We say 10, 20, 30, 40K, 50 plus. You see a lot of agents like they sell this much this month and they go up this month and they come down here and we have this game. The thing about the ones that y'all see at the top of the leaderboard, it's like this. It's the same thing. It's just way the hell up here. So the average is Hall of Fame there and the average here is just getting by. But this don't go away. So you see a guy like Ivan and he sold a ton of insurance. If you looked at every week over his career, there's no way it's level. It's impossible. He can have level activity. That's controllable. This outcome that y'all are all stressed out about, this is not controllable. It's controllable how how high you have it. This is controllable, like which section you're playing in. You know what I mean? We're on the 5th floor here. Are you playing down in the lobby? That you can choose. But you— it's hard to pick like what you're going to issue in September. Again, you can have a goal, all good. But I like to go like, what's my appointment goal? What's my lead goal? What's my activity goal? What days am I going to be in the field goal? And you won't have to worry about this if you do it right. This will come, you know, and it gets really consistent. You start stringing together those weeks and months of 30 a week, 120 a month. That's 1,500 people a year.
