If I were brand new and I do everything you say, I'm the best agent you've ever had, how long would it really take you to give me all your best shit to get me to a point where I can sell $35K a month? Give me a ballpark. Once. Okay, so then after 30 days, what on earth are you talking to them about? Same shit. That's your choice. I'm not having duplicate the same conversation over and over again. Now again, can there be some weird situation? Yes. But if you're calling me about underwriting after we've done some work, I'm just not your guy. I had an agent text me this week that was like, hey, what does Mutual of Omaha do with ABC? I was like, did call me trouble, ma? He's been here 3 years. Someone text me to ask— I can't say that one, it'd be mean. I caught myself really good there. I get some crazy ones, right? So again, it's all about expectations.
