach my business growth and life growth strategies to people who care about other people. I don't want any of the stuff that I teach to be misused. I want it to be used in a way that you help another human being or 2 or 10 or 100 or 10,000. It's okay to know how the brain works when you do it for somebody. Right. Instead of to somebody. All right? So the whole idea with understanding how to sell better is how to serve more people so that their life is better. And as a result of you helping them with their life being better, then your life gets better. Because there is meaningful exchange now between your product, knowledge, service, tool, technique, whatever it is, and they're going to give you money that they've worked hard for. That's a healthy exchange. And when there is fair exchange, everybody feels great. And I'm going to end with this. And here is a premise that I have. Everybody wants to buy, but nobody wants to be sold. Would you agree with that? Everybody wants to buy. I want to buy stuff, you want to buy stuff. But we all hate being sold stuff. But when we feel like somebody cares about us, when we feel like somebody really has our best interest at heart, then we don't mind giving them, right money that we've worked hard for. But we don't. None of us want to be screwed. None of us want to be taken advantage of. None of us want to buy stuff that doesn't work. None of us wants to, you know, to pay too much for something, right? None of us want that. So if none of us want it, let's not do it and let's be givers and then we will receive because people will feel the fair exchange. All right, so if you like the neuro sales techniques I've shared with you today, I've just scratched the surface as a whole. Is a whole body of work around neuromarketing that I teach as well. On Thursday at 10:30am I'm going to be doing a much deeper session on the business success puzzle solved. And if you want to learn how to grow a business to six figures or seven figures or more, then join me. It's free. It'll be about 90 minutes. At 10:30am Pacific, my team will be putting links up on Facebook and Instagram. I'm sorry, Facebook and LinkedIn and YouTube and on Instagram in my bio. And I'll show you how to go deeper in on that. And then who knows, maybe you'll end up being one of my clients that I can help you build your business as well. Every Tuesday, I do this session on several of my social media channels. These are free. I just give you content and information to help you that you can always just use what I have and then, you know, I'm fortunate to have hundreds of thousands of students who follow my work and. And I get to serve in a very, very big way. So thank you so much, Tracy. Yes, it will be recorded. We record all of the stuff that we do. If you like what I just did today, would you mind sharing it? I think there's a way to share it on every one of the channels. Be healthy, be mindful, be aware, be giving. I teach my children be go givers and go getters. So go get what you want and give, give, give, give, give. I want to leave you with this. You cannot out give the universe. You and I cannot out give the universe. Right? So go give, go get. Level up your knowledge, your skills and your behaviors and you can live a magical life. That's what I wish for you. So have a great day and thank you for sharing this with whoever you can share it with. All right, bye now.
