So when you go to your call history, you know, you can scroll. That used to stop at 100. So when I would deal with an agent who swears they dial, and I still do this piece because it works, I go, give me your phone. And I scroll through and I go, what time did you start? What's it say? 10:47. Cool. Is there any reason you didn't start sooner, or is that the soonest you can start? Indifferent, I don't care. So then I could go, your second dial was at 10:58. And then I could click on a little eye and see that one lasted 1 minute. And then I can go through the day and I go, see that gap there, 15 minutes? Yep. See that gap there, 22 minutes? Yep. See that gap there, 7 minutes? Yep. See that one, 3 minutes? Yep. See that? And I add them up throughout the day. all added up to. The gaps, whatever it is, I go, that's where I won. I didn't have gaps. One dial to next dial, next dial, next dial, next dial, next dial. It doesn't mean it was 24/7, but when I was dialing, no gaps. Dial day, that 100, if I scroll to the bottom, shouldn't be more than 2 hours ago. Like, if it's noon on a dial day, my oldest call when it only stored 100 should sure as shit not say yesterday.
