Leadership isn't handed out, it's claimed by people who show up without being asked. Watch for who cleans up after events and helps teammates with logistics, then mentor them through a tiered progression where roughly 50 candidates narrow to 20, then 5, then 1.

Leadership is taken, not given. And most of us try to give it, and they go, you're going to be my next team, you'll be leg 2, you'll be leg 3. It don't— it don't— shit don't work like that. If you take anyone who you work with now and go, who stands out from the rest? Everyone has a name right now. Spend more time with that person. It's not that deep. The simplest rule ever. You can watch it here. All this mess, someone's going to help Arturo clean it up. I'm going to mind trick you all. You're all going to be like, I'm going to do it so I stand out. But just quite naturally, fair, when you do these events, most people leave their shit everywhere. 100%. And there's always someone though that helps you clean up. Yes. To me, that stands out from the rest. Who helps agents when they don't have to? Do they only pick them up when they're direct to them and they get the override, or they help me? If I'm getting a meeting ready, do they help organize all the stuff, help set up the cameras, erase the whiteboard, get me— like, I'm just watching, dude, for who stands out from the rest. Then I give them a little more attention, and I try to move them along and teach them how I got from where they're at to the next level. I try to relate to them, and I'm like, dude, I was there once. Here's how I got here. Are you interested? And I just gave people a pathway to the new levels because I didn't want to be here either. I want to do more, but I can't do more without help. So I seek help here, and then I go, cool, thanks guys, let me go do this. Then I seek help here, and a few more step up. I might have 50 here. Next level, dude, probably only 20 are coming with me. Next level, I might get 5. Next level, I got 1. You know what I'm saying?
