I never had a recruiter. I was always the recruiter. And then I always say my recruiters were the agents because I would teach everyone in here how to recruit and I would take the burden of training off of them. I did all the training and I have like a weirdly really good memory with stuff like that. I didn't need to track a lot. Honestly, the way I did it was like I had a calendar book. Sunday I didn't run or dial. So Sunday was where I wrote in everybody I had to call for the week. I drew out my group every day. Do you have anybody draw out groups here? So I would literally like, that'd be me. And then I'd be like, Ivan. And I would have Steve, Joe, I would draw it out. He has 7 feet. Over here I have Bob. And then early on I'd have like Steve, Joe, I'd have names like this. I was like 30 wide, dude. Now the goal was to get to 3 to 5.
