was like, all right, well, how many appointments do you run every week? And he said like 12. Just a mental note. Yep. I was like, all right, got it. How many— you don't even respond? No, you don't react? Not at all. It's like fact-finding. Yes. In the client— yes, with the client in the house, I'm just fact-finding. And no, dude, I can't really solve this problem if I don't know it. I can't assume it. I could, but it's not as valuable as understanding it fully. And if I get him to answer it, I can hear his perspective. Yes. Meaning if he goes, yeah, I get 50 leads— a lot of times they don't want to answer the questions too, because they feel dumb saying it, right? Sometimes, sometimes, certainly, you know, I can certainly ask a couple questions and go like— and again, at the end, once I got all his info, you know, and he goes, I get 50 leads, it's a very different conversation because now I know his mindset about leads is negative, right? Yes. Whereas if he goes, 50 crappy ones, correct. Now I might— now really I got to fix his mindset, not his lead flow. Yeah.
