Two speakers debate the mindset needed to win: ignoring what others think while staying grounded. Speaker B calls himself an animal and a machine, emphasizing self-belief. Speaker A warns that indifference can tip into arrogance if you're not careful about your reasons for acting.
I don't pay attention to what people say. I do not give a shit what people say. Give a shit what people say.
I never did, I never do. What people say does not matter to me because whatever you do in life, good or bad, there's always going to be somebody. Sometimes I look in the mirror and get little frights as well looking at myself because I am an absolute animal, a machine. So I probably wouldn't want to fight me either. They say I'm just talk, but here I am walking. Where's, where's everybody else? I'm here.
This dude's a beast. What's funny is like, there's a struggle to not give a shit at all about what people think. But you gotta be careful to not let it get too deep and, uh, also not take it too far in the sense that you act like an asshole because you don't care what people think. But his point is like, man, so many people are gonna have opinions along the way. Don't let them affect what you're doing. If you're doing the right things for the right reasons, just keep doing you. People are always gonna have opinions. They say opinions are like assholes— everybody has one. Let's keep it moving.
