I was getting you and, uh, Florencio, your spouse, a call back about the request you guys sent in through the mail. Huh? Oh, no English? Do you speak English, sweetheart? Yeah. Oh, perfect. Okay. Yeah, I'll say. My name is, uh, Giovanni. I'm your benefits advisor. I'm out here in Douglasville. You and, uh, Florencio had sent in a request for that final expense info. I just wanted to make sure I can read this handwriting correctly. You're his spouse, right? Okay, is somebody around who speaks English for you? Okay. All right, is she awake? So she's not awake. All right, I, I'll give you guys a call back later. Okay, she said yes in English.
Yeah, totally said yes.
Hey, Marie, can you hear me, Marie? Yes, yes, ma'am, this is, uh, Javon. I'm your benefits advisor. I'm out here in Douglasville. You had sent in that request there through the mail for that final expense information. I was giving you a quick call just to verify I can read the handwritten information you left me, okay? You left that you have no spouse and you're at the— Yes, how about it? This was for the final expense request you sent in, the ones that cover like your end-of-life benefits. You had sent it in. Yep, I just got to finish getting the information out to you, dear. I was trying to see if mornings or like afternoon work better for you tomorrow or Saturday.
Oh, oh, what?
So do you know what the final expenses are that you requested? Okay, cool. Yeah, no, no, that's fine. Uh, you have sent in a request through the mail there requesting the info, so my job is to get the information to you. I have that address. I just need to see what time works better so I can drop it off to you. Mornings or afternoons? So I hear you, it's okay. I know it's pretty early. Uh, you had sent in the request like through the mail, the little postcard-sized form you hand-filled out. Um, for that, and that was for the final expense information, the ones that cover like your end-of-life benefits. You wrote it back down? Yeah, I started. Yeah, I know, I'm aware there. I just gotta get— Hello?
Hey, Eugenia, can you hear me? Hey, Eugenia, my name is Anthony. I'm the benefits advisor out here in Dallas, and I was just getting back to you about that little postcard-sized piece of mail you filled out and sent into our office requesting some information. It was about the new state regulated— oh, it was about the new state regulated final expense policies for Florida residents. Um, let me put down your address. Say that again. I see why I'm looking at one that, um, you had sent into us not too long ago, um, and it was, uh, sent to the address 200 Tuscan Trace. You put your first name and last name, your last name is like— Yes, um, so the office saw that we never got these updated program information out to you and they had us giving you a call trying to verify that address. That is the correct address to get this information. Excuse me, I'm sorry, I can't hear you.
Please leave your message for— for—
oh no, we were just trying to set up a time, um, tomorrow that be best for you to get this information. I'll also have the form that you sent into our office so it can refresh your memory, but, uh, It's just information you had requested, Eugene, and that's all we're trying to get out to you now.

How about the new state-regulated final expense programs for Georgia residents? Say that last part one more time.
Please leave your message.
That's fun.
I'm just— I'm far away. Okay.
Um, well, there's actually been updates to the program. I see the office never got the information originally, so they had us reaching out to see if you had a 10-minute span either in the morning or an afternoon or something to get that information. It would only take about 10 minutes, so you do what you will with it after you're done. Oh no, well, I don't, I don't want to take too much of your time right now. I was trying to see if you'd be available tomorrow anytime between 10 and 11 or 1 and 2 to get your information.
We're going to take about 10 minutes.
Okay, would Saturday be a better day for you? Yeah. Hey, June, um, you usually a morning—

Oh, this was for that final expense report that you guys had sent in through the mail, the little postcard size form. You guys like hand it out, put it back in the mailbox. Unfortunately, because my job is to get that information out to you guys. You guys know that you have to obtain the benefits under somebody else. Okay, my job is super simple. I just gotta verify the ID, basically. Yeah, it looks like nobody's strapped down to no hospital beds, like dying, anything crazy. Um, you guys more of a morning type of couple or afternoon?
No, I, I totally get it. Well, um, I'll be out in your zip code a few times tomorrow. For any reason you wouldn't be home anytime, it was through the mail.

He said he filled out a form for them to send us information about final expense. Yep. Yeah, I just kind of show you what you guys qualify for. Why aren't you calling me? This, this the number. He left two different numbers. He left a 7, then he left this one too. Okay, yeah, send it to me.
It's not ringing a bell with him, so that's fine.
Maybe you have— I can't tell by the handwriting, but you can't what? I, I can't tell who written— who wrote it by the handwriting, but I sent you a photo already. You see it? Yeah, I told you I wasn't making it. It wasn't bullshit. I told you that part. Um, I, I just basically get the information out to you guys. Whatever y'all do with it, it's cool. It's up to y'all. Um, you guys like morning appointments or afternoons? Oh, afternoons.

So these, because they're on like a limited fixed income, there's new updates and discounts that they get out to families. That's why the office hasn't been calling you, why you had the appointment on Tuesday. Um, I know you're 56. Are you still working at all? Okay, what time do you want to do it? Before you go into work tomorrow or like after? 4 in the morning? Okay, yeah, pretty early. All right, uh, so what time is best for you after work? I got, uh, my 3— I got 2, 3, and 4 booked up. Which one's better for information on the new final expense program?
All right, and are you actually going to be there, sweetheart? There's a picture. Okay, all right, all right. Most members already talked to you, okay? Yeah, most members who already talked to you already have the, like, final cut insurance in place. I just get the discount off to them.
That's it.

Okay, and you left the No, no, no, we, we— you got to move from that. We, we moved from that house almost like 3, 4 months ago. Okay, you guys still in the like, uh, Dallas area or like Paulding or— no, because my wife, my wife is in Texas now. Okay, what, what are you guys in now? My wife is in Texas, but I— oh, Texas, Texas, Texas. You're in Texas now? We are two different locations. Okay, where are you in Texas or are you in Georgia? I am in Georgia. All right, you still in the Dallas area? Hey, no, I'm on West, um, okay, so you're in like the Cobb County, right? Yeah. Okay, cool, cool. Um, are you being home tomorrow or Saturday by chance, either in the morning or afternoon? So I can go ahead and get this info out to you. Say it again. Are you going to be home in the— either in the morning or afternoon so I can go ahead and get this information out to you? Uh, yeah.

Okay, are you still working or you're like disability retirement? Yeah. Okay, uh, do you want to do it before work or after work? You want to do it before work or after work? Uh, okay. Uh, what time are you usually going to work? You drive trucks?
Yeah.
Will you be home tomorrow? Yeah. Oh, okay.
What?
Okay, so tomorrow you're off? I'm working tomorrow, but I work out on the complex. Okay. After the address you gave me, will you be home there? Okay, okay, okay. So you will be— I promise you, you will be home. Like, you'll be there. Uh, question is, okay, so what you need me for again? Yeah, so I'm just verifying your ID and make sure you're not like shot down to no hospital beds so I can show you the programs you qualify for, like I said, for that final expense info. Um, so tomorrow, would you want to do mornings or afternoons? How the fuck you want to eat? Afternoon. All right, I got a— let me see my calendar here. I got a 1 PM or like a 3 PM. Should I park in a driveway or the side of the road for you? Uh, side of the road. Okay, perfect, man. Just so you know, it's me. I'll be driving like a Ram truck, uh, little white boy, uh, and I'll have my state badge with me. Okay, all right, all right, I'll see you then. Thank you.
Bye. You are nowhere in this.
So can you hear me there? Everywhere. Hello, Miss Lorraine? Am I saying that right? No, not at all. Have a wonderful day. Okay, well, I'm getting back to Benjamin, your spouse, to be clear there. He requested information for me to call him, and he put you down as a spouse. Okay, well, that's not my name and I don't know anything. You're not Miss Sims at the 281? Uh, no, I'm not. Okay, ain't no reason to be rude. Geez Louise. Hey, Beverly? Yes, Beverly? Hi, it's Giovanni there. I'm your benefits advisor out here in Dallas. Now, you had sent in that request there, uh, through the mail. For that final expense info, the ones that like cover your end-of-life benefits. You hand fill it out, put it back in the mailbox and everything. I just want to make sure I can read your handwriting real quick there. Uh, you left that year '77, looks like. Uh, no spouse, and that's at 67 Allen Lane, correct? Out here in Dallas? I'm not interested either. I do have to get the info out to you. That's fine. Yeah, this is, uh, this is Giovanni. Um, I was giving you a call back. You had sent in 4 different requests, uh, through the mail about that final expense info. It was like covered.
Oh, damn, damn. November 19th, 1960, correct.
Okay, so I'll be the person.

Uh, you sent it in 3 different times, so the office kind of having me bother you to get it out to you. You like hand fill it out, put it back in the mailbox and everything. Um, you left it right as an address. Yeah, and you left Heidi as your spouse. All right, cool. Uh, I just gotta get this info out to you, man, on Saturday. Do you want to do mornings or afternoons? Preference on morning or afternoon for Tuesday for me to get the info out so I can show you what you qualify for?
Um, I can either do—
when you requested 3 different times, man, I kind of got to get out to you now. Okay, okay. Hello, brother. There's a reason why we kind of hung up on me there.

I'm going to be in your area tomorrow.
I'll give you, uh, yeah, like, like limited income. Yeah, these programs I can do with like limited fixed incomes. But you did request like 3 different times, so I'm going to get it back out. You did 3 different accounts.
Basically, final expense covers, you know, your burial.
There's no quote to give you, email you. I'm giving it out to you. I have to verify you, you know, it's just whatever, whatever fits your situation.
Just to get that information out to you.
Okay, would you want it before work or after work?
Yes, sir, and that's fine.
Like I said, I'm not trying to sell it. I'm not selling right now. Like, let's get in the info, man. It's a 5-minute process.
Once I get the information to you, I can get you off the list and my boss can stop bugging me about it.

I didn't understand what you're saying.
Yeah, so you're saying you're not interested in the final expenses, but you sent the request in for it, and I'm saying you You left me all your information. I got you. Yeah, it's for your life insurance. Your date of birth.
I have not sent in any request.

I'm the local underwriter out here in Cobb County for the final expense insurance information you had requested. Yeah, you had just said— oh damn, that was about to be in his fucking complex or something. Hey James, you took a little bit quick there. Were you saying you weren't interested because you feel like you can't qualify, or was it just too expensive when you had previously looked. James, I said you said you weren't interested because you feel like you can't qualify, or was it too expensive when you had previously gotten the information?
Please leave your message.
James. I said, were you saying you weren't interested because you feel like you can't qualify, or was it too expensive when you had— right, that you're paying for—

Okay, I got either 12, 12:30 we can do, or like a 3, 3:30. Which one for you is better?
I don't know, what are we doing this for?

So you had sent in the request for like your final expense insurance information, um, so I'm gonna show you what you qualify for. You have to okay, so on Wednesday, man, because I gotta verify your ID, make sure like, shut up, no hospital bed like dying tomorrow, anything crazy like that. You prefer mornings or like afternoons? Oh, okay. Yeah, I don't know either, man. So this is the request you had sent in, um, for like the final expenses. Do you know what final expenses are? Yeah, yeah, okay, I know. Yeah, so like this is the request you sent in, and I'm a state licensed underwriter, and so basically all I do is show you programs you actually qualify for. And whatever you do, it goes up to you. But because they're state regulated, they have to like verify your ID basically so I can show you what you qualify for. So I was booking an appointment. So when I know I'm out in the area, I'm the local guy out here in Cobb County, I can swing by and drop that info off to you. Uh, you want to do like the morning or like the afternoon? Get ready to ride to town. Going be out of town tomorrow, you said? I'm going out of town this week. Oh, next week? Yeah, this— oh, this week you said? Okay, we be home at all tomorrow by chance or no? Yeah, yeah, so you had— what's going on here? I'll say, will you be home by tomorrow by chance or quick in the morning or something before you leave town? Yeah, my boss has been a lot on my ass about this, um, so I'm trying to make him happy so I don't lose my job. Um, I mean, would 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning be too early for before you leave town, just to make sure? Okay, yeah, next week. All right, all right, okay, I, I'll let my boss know. I put a little note down. I'll call you next week, okay?
