Don't Be Afraid To Do More For Your Business #insurance #entrepreneurship #mindset

I'm just curious if there's some team builders. Here's the thing, when you're, when you're selling insurance, whatever it is, there's only a few ways. Like there is a ceiling, right? Maybe it's a big ceiling. I was stuck in that $8,000, $10,000, $12,000 a month range for a year. And for me, quadrupling my own personal production was very easy, relative. And so I think there's a couple of things to it. You know, for me, what I learned, what I've learned over the years, and I fell into this, is there's so many people who get stuck. They want to do more, but they're like afraid to do more. Maybe because they don't believe in themselves. They don't think they know enough to do more. More, especially if you're in the lead game, investing into leads is a big hesitation for people to do more because they're afraid to invest in leads when they don't feel comfortable with their current lead flow. I'm sure that's probably relatable to some of y'all.
