A short, informal YouTube video by John Assaraf featuring a conversation with his son Noah. They are relaxed (just out of a jacuzzi after dinner) and discuss Noah's first football game, Noah's disappointment, and the idea of "positive reinforcement" — reframing setbacks to serve you. The clip includes light-hearted banter and a brief promotional mention of the father's upcoming app.
Boogetty boogetty boogie, boogie.
Hey, everybody. This is John Asgraph. This is my son Noah. We just got out of the jacuzzi after having some great lamb for dinner. This is part of our personal night tonight with my friends on Facebook, and I'm bringing it to my home. I know I'm a little bit naked, but guess what? Life is life. We were born naked, we die naked. He just had his first football game. They didn't win tonight. He did. Okay. He's not happy with his performance. And what have you got to say?
I am not happy with.
But look over there. The camera.
Oh, I'm sorry. I am not happy with my performance.
And so guess what? We all learn from things that we do well. We all learn from the things we don't do well.
Positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement. What are we talking about tonight?
Positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement. How to take whatever happens in your life and frame it in a way that serves you. And so guess what he's doing right now? He's reframing some of the misses and catches. He's reframing some of the things that he didn't like. He's reframing some of the things that didn't go to his taste. And now do you feel better?
Yeah. And look for my dad's new app called My life sucks.
He's talking about the new affirm a vision from I, grasshopper. That comes out about 30 days. He just listened to it. We were laughing in our pants right now. Hey, you guys. Just thought we'd share some private special time with you.
Laughing in our pants doesn't sound that appropriate.
Just. Okay, so we're laughing, peeing in our pants. Bye, Noah.
