A cold-caller moved his start time from 7:30 AM to 7:00 AM and dialed more aggressively, booking four appointments per hour instead of fewer. That's eight extra appointments daily, roughly 400 more per year. Early calls actually had his highest success rates.

Um, the other thing I did was I realized after a little while, I realized I could book like, I don't know, 4 appointments an hour if I was dialing aggressively on the low end. And if I moved up my dial time by an hour, that I could then book 4 more appointments each dial day. So 8 a week over the course of the year, that's like 400 more appointments if I just start an hour earlier. So I initially started dialing at 7:30 AM as a challenge to myself to begin 30 minutes sooner dialing. The most common question I get there is, are you afraid you're going to wake people up? My answer is, I wake people up at noon, so no, I'm not worried about it. And any of y'all that have been dialing for a hot minute, you've definitely been calling at 12, 1, 2, 4 in the afternoon, 6 PM, anytime. And people, people sleep at weird times, so Not crazy worried about it. Um, and then when I got really aggressive at it, I started dialing at 7 AM, and that's actually when I had the most success.
