How do you determine which ones are going to be like the high achievers? You got a coin? That's the one. Now I will give you a real answer. There's no predicting, but I can do things along the way to have clarity fast. I try to understand where they want to go, and then I give them a path to do it. Everybody's path is different. If he says I want to make $5 grand, you say I want to make $50 grand, slightly different path. I got to be detailed there. But in generic, we all have to do something. No matter what part of the process we're in. So if I understand your path, this is where things go sideways. You craft a plan and then you go, got it? And they say, yep. And you go, cool. And then you look at your leaderboard at the end of the month, it says $2,000 and you're frustrated. So for me, when I have the plan, I don't take this thing and go, here's the plan. I don't do that. I go, step 1 of the plan, do this. When you're done with that, let me know, I'll give you step 2. I gave him something specific to do. I gave him a deadline. I asked him if he would do it. He said yes. And then I told him to DM me when he does it. And is there any lack of clarity? How quick do I have the clarity on him? I know by tomorrow at 1 o'clock if Adam's going to do shit.
