take some skillset piece and get so good at that one piece. Like in insurance, it's, I'd like to think about it, right? Or we don't, we don't do business on the first sit. The type, the way we are is, you know, we pray, we pray over things and we make decisions over time. Yeah. I was trying to figure out like, how do I get around all this stuff? And I remember one day I'm nerding out with my spreadsheets because I tracked everything and again, accounting, and I'm an Excel geek. And I put in all my stuff and I remember looking at it one day. And I did a really simple math and I tracked like how many dials I was making and how many appointments I was running and my deposits. One day I just divided one by the other, right? And it came out at the time I was making like $14 or $17 every time I dialed a lead regardless of outcome. If I just take dials, deposits divided by dials, it was really simple. And I went, so every time I call Josh and he yells at me, I make $17. Dude, you know how many times I would call him in a row if Cody paid me $17 every time I did it? I would call him till he got a new phone number.
