Now someone in here said earlier, like, I onboarded a shitload of people and I'm trying to figure out how to not make them quit. Stop trying to figure that out. I get why you're saying it, so we're going to tweak it. It's like trying to get chargebacks to go away. Can you reduce them? Sure. Are they going away? Never. Do getting hit by a pitch go away? Do injuries go away? Do you know what I mean? It's like, it's just part of the game. And so many people focused on, focus on the things they want to go away. And I'm like, why don't you just learn how to play the game? Like, I just learned how to get hit and keep moving.
