January, right after Christmas. So this Christmas will be 2 years. Day before Christmas, she wakes up, she got a little pink in her eye. Y'all have ever had pink eye? It kind of looked like that, looked like the start of pink eye. Day before Christmas, she's like, huh, my eye, something going on. Think nothing of it, puts a couple drops— she's in the optical industry for 25 years, that's what her job, she worked in that industry. So she's put a little pink eye, she puts a little drop in, no big deal. Wakes up Christmas morning, it's more red. Okay, by Christmas evening you can see like a— there's a word, it's like a— she had a like a— not a cyst, but like a— there's another word— little bump on her eyeball. You could see it on her eyeball. She's like, that shit ain't good. So she called a doctor, an eye doctor friend, on a Sunday, and they took her in to see her, test her, And they're like, she had a scratch on like her cornea or whatever, and it got infected and it started swelling.
