In this video, the presenter demonstrates a web‑based version of his long‑standing Excel “brain” that tracks sales‑related activities. The core component is a “dial tracker” where, at the end of each day, he logs counts of phone calls, contacts, appointments, presentations, and sales. The system automatically computes totals and aggregates them by day, week, and month. A color‑coded heat‑map visualizes activity intensity: bright colors indicate high effort, lighter shades show moderate work, and dark cells represent zero activity. The presenter highlights how the dashboard provides instant statistical summaries and visual feedback on personal productivity.

For those of you that have been following me for years, a lot of y'all have the old school Excel download. We had over 1,000 people download that file last year. So I took my Excel version and we created this, um, this web version of, of my brain. What I like most is this dial tracker section. This is what I built it for initially. So if I go in at the end of the day, I can click this little button and I can put in how many phone calls I made, how many contacts I made, how many appointments. It automatically calculates the sales because we put in sales in here, how many presentations. I can submit my activity, but then it keeps track of how you're doing for the month or the week. Like if I look at this past week, it can show me how I do per day. I can literally visually see my activity for the week or the month, however you want to look at it. Can do it by day, I can see whatever I want. Um, and Reese made all the color coding. The brighter— the brighter the color is, the more I worked. The dark days are zeros, but the kind of lighter shading, those are days where I slacked off a little bit. I didn't do as many phone calls, I didn't have as many contacts. The bright colors are like, oh, you actually worked your face off that day. So it kind of color codes relative to how much work you put in, which I like. And so you get to kind of see your stuff in here every day, see how it works. It gives you all the stats, all that jazz.
