My weakness is staff. I have a very big weakness in building staff and team and that. They're very different people, very different mentalities. My personality by default is built. So like, let's do more, let's go, let's work. I'm built to work with more 1099 entrepreneur style. I've worked. And so I've had to learn to change. And every time I get around some really good people, I see something like that, I'm like, man, they're really good at that piece. And thank God Amanda stayed with Shibboleth 7 years. I think minus her, we've had, what are we up to? 40 employees have come and gone. I only usually have 2 at a time, like her and one other computer lane. So Cody says 40, he's got 40 at once. I have 2 at a time and we've gone through 40. I have nothing. So it's been a challenge for me. Meaning this journey for you, wherever you're at, is going to be a challenge the entire time. It doesn't get easier. There's always new problems to solve.
