AI analyzes cardiac CT scans by examining millions of pixels, each encoding 2,000 shades of gray compared to the 50-100 the human eye sees. This lets it detect plaque characteristics invisible to clinicians, quantifying arterial damage more precisely than traditional visual assessment.

So how does this AI work? I'm just curious for those who are watching. So this AI, it analyzes all of the images. What does the AI do? What exactly? So first of all, we feed it this amazing, incredible, high-resolution, 3-dimensional imaging of the heart and the blood vessels and all that. So it starts with these really cool images. Yeah, really cool images. So have you ever seen that, like, the pictures of the heart rotating? Yeah, I remember that. The living autopsy, right? So that is cardiac CT, okay? But now we can take that data, uploaded to the clouds, and basically what's happened behind the scenes, of the millions of pixels that are obtained when we do the scan, it will analyze every single one of those pixels, and every pixel is encoded. What I mean is, if you look at an x-ray, it's gray, right? Yeah, yeah. Black to white, gray in the middle. Our eyes can see or differentiate about 50 to 100 shades. Electronically, in every pixel of the images we obtain, There are 2,000 shades of gray. So AI can see things that are invisible to us. I don't know, it could be better than an autopsy. To be able to know exactly how much plaque there was.
