What up, y'all? This is a little compilation of a bunch of dials that were made from a couple handfuls of different agents at our lock-in in Nashville. All these producers, or most of them, are selling at a high level— $20K, $30K, $40K a month plus. Little compilation of good, bad, ugly. See a little bit of everything, what it'd be like if you're out there dialing with us.
Hope you enjoy. Please leave your message for— I'm in a car. I'm in my car waiting for my friend to come out of the store.
Oh, got it.
Okay.
Are you going to be back at the house in a little while?
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay. I mean, we certainly can. I mean, I can just run through them with you if you don't need to write them down. You can just run through the prices. You tell me which one makes sense.
Okay.
Good with that?
So, okay.
The most that this company will offer is $40,000 in coverage. Um, so they always make me show you the most. Not that you have to pick this by any means, but the cat— the most you can get is $40K. Um, and it's $196.95 a month, so a couple hundred bucks. Uh, $30K is $148 a month. You could do $20K for $100 and like 30 cents. And then $10K, which is basic cover— basic funeral coverage, uh, is $52 a month.
So I got a question for you. Yeah. So for $20, what would that cost?
If you did $20 a month?
Because I'm sure to have—
Huh?
You said $20 a month?
If I wanted to be— No, I said if for $20 grand.
$20 grand.
Yep. What will it cost me? It sounds like it ain't gonna do nothing. I have to be cremated by my urn and have me cremated.
Yeah, I mean, have you, have you seen pricing on that stuff or no? Anybody you know died or anything recent?
Got it, got it.
So you're fortunate, don't see a lot. Um, I hear from a lot of clients that they can do like a, uh, if you're looking for just cremation, depending on how elaborate you get. No, I'm just, I'm just No, I'm gonna give you some pricing that I've heard. I'm just answering the question. Yeah, I'm trying to answer it, sorry. Most people tell me a funeral's between, I don't know, $10,000, $15,000. People that get $20,000 typically get to leave behind a few extra bucks for their beneficiary. Just depends how elaborate you get, dude. So $10,000 to $20,000 is pretty typical coverage amounts I see. If someone wants to leave a bunch of money or has several beneficiaries, they pick 30, but totally up to you. Which one makes the most sense?
Uh, right now don't none of them make sense. My money is kind of being adjusted to what I'm trying to do. I just want to, uh get a general idea of what I'm looking at and what I'm asking you, okay? So what I'll do is, is there any way I can hit you back, give you a call back, and, and once I start back working— hopefully I start back working in a couple weeks. I don't want to be out too long, okay?
You know, totally.
What's your name again?
My name is John.
Huh?
My name is John.
Hi, John.
Yep. Okay, okay. So John, I'm gonna have to give you a call back and sit down and talk to you when I get back to work. All right, brother, have a nice day. Okay, John, you too, bro.
Have a good one.
Later.
All right, perfect.
So I'm gonna put you down here for tomorrow at 4:00, 4:30. Any reason why you wouldn't be home?
What is this in regard to?
The final expense insurance information that you requested there. I just show you, sweetheart. I ate dinner last night. I don't know why I had either. I don't blame you. Um, I'm just showing you the programs. Do I work for— yeah, I'm a state licensed underwriter, so I work with all the companies. I'm just showing you the programs you actually qualify for. That's all my job is. Takes like 5 minutes. Well, luckily I'm not selling you anything. I'm just dropping off your info. Okay, so I have you down here for tomorrow. At 4:00, 4:30 PM, like we just said earlier, okay?
No, you can't cancel that.
I'm sorry, the office don't let me there. I have to keep— I have to keep bugging you until I get it out to you, okay? It's just a request you sent in there. You sent in the request, and because I'm licensed by the state, I just show you what you qualify for. Does that make sense, or are you confused?
When did I send in the request?
Just the other day, how I said. Couple days ago. That was, like I said, that was the one you left that date of birth, the address, even your email there. It looks like your first name last name 9@gmail.com, correct? It looks like, or Yahoo. I can't really see the rest of it, but yeah, it was your first name last name 9@gmail.com. Okay, just leaving this for easy Does that make sense? So you sent that— yeah, so you sent the request in there and I just get the answer. So you—
where did I send it to?
You sent it to our office there. We're out here in Murfreesboro. You sent the request— the Murfreesboro office. You sent a request in for the final expenses there. I'm just giving you your information per your request. So I have you down here for 4:00, 4:30 tomorrow, okay? My name is Giovanni.
Hey, Mr. Dan, my name is Craig Ross.
I'm the local benefit. You want me to spell it for you?
Reason for my call, I'm looking at a request you sent to our office requesting information on final expense life insurance.
Basically, all my job is to get an appointment with you.
We're going to be in town tomorrow.
I don't know, dude.
All we do is say—
yeah, I was saying it's only me talking here.
We find all that initial information out, and that's, that's usually it. It only takes about 5 minutes. Are you free during the morning for us to stop by? It says, it says here your address is right here. Says here your address, Mr. Dan, is—
yeah, that's where I live. I mean, I had request—
uh, I mean, I'm looking at the, at the thing. It says your birthday is 8/8/1950.
That's, that's the office?
Yes, sir. We can meet in the parking lot tomorrow if you can do it in the morning. I have a 8 I'm going to her fucking house. I have an 8, a 9, a 10, 11, 12, and 12:30.
Whoa, that's my weekend.
What about after like 6, 7 o'clock?
What about after 6 or 7 o'clock tomorrow afternoon?
No, I guess no more for you.
Okay, anytime I do, anytime after that, because the only thing, we're going to be in Murfreesboro going door to door tomorrow, so it's, it's going to be the easiest way.
Damn, I understand.
We'll just have to make it another time, but appreciate you calling me though. Yes sir, I'll write your name down. Yes sir, I'll write your name down.
I appreciate it.
So nice at the same time. I would just call him big dog. You ain't going door to door, . I'll be out there helping about 15 other families, and you're part of it.
He said he didn't write his name down and call him. Yeah, he said he wasn't.
No, that's you. I meant me. Did you book her? That's a point. She hung up.
That's definitely 4.5.
That's a fucking point motherfucking 5. But I'm going to my fucking seller. Yeah, I'm going there.
Hello?
Hey, Larry.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir, man, this is, uh, Giovanni. I'm the benefits advisor out here, Murfreesboro. You had sent in a request for that final expense life insurance. I just wanted to make sure this address you left me is correct so I can get that info to you. You left the—
a life insurance?
Yeah, final expense life insurance. I cover like your burial and cremation.
You had us—
I don't know anything about that.
You're Larry Coleman, right? Uh, date of birth here.
Yeah, well, I don't know anything about this. Somebody else must have done that by mistake or something.
Sound like somebody cares about you and loves you then. Uh, I just gotta get— yeah, I just gotta get the information back out to you, man. That's what my job is as a state licensed underwriter.
Well, I don't know anything about it, so yeah, I guess it was a misunderstanding somewhere.
Okay, well, I should get it out to your man. You want to do tomorrow morning or afternoon?
Sorry, I can't hear. Thanks for calling.
I mean, you can, man.
I try to—
hell yeah. Hey, uh, uh, is the wrong phone number? Is this Mr. Featherstone, or do you know him?
Well, the reason for my call, my office, you You're going to keep—
say one more time, I hear you—
call you until someone gets out here to give you the information so we can—
okay, okay, yeah, uh, your spouse had sent in a request for her.
That's not how it works. I have to give you the information.
Um, I just need to verify the info she left. Uh, she left her date of birth, or maybe it's yours, I don't know. Okay, and then she left the email, uh, gmail.com.
Uh, her—
it'll be her first name and then it's I'll just call and see what time is good for you guys tomorrow, mornings or afternoon.
Ma'am, you submitted a request. I said, ma'am, you submitted it.
Okay, I got a 1 PM or like a 4:30. Which one's better for you guys?
A few days back, it has your— I've given you your address and everything.
Okay, and then she did Uh, she put that you're where, uh, Murfreesboro, which is where I'm from. We're local out here, but she left the address blank. What's the street address? I'm going to request for you. Oh, oh, okay, got it. All right, out here, Murfreesboro too, zip code 3. All right, cool. I have you guys down for like 4:30-ish tomorrow, okay?
I would say. Okay.
All right, I'll see you guys then. You have a good one.
O'Dell?
Yes.
Hey man, John getting back to you about the request you sent in, uh, for the veterans final expense burial insurance. Put down that you're in the Army, is that correct?
You, you listed—
I said you listed on here that you were previously in the Army, is that correct?
Yeah.
Got it. Okay, cool. And just want to verify a couple things, um, before I get you all the info. You working, retired, or disabled? Currently retired.
Love it.
Cool deal. Let's see, retired. Are you looking for coverage for just you or you and someone else?
Or just me?
Just you.
Okay.
Does that mean you're not married either, or she does not need any? Say again?
Separate.
Okay, very good.
And do you smoke or no?
Say again, please?
Are you a smoker?
Or no? No, no. Ah, okay.
Smoker, and what's your, I don't have your date of birth here.
What's your date?
I suck at math, how old does that make you?
67.
67, dig it. All right, cool. Well, my job is pretty easy, Odell, is to figure out what it is you are looking for, and more importantly, what you qualify for. So if you don't mind if I ask you a few questions, just to kind of figure some things out and get you the info you need here pretty quick.
Good with that? Cool.
Can you, um, just give me a quick little rundown of what's got you looking now? Is it— does something happen, or do you not have any insurance, or kind of give me a little overview?
I was on Facebook. Yeah, yeah, that's around.
Okay, cool.
Do you have any coverage now, any kind of life insurance at all? Yeah. Okay, what you got?
You don't want to speak on that.
Say again?
I don't want to speak on that.
You don't want to—
oh, oh, okay.
What?
Okay, just trying to figure out how to help you. If you got $14 million in coverage, you probably don't need much unless you know what you're looking for. Okay, well, part of the job for seeing what you're eligible for certainly requires to know what you got because there are limits. So just trying to figure out coverage amounts so I know what direction— he fucking hung up on me.
That's good. Please leave a message after the tone. Hello?
Name is Carlo.
Hello?
Hey, Miss Caldwell.
Yeah, this is you.
Hey, what's up?
This is John getting back to you. Um, you had sent in a request to my office about the final expense burial coverage and stuff. I just need to verify, um, you put down your date of birth.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, same here. I was just calling to verify that and, um, schedule a time with you because I don't have time right now anyway. Um, are you working or retired? Yeah, I'm trying to figure out your schedule. What do you work or what's your schedule?
Oh, don't worry about it.
I'll work, but, uh, I'll be able— you can call me back like tomorrow in the morning.
Okay.
Are you early riser or kind of late morning? Yeah, I sure am.
Okay, I love it.
I'm gonna call you between like 8 and 8:15. How about that?
Okay.
All right.
My name is John. I'll call you tomorrow morning. She said you ain't got to worry about if I work or not. This phone game is different, dude. I can't wait to get somebody to go in the field. I'm gonna find a light. I'll light that shit up. This is fucking interesting. What up, insurance agents? Mr. William, this was the one that you left your daughter as your beneficiary, correct? And your favorite hobby is aviation, it looks like. Okay, yeah, my job is to go over that information with you. I was just trying to call to book an appointment for this afternoon. Are you still working or are you on like disability retirement? Okay, you want to do more like a 4:00, 4:15 slot, or do you want to do like a 6:00, 6:30 PM this afternoon? Okay, I'll put you down for then. Um, do you have anything on your calendar for that time around 6:15, 6:30, or no? You do have something on your calendar or you're free? Okay. And then is this like an iPhone that you're on right now or just like an Android? Okay. Um, are you familiar with like Google Meet and how to use like a Zoom call? Okay, it's like a video FaceTime thing. Yeah, okay. And then what I'm going— does your daughter live with you or something? She'll be there with you at 6 o'clock? Okay. And then we can just hop on a call, um, either if she has an iPhone we can FaceTime or we can video chat on Zoom. Um, I'll send you guys a link. Do you have a calendar you can write me down real quick? Okay, well, I'm gonna put you down for— we said 6:15, 6:30. Give me a little window because I'm having about 40 people today. Okay, all right, I'll talk to you guys then. Bye.
Yo, so what are you verifying? You're verifying if they have a job, they're still working, retired, disabled.
Same thing you're doing with face-to-face, bro.
I'm not changing the address.
Why do I need to? I'm doing that exactly. This one's saying we're there, but you're doing the same thing if they're working or not. I'm just literally doing the same exact thing I would if— I'm just doing it more solid because I don't want to get no-shows.
No, I feel you. You're, you're, you're trying to make sure that they're, they're not doing some shit later. So that's a good angle. I like that. So you're just going—
I don't have— plus, I don't need one. I don't have the address for these ones. These are not the, the leads that we've been working for Face to Face. These are my old telesales leads that I bought, so some of them don't have an address anyways. Advocate, beneficiary, and obvious, and state.
Hey, Joanna. Hey, Joanna, my name is Anthony. I'm the benefits advisor out here in, uh, Florida, and I was just getting back to you about that information you had requested from our office about the state-regulated final expense programs for Florida residents. Uh, you put down your date of birth was 7/10/1948, is that correct? Perfect. Well, Joanna, are you currently working, retired, or disabled right now? Okay. Well, I just wanted to get a quick appointment set with you so that we can get this information out to you. Any reason you wouldn't be home anytime between 5:00 and 5:30 today?
Hello? Ame?
Okay, well, what I can do is— I mean, are you there for my schedule around then?
Hey, we can get this. Hey, Ahmed, this is Isaac. I'm your benefits advisor out there in the Tarrant County area.
That's just information.
You listed your birthday as 1951.
Just some information.
3:30, is that correct, sir?
And I see on our system that you had requested and we never got it out to you.
Oh, you're out of town. More solid. Okay, when are you coming back into this?
So when are you coming back to the States?
When should I give you a call back?
Um, like, uh, programs that would pay for your final expenses, uh, basically discounted life insurance programs for Puerto Ricans. I just get the information out to you. Oh, we wouldn't be getting you more insurance, just the information. If there's anything in here for you, there's some here for you. If not, then we can probably wait 10 minutes. All right, but I'm gonna put you down around 5, okay? 5 to 5:15 today. Any reason you wouldn't, you wouldn't be home?
Okay, perfect.
And, um, I will give you a call then and we'll go from there. I'll hear from you soon, Janet. Well, I feel like a new agent again, bro.
Like, I'm like, what do you say?
What do you say?
All right, Janice.
Janice, this is Isaac. I'm your benefits advisor out here in the Tarrant County area. You got sent in the request for the final expense information. It's your birthday, the 19th. For one, slow the fuck down, bro. Was I talking too fast? You thought you were sliding.
I was sliding?
You was fucking— you was zooming.
Hey Nancy, my name is Anthony. I'm the benefits advisor out here in Florida. I was just getting back to you about that information you requested from our office. It was about the new state-regulated final expense programs for Florida. Florida residents. Uh, you put down your date of birth was 1/1/1960, is that correct, Nancy?
Perfect.
So I see in our records we never got this information out to you. We wanted to set a quick appointment for later today, uh, over the phone to get it out to you. I was just trying to see if you're working, retired, or disabled as of right now.
Okay.
Any reason you wouldn't be home anytime around 5:30 to 6 today for a quick call. Okay. What I can do is I'll put you down for then and then I will give you a quick call anytime between 5:30 and 6 and Kathy information out to you. Okay, Nancy. Hey Patricia, my name is Anthony. I'm the benefits advisor out here in Florida and I was just getting back to you about that information you had requested from our office. Here's about the new state rate. News state— I'm sorry, it's hard to hear you, Miss Patricia, but you had requested information about— Oh, what the fuck was she in, a concert?
Hey Troy, can you hear me now? Hey, this is Kyla. I'm the local underwriter out here in Florida. You had filled out that request for the life insurance information, and I was just getting back to you so I could get you on my calendar to go over that info with you. It looks like you had put your favorite hobby as cutting grass, is that correct? Okay, and then you're up there— you up there in Panama City? Where's your— oh, Bristol, Florida. Okay, gotcha. Um, and then are you still working right now or are you retired and disabled? You just cut grass? Okay, that's perfect. So I typically go by appointment only. Do you want to do an early afternoon appointment since you're retired, or do you want to do later in the evening after dinner? Yeah, so it just takes about 5 minutes to go over the info. They will have me get you on my schedule or they have me keep calling you. So we can either do a 2 or we can do later in the afternoon around 4. And it'll just be me calling you. Hey, Miss Belinda Sue. Hey, this is Kyla. I'm the local underwriter out here in Florida. You have filled out that request for that life insurance information. Yes, ma'am, most families I work with do. You bitch.
What do you mean, Belinda?
Say you got everything.
What she say?
He said I've got everything.
What's everything?
Yeah, do you even know what this is, lady?
Is this Miss Connie? Okay, gotcha. I was just giving Mr. Willie a call back. He had filled out that request of the life insurance information. I'm assuming it's for the both of you. Um, I just needed to verify some info with him. It looks like he had left you as a beneficiary and then y'all's son Eric as well. Is that correct? Or I guess, does that sound correct? He just had requested information, and I'm like the local underwriter out here in Marion County, so I just get the info over to you. Um, so I typically go by appointment only. When's a good time this afternoon to go over that info with the both of you? Do you want to do early afternoon or later after dinner? Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm sorry for your loss. So now, is this still something that you were looking for yourself to get something in place, or— so we, um, you're on a, like, like a fixed income, correct? So there's a couple discounts that they do for individuals on a fixed income, then as well as residents for Florida. It takes about 5 minutes to go over the info, um, and what I do is I give you a call this afternoon from this phone number and we go over what you qualify for. The information itself is completely—
my name is Andrew, I'm a state licensed underwriter out here in Florida, and we're just getting back to you about some information you had requested from us in our office. It was about the state-regulated— is this not sharing programs for Florida residents?
Okay, gotcha. Um, so what I'll do is I'll put you on real quick.
Just needed to verify.
It's like a 3 PM or 4 PM better.
What are you getting called back, brother?
I got—
you got the wrong number.
God bless you guys. It'll be me calling from this number. My name is Kyla, and then you have a blessed afternoon.
Okay, good morning, Eileen. Can you help me there?
Yes, ma'am.
There, my name is Giovanni. I'm the benefits advisor out here in Georgia. You had sent in a request for your life insurance here. Just to verify, that was the one you left your beneficiary as Robert, and then your favorite hobby is singing for Jesus. I'll say that again. Your favorite hobby is singing for Jesus. Okay, then my job is to show you the programs you qualify for and shoot you some quotes. Um, Would later this afternoon around 4 or 4:15, more like a dinner time, like 5, 5:30 be better for you? Yeah, so my job is to go over that information with you and show you what you qualify for. So I'm just setting up an appointment for this afternoon. Would you rather do like a 4, 4:15, or more like a 5, 5:30-ish?
Ah, Diana.
Okay, um, you want it after 5 or early? Diana. Okay, I got like a 5:30, 5:45 I'll put you down for. And is this information just for you or for you and a spouse?
Okay, not a problem.
Say one more time. That's fine. So it could be for you and a spouse as well, you're saying? Sometimes with age leads, is there a lot— I was thinking so it could be for you and your husband, you're saying? I don't know if these people are like lying to me all the time, but there's like a lot of Um, yeah, that's if they're aged to have—
Yeah, I was going to say, yeah, and you on fixed income, right?
All right, yeah, and you on a fixed income, I'm saying, like, are you on disability or Social Security? Yep, so, so these programs are designed for fixed incomes. I go over all that information. Can you just have, uh, you and your spouse on the phone then this afternoon around 5:30, 5:45? Okay, I'll put you guys down for then, and then Can you put me in like one of your calendars if you got one? All right, I'll put it down for 5:30, 5:45, and I'll call you then. Okay, you will. You too. Bye-bye. Hey, Linda. Miss Linda, can you hear me there? Yes, ma'am, this is, uh, Javon. I'm your, uh, benefits advisor out here in Tennessee. You had— yes, ma'am, you had sent in a request there for your life insurance.
Oh, you piece of dirt.
Denise, can you hear me there? Yeah, this is Giovanni there. I'm your benefits advisor out here in Georgia. Uh, you guys sent in that request for your final expense life insurance. That's one. Yeah, that was—
Hey Norman.
Hey Norman, my name is Anthony. I'm the state licensed underwriter out here in Florida, and I was just getting back to you about some information you requested from our office. It was about the new state-regulated final expense programs for Florida residents. Norman, we wanted to get this information out to you because I see in our records we never got it out. I just needed to verify your date of birth real quick was 8/2/1956. Is that correct? Perfect. Well, we're appointment-based only, Norman. And I wanted to see if you'd be available anytime this afternoon or tomorrow morning to get this information requested out to the court. Currently working, retired, disabled? Are you currently working, retired, or disabled, sir? Hey, Miss Daisy, any reason you wouldn't be home anytime after 6:00, 6:30?
Yes, ma'am.
Did you all set with getting your info.
Did you see why I was calling you?
Hello?
You asked me to give you a call back about the life insurance information you had requested. The local underwriter out here in Florida. Yes, ma'am. There is no list. It was the information you had requested for the life insurance. You put you wanted to be cremated, and then your favorite hobby was cooking. Is that still correct? So you— I'm talking about you, Miss Daisy, and you put your date of birth as 6/15/1944, correct?
Yep.
Can you hear me? Uh, Tycie there. Tycie Adams. Are you his spouse by chance? Are you Miss Adams? I'm Giovanni, so I'm the state licensed underwriter out here in Florida. Uh, Tycie has sent in a request for the life insurance final expenses. Um, left his— left his or hers beneficiaries as his children, and favorite hobby is reading. Are you Miss Heise, or is that your spouse? Yeah, dear, I'm aware, sweetheart. So we work with all the insurance companies. We just go over any new updates and everything. Yeah, I'm just trying to book an appointment with her.
Hey Carolyn, hello Carolyn, can you hear me? Hey Carolyn, my name is Anthony. I'm a state licensed underwriter out here in Florida and we're just getting back to you about some information you had requested from our office. It was about the new state-regulated final expense programs for Florida residents. We haven't been able to get this information out to you. I just needed to verify you left your your date of birth is 10/8/1963, is that correct? Perfect. Oh, well, I, I was trying to get an appointment. Oh, she just said have a nice day.
So when she— so you're calling and then you're— so a lot of times when they put these favorite hobbies and— oh, sorry, was this her? Yeah.
Okay, cool.
Yeah, so what you're doing is you're saying, yeah, you put your favorite hobby as this. So a lot of the times when they fill out the request, that favorite hobby is a code word. It's not actually their favorite— like, I mean, it is their favorite hobby, but it's a security thing. So you're verifying that, and then you can verify one more thing, like, and then that date of birth is 2/4/1954, correct? Right. So yeah, my job is super simple. I go by appointment-based only. You going to do before dinner or after dinner tonight? And you can see she's still working, but I mean, if they 54, she probably retired. Um, but ask her if she's still working and then give her two options: before dinner, after dinner. She says she can't do it tonight, say, well, I work real late, we could even do, right, 8 PM tonight, is that fair? She says absolutely not, then you can switch to tomorrow. Say, well, I'm pretty busy tomorrow too, but what's your schedule look like? I'll see if I can pencil you in.
Yeah, see, I said I asked her if she had free time.
But you kept going. That's good. You didn't, you didn't say, okay, bye.
Yeah, I thought I clicked it.
No, you just keep going and then make sure you verify something. And then if you still don't feel like you have a hold of her, verify something else just so she trusts you. And yeah, okay, you can always verify two things. You can verify one thing, ask her a question. If she's hesitant, verify another, because they get calls all all day long talking about X, Y, and Z. So remember, they're old, senile, and they get scammed.
Yeah.
And then in your intro, make sure you're saying who you are. So you're the local underwriter out here in Florida, and then when we switch to Tennessee, we'll say the same thing, local underwriter out here in Tennessee.
Before I book the appointment, I need to ask if they're still working.
You don't have to, um, because they can pick it. I mean, if it's easier for you to just say, do you want to do it before dinner or after dinner, they're not gonna be working then unless they work a night shift.
You know why you'd ask that? I mean, I guess for Social Security, see if it's office.
No, no, wait, you're working or the times working?
Oh, you're trying to find out if if they are working. So that, okay, if you're working every day, you're probably at work most first times in the afternoon or whatever your work schedule is. So usually you'd ask— when we like dial mailers, I'd ask if they had, uh, if they were working, retired, disabled, um, or if they had any doctor's appointments the next day or two. So you're trying kind because you can't, you can't stop them from working. That way they can't say no, they can't say like, I'm busy, I'm busy. Yeah, getting it in front of that, right in front of that objection before they retire. They can't say that after they said, oh, I'm retired. Oh no, I'm going through this.
Right.
Yeah, I just said you were retired.
Really?
Yeah, that makes sense.
And then also, when you're on the phone, don't let the ball be in their court. Always let the ball be in your court. So always be asking the questions like You put your favorite hobby is this. Do you want to do dinner or before dinner or after? Okay, you're still working. What time do you get off work? Like, always be ending with a question. Not let it be open silence. That gives them enough time to be like, oh, I don't want to do it. Bye. Don't even let them have a singular second to think other than saying yeah, build it out. Even if they don't remember, that's fine. No script and 3 appointments booked? What a fucking concept.
It wasn't until he explained that where I'm like, that's fucking genius. You're making them be themselves first, then you teach them the fucking script. Yeah, because then it, they, it kind of like they morph it rather than them sounding like a robot and fucking sucking dick and reading. Yeah, because that's all, that's all I was doing.
Yeah, just minor tweaks here and there.
It literally wasn't until you just said—

We have agents in there selling me helping agents and sharing information. We're gonna, as we build this thing out, share everything, um, out there with all of you guys. So again, follow the Discord if you want to be part of everything we got going on. Join it now. We'll see you in there.
