Take notes, obviously, but come up with like a really specific plan on implementing kind of one thing at a time. I think a lot of people leave these events and there's so much information, like, how do I do all of it? What I'm gonna say is look at all your shit and pick one and do that this week. What's easy to implement and what can I implement today? You know, and that's, I think, the mistake most make is they take all this stuff, maybe they take notes and they never look at 'em again, you know, 'cause it's like overwhelming with what to do. So literally just highlight one and be like, I'm gonna try this next time I make phone calls. And if I learn something about in-home, don't worry about that today. Like, get this one thing down and then take the in-home thing and put that in place try that next week. Or if I learn something recruiting, let me try that next time. Don't worry about putting it all in place tomorrow, and please don't overhaul everything you're doing. You know, you're going to hear some differences in the way people do things, differences in styles, and that's okay, you know. So take the pieces that seem like they would apply to you best and implement those. And if you hear something that I say and you're like, that ain't my style, all good, do it Dave's way.
