What I tend to look for when I'm working with someone is like someone that's coachable, someone that does the things they say they're going to do. And if they can't do those things, communicate. And I don't really need a lot more to be okay working with someone. Again, because if you say you're going to do 30 appointments, great. If you say you're going to do 10 and you do 10, that's great too. If that's— now I'm going to explain the differences, you know. But again, if you're doing the things you say you're going to do and you're coachable, usually me and that agent are pretty good. Whereas if they weren't doing the things I expected but they never really said it, that's what caused me the frustration, was that lack of clarity. So a combination of asking really good questions, getting them to give me the answers, and getting them to commit to doing the things they say they're going to do. Now I'm just watching action and honestly just look for who stands out from the crowd. Again, you got 10, pick one that stands out. You got 9 left. Well, who stands out from those 9?
