Plaque-derived diseases. Yeah. Atherosclerosis or plaque, again, is by far the largest preventable killer. And you think about cancer. Well, how many cancers can we say, oh, we can detect it 20 to 30 years before you get the cancer and do X, Y, and Z and you won't get it? You can't now, can you? No. Not that I'm aware of, unfortunately. Yeah, exactly. Imagine that. That would be amazing. Oh, I agree. But that's why I love being a preventative cardiologist, right? Because we already have all the tools in place and they're only getting better and better. But all the tools are in place right now, today, to diagnose plaque years before you have symptoms, before you have a heart attack or stroke, or before you need stents or balloons or surgery, or before you keel over dead. We have an incredible array of tools that I call anti-plaque tools, things that treat plaque, things that reverse plaque, particularly here at Clear Cardio, to really completely change the face of heart disease.
