An insurance coach works through the math with an agent making $10,000 monthly who wants to double. The agent books 12 appointments weekly, spends $500 on leads for $12k revenue, and closes one sale per $500 spent. The coach breaks doubling production into concrete steps: more lead spend, more appointments, better conversion rates.

He was asking about producing more. He's producing like $10,000 a month or whatever, and he wants to do more. The first question to me was, well, how many leads do you buy? Whatever his answer was. And I could have just easily then gone, well, dude, just buy double and you'll issue double. I could have gone right there. But I was like, okay, cool. Let me ask you some questions so I can understand a little bit more about your situation and what you're doing. And for me then it was like, all right, well, how many appointments do you run every week? And he said like 12. So I go, "All right, cool. Let me ask you a question, dude." I said, "We've been talking long enough that the reality is if you're spending $500 and it's producing $12 grand and you wanna produce $24, what are you gonna spend on the front end?" And I give him a little smirk so he doesn't feel bad. And he's like, "I know, double." I go, "Got it. That probably feels overwhelming to you, correct?" He said, "Yes." I go, "I got it. I understand. I felt that way too. But let me ask you a question, man. How many sales does it make to make $500?" He said, "One." "How many people do you need to sit to sell one?" He said, "Two or three." "How long does it take you to book 2 or 3? He was like, "I don't know, hour or 2." I said, "Cool, so you can solve this problem tomorrow."
