Calculate your hourly rate, then stop doing anything that pays less. If you make $200,000 a year, that's $100 per hour. Hire a $15/hour assistant for 20 hours weekly and you get a 7× return: they cost $300 but free up $2,000 of your time.

Okay, I'm going to walk you through an exercise. What kind of money do you think you'll make this year? I wrote $200,000. Okay, perfect. $200,000. So if you take that divided by 50 weeks, that's $4,000 per week divided by 5 business days. That's $800 per day divided by 8 hours. It's $100 per business hour. Did I do that correct? I think so. So I want you to ask yourself, what are some tasks that you are doing that are not paying you $100 an hour to do? How much of your week could you give to an assistant? How many hours a week could you give to an assistant to do for you? We'll just go with 20, okay, as an example. What could she pay an assistant per hour? $15. Perfect. Times 20 hours is $300. Well, that same 20 hours is valued at $2,000, which means she's getting a 7x return on her own time. Does everybody see that? How much added revenue can you bring in if you had an extra 20 hours in your week to not do stuff that you don't want to do? So like, as an example, I do not manage my social media. I do not manage my email. I do not manage my calendar. I do not manage my travel. None of those things anymore. And guess what? That's freed me up a ton.
