Revealing My $200 MILLION Automations & Emails System (STEAL THEM)

In this live webinar, host Alex Branning and recruiting automation expert John Wetmore walk attendees through the evolution, architecture, and practical use of the AgentCRM recruiting system that powers John’s multi‑million‑dollar insurance recruiting operation. They begin with housekeeping, then John narrates the problem‑driven journey from manual note‑taking and scattered JotForms to a fully automated pipeline that tracks leads, licensing, training, exam scheduling, contracting, and ongoing communication. The demo shows real‑time contact creation, state‑specific email triggers, task assignment, and reminder automation. John explains the business logic behind net‑5‑agents‑per‑month goals, the importance of daily human outreach, and why automation is a force‑multiplier, not a replacement for personal contact. The pair then present the commercial offer: a subscription to the John Wetmore System via AgentCRM, including access to the CRM, marketing‑plus ad‑creation tools, phone credits, live support, monthly coaching calls, and a limited‑time onboarding window for five new clients. They also promote supplemental resources—lead packages, a $12 book, QR‑code‑driven newsletters, and potential in‑person workshops. Additional discussion covers easy branding customization via multi‑step forms, the asset library for policy‑sale funnels, recruiting without ad spend, the cost‑benefit comparison of the system versus hiring a recruiter, and the ability to clone existing GoHighLevel accounts into AgentCRM with security controls. The session ends with a brief AgentCRM overview by COO Will Wetmore and a live Q&A invitation.

Well, let's go ahead and rock and roll, you guys. If you are here live, thank you. Amanda, go ahead and mute every other person on this call except for John and I, if you could. Can you give a real quick— everyone just give a little hand clap emoji or hand clap to Amanda. She is the one running the show today. Making sure that everyone gets in the room, making sure that everyone besides John and I is muted. Give a little hand clap in there and do not get mad at her when she mutes you because she is about to hit the mute all button. So y'all are all about to get muted.
So it's weird to me how many people get on one of these and don't think to hit the mute button.
She muted me and John.
You unmute him. Oh, I have to hit it. Alex, you're muted right now. Yeah, Alex, you got you muted, bro.
I just dropped my one golden nugget that I was going to share on the webinar today. That was it. Yeah, one and done.
Hey, I want to correct you. So you said Amanda's running the show today, and I want to be clear, Amanda runs the show every day, bro. Just to be clear.
I love it. I love it. So you guys, like we said, turn on those cameras so we can see your faces while you're in the webinar. We'd love to see you as you are learning and walking along with us on this journey towards improving your recruiting. There's nothing like us, like me as a speaker, and I'm sure John's the same way. You know, there's nothing like seeing people engage with your content. You know, when you feel like you're talking to an empty room, it's like, oh man, like, are they getting it? Am I not doing good? Like, what's going on here?
It's way better. So when you have your cameras on, even if you're like, yeah, dude, even if you got your baby in your hands, you're feeding them, I don't care about none of that. Like, I— none of that stuff bothers me. I'd rather you be on and driving down the road and feeding babies and eating sandwiches. And who cares? We're all, we're all doing life.
So that's the beauty of the Zoom. You, you can be in your pajamas and, and learning all this stuff with John and I. So it's good. We just want to see your face. So, um, so one of the things that I have tried to do, and I, I have failed at it multiple times, I have tried to read a book, take what I've learned from the book, and implement it into my business with the same level of excellence that the author shared in the book. I've tried that. It hasn't worked. But you know, when I do succeed in implementing better strategies, learning things, it's when I'm able to actually work with the author. I've had a really cool opportunity to work with some of the dope names in the online marketing space, like Ray Edwards, Russell Brunson, and a few others. And in the insurance space, I get to work with people like John Cody and a few other people that I get to actually work alongside. This webinar, John's gonna break down what he has done to automate and really dramatically improve his recruiting process. He's gonna share a story of where it was to now where it is. And I want to give you guys a heads up that at the end of this webinar, you're going to get a lot of really good information. You're going to see the system that he's got in place. So you're going to be able to actually witness what it looks like to have a fully automated recruiting system. Now, the people that are going to really improve the recruiting process between now and the end of the month or the end of the year and meet their goals The ones that will see their goals met are the ones that take action with the help of people that have done it. Being able to watch someone and then try to implement based on the, what you see in this 1 hour, you'll get huge golden nuggets. You're going to learn, you're going to be able to improve it, but you're not gonna move as quickly as you would if you were to work with John. And so there's gonna be an opportunity at the end of this. For 5 people to actually work with the AgentCRM team and John to implement what he talks about. So now for the rest of you that want to join in and you, maybe you don't make it, you're, maybe you're number 6, you still get to work with John and the AgentCRM team. You just might have to wait a little bit longer, maybe, maybe a couple of weeks to get started. So, because we'll be onboarding a few at a time. So I want to give you a heads up that what you're about to watch and learn from It sometimes you're gonna go, man, this is a, this is a lot. Like John's really put this whole system together. I, I'm getting it. I'm learning. I'm taking a lot of notes, but it's a lot of stuff. Like John's built out a pretty, pretty cool system. You don't have to try to write all of this stuff down and learn it in 1 hour.
Yeah.
You get to actually, John's actually gonna give you the system. You're gonna have a way to actually get this entire system. At the end of this. So, um, and I want to see— John and I were talking earlier, we were going back and forth. I would love to see how many people you want to bring onto your team between now and the end of the year. Like, share, share the big goal that you want, right? So drop in the chat, between now and the end of 2024, how many people do you want to add to your team? I want to see what type of builders we have in the room. John, are we looking at like 3 people between now and the end of the year. We got 100. There we go. Good, good. That's what I'm talking about. Someone said 15 solid agents. 100, 100, 20, 5 to 6. Amazing. 500. Let's go, Jeff! I love that, I love that. 100, 15 to 20, 105, 50 producers. I mean, these are freaking builders in here, John. We got some people that are like, I want to add a lot of agents to my team. So I love it. Steven, 20. Yeah, Will Winter, 1 million. Let's go, Will Winter! Let's go!
Careful what you ask for, Will. Yeah, careful.
I love it, I love it, I love it. So excellent, excellent. AJ, 5 good ones. So we got, we got the gamut here, John. People going from like 5 to 10 in that range. All the way up to 100. We got someone that said 500, 500 before the end of the year. So set the stage for us, John. What is the realistic goals that people can set between now and the end of the year to add to their team?
Yeah, dude, I think it's for me what I've learned, man. And one of the things we do on top of this is like I do a lot of events to teach people how to recruit, whether they use the system, which it won't be for everybody. I'll be clear, if you like have a hard time opening and finding your email inbox, you ain't gonna be able to use this. I promise. You know what I mean? Like, this is for people who understand a little bit higher level. And now, for those of you that are nervous about that, we do have other resources that we provide to teach people how to build this thing. Because I started building this thing with like napkins and crayons. You don't, you don't need all this stuff to get started. But if you're on the road to building, and you're trying to get started, and you're going, how can I be more efficient? How can I grow this thing quicker? How can I skip some of the steps? How do I keep track of all the stuff? There's so much stuff happening? How do I notify all the trouble you're having? This system will help you with all that because this is how we built this, you know. And I think, man, realistic is, you know, I always had— I always kept really simple goals, dude. I think people get enamored by the big numbers we throw out and they think that they have to recruit a zillion people. I'll be clear, dude, I was making 7 figures with 50 writing agents.
Let's go.
Yeah, so it doesn't— I mean, again, you have— I've done math in events and I'm going, you know what 5 agents can do for you? Like someone I did at the last event I was at, there, um, I talked to this lady, her— I was like, what's your mortgage payment? It was like 2 grand, right? And I'm like, you know, at a 10% override, 20 grand in total volume pays your mortgage now. I mean, you do that with 2 average writers, they don't got to be killers. You know what I mean? It's like, so I love people looking at the sky. I love it. But at the same time, I'm like, yo, imagine just paying your mortgage every month with it. Then imagine the next month your car payment's made. And then imagine the next month your kid's college is paid for. And then imagine the next month private school is paid for for the little ones. Daycare. Oh, and then you cover your wife's salary so she can stay home. You know what I mean? And it, dude, incrementally, this thing gets nuts. And so early on, man, actually really the whole time I had a goal to increase a net of 5 writers a month. I wanted to go up a net. So I, I'm gonna lose some every month. So I wanted a net increase, 5 a month. And that was really easy for me to teach as well. Cause I like duplicatable. If I re— if I go, I'm recruiting 1,000 people a month, you hear people say it on the internet and yet somehow they're still driving their beater. You know what I mean? And I'm like, how many agents do I have? 14,000. No, how many sell? Well, one. You know what I'm saying? It's like, we're going to teach people how to get paid agents. And that's always the goal for me. And when we started building this, man, it was like, I want to be able to get licensed agents paid within a week max. And I want to be able to get unlicensed agents paid within a month max. That was always my goal for them. You know, and if you didn't go that route, it meant you were going slow and it was your fault. But we were gonna do everything we could to get people paid that quick. What I love about the 5 writers a month is 2 things. I go, Alex, dude, it's, it's 1 a week, bro. If I made, if I made the threshold any less, it'd be 0. So can we go with 1? Yeah.
Right, right.
And that's how I've taught this thing.
That feels attainable.
Correct. But then if I go 5 a month for me and then I teach you to do 5 a month, now we're adding 10 a month as an agency.
Wow.
And then if one of your hires is Will and you just teach him to do 5 a month, now we're doing 15 as an agency and you're doing 10 of them. You know what I'm saying? And I just, I just kept teaching people how to add 5 net a month, 5 net a month, 5 net a month. It's 1 a week, dude. I can't do less. It'd be zero. Yeah. I mean, I've, I've been saying the same stupid line forever, but it works. Yeah. You know? Um, I love it. So it depends if you're gonna do it alone, are you gonna actually help other people and teach them how to build? And that's, that's what we got into, man. Um, you know, so all, all certainly attainable numbers, but what I've learned is you can't do any of this business by yourself. You know what I mean? We all have a ceiling. We can only sell so much by ourselves. We can always recruit so much by ourselves. We can— I can only do so much work by myself. Thank God I have Amanda and another— a whole squad around me, same as you. You know what I mean? Like, how much can we do, right? So the evolution of this thing, which I'll get into, um, you know, it's kind of a long way to answer your question of— I think You know, I think the million is unattainable, Will. I'm sorry, you can't have a million by the end of the year. Very unlikely. But for the most part, man, I think people getting 5, 10, 15, 20, 50 riders is very attainable if you do the same thing and you teach others to do it also, you know, because I definitely wasn't the only person recruiting. I just taught duplication, you know, right?
So I love it, I love it. Well, we're about to show you the system. One of the things that I want to make sure that we highlight is the obstacles that you guys are facing. So if you're in the room right now, I want you to pop open that Zoom chat and I want you to tell me the biggest obstacle that you have right now in growing your team so that we can identify that and speak to it on our webinar. Drop in what your biggest obstacle. So, well, without further ado, John, um, man, I would love for you to just pop open your computer and let's show people the John Wetmore system that you've put together.
I will. I'm going to— I'm going to lead into it a little bit first, if you don't mind.
Okay. Okay.
Because I kind of want to— I want to talk about how we got here. And I think— I think that's going to help give some clarity to people before we show what it does. Because at the end of the day, man, for me, automation has always been about solving problems regarding things we do manually that we have trouble with. You know, and so like, I didn't like roll out of bed one day and build this in an afternoon, bro. I do. This is like 7 years in the making of working on literally every day. This is what we do. I recruit, I build, I teach people to recruit, I teach people to sell, I teach people to build. What I do for a living all day, every day, you know? And I remember, bro, when I first started recruiting, man, if I got to recruit on I'm trying to drive down the road to a client appointment and I'm also on an interview trying to talk to a potential agent and I'm recruiting them and we decide to bring them on board. Now I got to like email them the pre-licensing course, right? Oh, well, bro, I'm driving down the road. I don't even know this person. It's some dude I got off a Craigslist ad, you know what I'm saying? Or a ZipRecruiter ad or a CareerBuilder or whatever. Hit me up on a DM and I'm like, I bro, can you do me a favor? Can you text me your full name, your email address, a copy of your ID, and you know, like, and then I'll later on tonight, I'll shoot you an email when I get home. So I'm trying to do multiple of those a day. And I'm having them text me because I have no way to capture all their information necessarily. You know what I'm saying? And even if I have a pile of leads, maybe I'm writing notes down on the freaking passenger seat next to me. And I'm trying to— I'm driving, I'm like, then I gotta, I gotta get home at night and remember, okay, which— who texts me? All right, let me go through my texts. Oh dang, Alex wanted to do it. Let me send him the code. Hey, dear Alex, you know what I mean? I'm like writing it out, typing it, email the code, get them signed up. And then it's like maybe I got 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 of those for the week, but I'm interviewing every day. Dude, you might take a week and a half to do— fill out, fill out the form, fill out the paperwork to get started. And then all of a sudden I get Alex is registered for course. I'm like, who the hell is Alex?
Yeah.
Right. I got 17 client appointments. I got 3 chargebacks. My kids are freaking going off the rails and I'm trying to remember who the hell is this Alex guy that said he got in course. It's been 10 days since I talked to you. You know what I'm saying? It's like, oh, I got to look this up. Where did I find this guy from? Oh, let me find the Craigslist resume. You know what I mean? I'm scrambling to find stuff. And then it started to evolve and I'm like, thank you. It started to evolve and I'm like, all right, we need to create a better way to do this. So I remember the first time Amanda made, what were those forms called where you could do like a JotForm back in the day? Old school JotForms, bro. Right? I'm like, hey, make me a JotForm. So when I'm doing the interview, I can fill in Alex Branning, emails this, phone numbers this, and then it would notify Amanda so she could deal with it. And then it would email, right, me and go like, hey, we got the information. And then we would send them the stuff. And then I was like, yo, why don't we just make it send them the stuff, right? Okay. Like, why, why email them the stuff the next day? You're right. I'm doing it. I'm doing an interview on a Friday night. Amanda's like doing whatever she's doing, out eating Mexican. I want to get Alex started. I have to wait till Monday afternoon so she gets around to it. And I'm like, yo, what if we just, as soon as they fill out the form, it sends them the email you always send them? So then we created that, you know what I'm saying? And it just started to evolve, dude, every piece. Then it was like, how do I keep— all right, who passed their class this week? Oh, Steve. Who's Steve? Oh, you got— you hired him 79 days ago and he just passed his class today. Oh damn, where's he at? Oklahoma. How do you get licensed in Oklahoma? Like Google, how do you get licensed in Oklahoma?
You know what I mean?
It's like we're having to send them the instructions from the Oklahoma Department of Insurance. And every time we dealt with something like that, I'm like, all right, well, we looked it up once. Are we gonna be dumb and look it up every time? Why don't we put it in a form? And so now when we hire someone and the job form reads Oklahoma, why don't we email them the Oklahoma instructions automatically? You know what I'm saying? It just started, it started evolving, dude. Every time we had a problem, we solved it. I'll never forget, bro, when we started hiring like crazy and we had kind of the forms coming in, we had the emails going out automatically and things were kind of flowing somewhat decently. What started happening, bro, is I, I started having other people doing— starting to recruit also. So a few people on my team were also starting to recruit, right? So we made one of the forms for them. I'm like, all right, Alex, here's your form. When you hire someone, you use this form, you fill it out, and then it comes to Amanda. Well, then you know what happened then? So you, you hire Will. Now what happens? Will reaches out to me and Amanda by email, text, and phone call 3 times, leaves 7 voicemails, trying to find the status of where they're at. And then you want to know too because he called you, so then you call me, you text me, you email me, you leave me 4 voicemails, you call Amanda, you text Amanda, you email Amanda because you want to know too. And I'm like, if one more motherfucking person calls Amanda 17 times, I'm going to kill someone. So then we were like, why don't we add in upline? All right, so when someone hires someone, it notifies the upline right away. So you get status updates. Does that make sense? So you don't— nobody has to call nobody. You don't need to call me anymore. You get information when they pass their course. Why don't we update everybody? We update the, the upline, we update the whole hierarchy. Well, now the upline has staff. Now the staff starts calling Amanda too. I'm like, let's update the staff. So now every— as things start to happen, everybody along the way who needs to be notified gets notified of stuff, you know what I'm saying? And then it's— then you start doing stuff and it's like Hey, whatever happened to Alex? Remember that guy? He was really cool. He was gonna kill it. He was the guy who's not afraid to sell. He's the next— he's the number one producer at every company he's ever been with, and he's gonna kill it here. Remember that guy? What happened to him? And we start losing track of people. So what do we start doing? We broke out whiteboards, dude. We start drawing names on whiteboards with licensing, pre-licensing, got in their course, got wherever they're at, they pass their test, their test is scheduled, they got contracting, they submitted contracting, they bought leads, they did. And we got all these, we got whiteboards with check marks all over my office, dude. We had like 8 whiteboards at one time hanging all over the walls of my office. And every day we're having to erase names and do check marks and it was just chaos, bro. And I'm like, dude, automation, what I love about it is it doesn't forget shit. Right? So then we were like, Instead of Amanda having to figure out between 247 things, if you've waited 30 days and you haven't done what you said you'd do yet, now she has to call you. Why don't I have the system reminder? In fact, why don't I have the system send them a text and go, hey Alex, what's up man, it's been 30 days, just checking in. Why can't I do that automated? Oh, let's build that in. And we just started building all these checks and balances and remembering things. And if he does this, do this. If he doesn't, do this. And it's always, there's a lot of logic to it. You know what I mean? Because again, I can only remember so much as one human. Right. You know what I'm saying? And as you start bringing people on, you got people you're interviewing, you got people you hire, you got people you're sending the invite to class, you got people who register for class, you got some who are halfway through their class, you got some who finished for class, you got some with their state exam scheduled, you got some who finished their state exam, some have applied for the licensing, Some have received the licensing, right? Some have done the contracting. Some have been approved for contracting. Some are starting to get leads. Some are starting to make phone calls. Some are starting to make sales. And dude, I got people in every stage. How do you remember it all, right? So we started building all this stuff to do all the remembering and the logic. And it's like, dude, we, we have worked on this, bro, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of fucking man hours. And, and to be clear, I built this shit. I didn't hire some dude named Joe to build it. I sat in and I did workflows and all this, and Amanda, dude, like a boss. She's like, she figured out all the details behind the scenes. I was kinda like the brains and the logic. But then I'm like, yeah, I don't know how to, like, get someone in class anymore. I don't know where to send them to apply for their license. So she'd figure out all that, and she built all the email templates. Hey, when they do this, do this. If they're in this state, because some states, bro, You— we would— what we would do is, uh, if you could register for your state exam prior to finishing your pre-license course, we made them so they had some skin in the game because we pay for their course. But I won't pay for your course until you register for your exam. You know what we found out, bro? Dude, there's like a dozen states that don't let you do that. You can't register for your state exam until you pass your pre-licensing course. So now what? I gotta send the email, but now I gotta know what state they're in. So we used to have this little checklist. Here's the 12 states. Let's check first which email. So now we built it in the logic. If they're in this state, do this. If they're in that state, do this. You know what I'm saying? All the instru— all the stuff, dude. The training. I put— I saw people with training's an issue. Hey, you know when we send them training? Well, they're waiting for their freaking state license to be approved. Why, dude? It takes a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks in some states. That's when we send them the training. So as soon as it registers that they submitted their app, their, their, for their license, for their application, it sends training. If they're already licensed, as soon as they do contracting, it knows, send the training. Cause that's when the wait period is. And we don't like people in lulls. We don't want 'em in downtime. Right. You know what I mean? So it's like all this logic, dude, along the way, it does, it's, it all this is built in. Right. So, wow. I just want, I want people to understand like how we got there, bro. It's been a mother effing machine we built. You know, your team saw it and I love you guys. The reason we partnered with you guys, to be clear, Alex and I've been watching them do some stuff. I've seen— we speak at events together and they run what they run, which I think you're going to show a little bit, a little bit of it later, more of like kind of the client management side, lead management side for agents. But I'm like, dude, they're running a machine. The reason I haven't put this out, just being 100% honest, I didn't want to deal with all the onboarding and the customer service for all y'all. I don't have— I don't— I'm not built for that, you know what I mean? I love building stuff, but I'm like, yo, if every time a button don't work someone calls me, I'm going to lose my mind. I'm not wired for that. So I've hid this from the world because I didn't want to deal with that side. So when I met Alex, I'm like, yo, I got an idea, bro. Like, I got this thing, and I don't know what y'all thought at the beginning, but I know when I showed it Like y'all's eyes rolled in the back here. You, you know what I mean? It's like, we know what we're doing with this stuff.
I've, I've had, I've talked to a lot of people who are like, I built a system, like you gotta pitch it. You gotta show, show the world what I built. And we see it and we're like, that's cool. Like, you know, shrug, you know what I'm saying? But then when we saw the John Wetmore system, we're like, dang, this thing, this is incredible. Um, you know, and it's, it's the 1% improvements that you guys put into the system. It's like it looks like you guys made a 1% improvement every week for the past basically 5 years since you all have started with Jotform. You built this thing out. This thing is one of the most robust, comprehensive recruiting systems that I've seen because it touches on everything that you just talked about, right? From the new lead to getting them set up to getting them licensed to kind of tracking where they're at in the process. I mean, it's full and complete. So if you're, if you're already like, man, I want this, put JW in the, in the Zoom chat. We want to see how excited y'all are before John actually shows you the system. Throw JW in the Zoom chat. I think we're ready to show off this system, John. I think we've, uh, yeah, yeah, you set it up really well. You kind of went through all the pain points that I think everyone has.
Those people that are looking, that are like, I want 100 agents Yeah.
Now they're like, okay, maybe I need the John Wetmore system before I bring 100 on. Cause you're, uh, you're storytelling of like, man, I got this guy, he signed up like 79 days ago. Like, where is he at? I'm getting hit up all the time with people asking questions. Like the John Wetmore system solves so many of those. So let's, let's show them what you built, John.
Yeah, I will. Let me get on, let me open it up. In the meantime, I'm gonna have Amanda post just for those that want. Um, cuz there's two things I'm gonna preface this with. One, we're also going to give people the opportunity. It's like if you have— part of recruiting is you need recruiting leads.
Yeah.
Right. So some of y'all are going to have— maybe you're doing recruiting leads now and you're going to plug them into the system and we're going to do a Q&A at the end too. We're going to open this thing up and let you guys ask whatever questions you want. Right. Some people are like, sounds dope. I don't know how to get people. I'm like, that's actually the easiest part, to be honest, to get recruiting leads is like, are you willing to spend the money? Because you can get unlimited. You know, so one of the things we're gonna do at the end, and I'm not gonna share all of it now, but I do a lot of trainings and I teach how to do this stuff. There's ways to do it free because I always teach people how to get free recruit— I call it free recruit. There's ways to get leads and potential recruits without spending money on ads and job boards, right? So I teach that a lot. We have a new school group we just launched. Arturo's helping me do that. Alex is in it. We're doing a lot of promo. Amanda's gonna post a link in it. Dude, I have tons of free resources in there. We're gonna do— we're gonna open it to Q&A stuff. We have events in my office. I do virtual Zoom events and I teach this stuff on a regular basis. There's only so much we can cover in whatever the hour we're going to be here. Um, so if you want to follow, just ongoing follow us, the school link she just put in, you can register. We'll let you in. We're building it out. It's not done. It's not perfect. Um, but it's getting started. The messaging stuff works, and we're just going to keep adding to it over the next few weeks. Um, and then at the very end, I, I am going to give people that want, um, to purchase, um, recruiting leads to make available the source we use to y'all. So if you have interest in it, you need them, great. If you don't, I literally don't give a shit at all, but we're gonna make it available. 'Cause every time I start talking about this, people are like, yeah, it sounds great, but how do I get them? And I'm like, all right, cool, we can go through that. So we'll share that stuff as well. And some of the other events and coaching stuff that I do for a lot of people in teams. All right, Amanda, don't let me mess this part up now. I just share screen and I share which one? Safari? No, Chrome. All right, can y'all see this? Can you see that, Alex?
Yeah, I can see it.
All right, it's going to be like pure mother effing chaos to some people. And this is literally— so I'm going to, at the end, dude, I'm going to show the new version, the agency. This is literally mine. This is what me and my team use every single day of the week. Um, so I'm giving you a sneak peek into literally all my like before you and I spoke.
Yeah, I love it.
And it's, again, it seems relatively simple at, at glance. People are like, cool, it's a pipeline. But again, you can start seeing every stage, meaning interviews scheduled. Like, we got 1,400 interviews scheduled in our pipeline now. Like, we move people through this thing, dude. This isn't like we bring on 4 people a week. This thing is a freaking machine, you know? As of today, the scale of your organization is crazy, man.
The scale is crazy.
And to be clear, this is just the one in like my office. We have hierarchy that all manage their own side. We've made this available to our team for years. You know, I've, I've never put it outside before, but our, our team internal each has their own version of it. So this is just like what happens in between our walls. Um, and you can see it keeps track of people at every different stage. Um, and then maybe you can see if you go to, how do I get to where I can see the, um, the messaging, Amanda. Oh, here we go. Dope. So you can see like all the conversations that come along the way. All these things are automated. Appointment details. So whenever they booked an appointment, it was booked, sends reminders for when their interview is. Sometimes we manually go in and do stuff. Send me the info for when you're scheduling the test. But all these links are sent out to them and just, it tracks everything. And so all the steps to these are documented within each contact. Can I do the, can I do the form live? Will I can hire someone right now live and it'll show, it'll fucking pop in. Do I hire you? Hell yeah. Which one do I click? The John and Zach one? Dope. All right. I'm gonna roll through this. So if we hire some, do I do you? Amanda Bennett, 770-881-5555. 4290 Amanda, which one doesn't matter,.com, Georgia. Oops, Georgia. And I can go licensed or not. So when you choose licensed or not, now it goes like, all right, who are they? If they're unlicensed, send them this. If they're licensed, send them that. Does that make sense? Oh, what state are they in? She's in Georgia. How's that state work? You can sign up for your test now. So we don't send them the code, we go here, sign up for your test. You know what I'm saying? Now, as you guys are building this out, I don't, I don't know. I don't know a lot of people on here. I don't know your system. Your, your onboarding's different than mine. Your, you know what I mean? Your contracting process is different than mine. You may be like, dude, we just want everybody in class. We don't care. We're gonna customize all of this shit for you guys. And be clear, we are not. Alex and his team are.
Yeah.
That's what they're here for. You know, we're gonna, we're gonna certainly, um, consult on the stuff. We're gonna do some monthly, I don't even know if we're supposed to share this yet, dude, but I'm gonna get on with my team and do some monthly Zooms and trainings to help people with this stuff, open Q&As. We're gonna be here for support to, to make this thing work because it, we, I don't, I don't wanna put this out and it not like be effective. So there's gonna be a lot of engagement that comes with this stuff along the way. You know, so I can choose what comp level they're at and it, it handles like all the backend stuff. So now it goes, oh, this is their comp. How do you do the contracting? Oh, it submits contracting paperwork based on the comp you give people. You know, so all this stuff leads to, you could go warm market lead source. Alharmazmi. Direct upline will be me. That doesn't do my shortcut. John Wetmore 34 at gmail.com. Y'all now have my email address. Don't sign me up to any shit because I'll be mad at you. And then so goes in the background. Now Amanda, which I can't show you, will get a text on her side. I guess I could if it shows— if I show it on the screen. And then now I can go to contacts. You'll see Amanda shows up here. And then in a, in a minute, it takes a minute, starts to do like, all right, who is she in the background? And then in a minute you'll start seeing conversations start populating in here, right? And then just stuff happens in the background. You can see all the stuff we put in gets recorded in here automatically. I mean, so it starts to fill it in to the profile automatic. She'll get a text. I don't know if I can pull up your email or not in here. Should I? Can I? Or I have to log into it, I guess. Yeah, let me see if it, um, and then so everybody on our end gets notified. I have an email, I don't know how well you'll be able to read it, but I have an email that says like, you have a new hire, because I was as the upline. Does that make sense? And then in the background, whoever the staff is, they get notified. And then the Amanda on her end, she's over there running the show, she gets notified like, hey, welcome to the team. And she'll, in the background, we'll pull, I'll pull it up and show you in a minute. She'll get notified. And in this case, it'll be like, here's how you get started in class. Here's the instructions. And we have— how do I go to, um, how do I go to— is it marketing, Amanda, where I go to the email? Here we go. Templates. Just let me know when they show up. It's there right now. I go to your contact. Cool. All right. So here you go. You see, so she got this email. Automated. So it created an opportunity and then, hey Amanda, click here to schedule your Zoom meeting. And it just goes through all the, all the pieces. You know, she came in as licensed. So here's your E&O, here's all the stuff you need. And again, this is the part where for you guys, we're gonna sit down and go, what's your process? Right? What do y'all do? If you're with our company, certainly we kind of know cuz we are here too. But if you're with Joe's Insurance, this thing works. We just have to figure out what your process is, you know what I mean? And we'll start scheduling times with Alex and his team. And again, we'll get on, we'll do some Zooms. It's like, all right, we need to know what y'all do now. What do you send people manually? And again, if you're— this is day one to recruiting, probably not needed, to be honest. Like, start talking to people. But if you're getting going and you're like, man, I just can't keep up, I got a lot going on, how do I keep up with all this stuff? This thing is going to do a lot of the heavy lifting. And what we use this for, and I'm gonna, I'm gonna show 'em some of the, like, workflows here in a second.
Nice. Nice.
What we, what I like, and I always wanna be careful with people with automation. I wanna be clear. You're not gonna pay for this and then go to sleep and in December wake up and have 150 agents. That's not how this thing works. Like, someone's gonna have to work with this system every day. This is like, this was for me, dude, the central hub of all communication for all recruiting. This was the whiteboard on my computer with the memory and the ability to email and the ability to text and the ability to think, you know what I'm saying? This was like just a central system, a brain for us. But I still had to talk to everyone, dude.
Right.
You know what I mean? This just let us know who to talk to today. Who we calling today? We can look at the pipeline and the opportunities and go, who's where? Who's in class? Who's— who did we send the voucher to? Oh dude, they didn't enroll in class. And it creates, um, tasks in the background. I could probably show those, can I? I don't know if— I don't know how to get to them. Amanda does the behind-the-scenes stuff, clearly. But it'll create tasks for staff, so when they come in the morning, it's like, hey, call Alex, he didn't enroll in class. Call John, he didn't— he didn't let us know he got his license yet. Call Susan, she didn't do contracting yet. And it creates tasks So the staff knows what to do when they come in versus going, where's the white— why you looking at me like that?
Mm-hmm.
I can click it right now. Uh, I don't see tasks. I'm top right-hand corner. Oh, that's because the video's in my way. Oh, look at that. Tasks. Cool. Oh, here you go. So all these tasks and it assigns staff to them. Here's the contact. Here's what they gotta do. Here's the dates. Corey Bailey not enrolled, exam not scheduled. Class incomplete. Did they get their license yet? They haven't passed their exam. All the stuff that you can't remember on your own. Look at all the— these are all the tasks that are due right now in my office. All the stuff they have to talk— 2 weeks in class, they haven't completed it yet. They haven't enrolled in class yet. They haven't applied for their license yet. Did they get their license yet? So they applied but they haven't received it yet. We're following up. You know what I mean? And it gives— it always gives my staff ability. Who do we communicate with today? I don't want them going, hey, Alex, did you get your license? I want, hey, let's call Alex today. Let's call Steve today. Let's call Susan. I— the more we can be on the phone and the less we can be doing administrative stuff, the more people I can talk to and get through the pipeline. All right? There's a funnel to this thing. This thing isn't gonna be magic and suddenly everyone starts issuing business. It ain't that good. But what can I do that you can't do? I can handle 1,000 agents a week. I can handle 10,000 agents a week. With no more effort. 5 agents, 100 agents, 1,000 agents. It's no— the machine doesn't stop. It doesn't sleep. It's 24/7. You know what I'm saying? So for me, all I had to do was build in the logic. And I saw someone put in the question, do you get the logic yet? You get all of this. I'm literally giving it away, right? And if you start thinking about Override, right, obviously there's going to be a cost to it. We'll get into a little bit. It's cheap as all get out. You know, you start thinking about an override. Someone writes one app for $1,000, you make 20 points, it's $200. You know what I mean? Like, do you think this thing could help you do— how many, how many more app— how many more, uh, applicants and potential recruits do you think you can now get paid per month when you have a system that does all this stuff for you? How many more people can you talk to? How many more people can you get started? How many more people can you train? Because you don't have to remember all the stuff. You can just go. I can just go to work. You know what I mean? And you don't have to come in here and go, shit, I guess we gotta build something today to make this work. Like, we've done all that for years. You know? And for me, I go like, dude, the cost of this thing is like a couple little baby applications a month, the override. And my goal is to help people make so much freaking money with this thing, it's irrelevant. But at the same time, you there's some value in what we add to it and you get all kinds of additional benefits and coaching and things like that from it. So there's a little conversations thing here. So you can see like team can go back and forth with clients. Hey, I'm just getting this message now. Look, hey, my name is Megan trying to call you about an interview. If there's something you still want to have— they didn't answer their interview. So she sends a text right from the system and you can pre-populate a lot of these things. You just hit a button and it goes through. Some of the things we do that make magic happen, right? Because I'm like, all right, how do you, how do you tell the system that things happen, right? Some things happen automated. Does that make sense? Again, the form can tell the system that they're licensed, not licensed. But how do I know when they, when I, when I, when someone, um, schedules their exam? Dude, you gotta, you follow up and you ask them, hey, let, when you schedule your exam, let me know the date. So what do we do? We built it in. It opens a little form and we can now put in this person has their exam date on August 23rd. Now you know what happens, bro?
What do you think?
Reminds them?
Hell yeah, dude.
Not only reminds you, right?
It reminds my team to reach out and say, hey Alex, I know your exam's tomorrow, man. Just wanted to say good luck, bro. Hope it goes well. Because am I going to remember 1,600 of those a month? Hell no. But now we can, we can make the message go out, hey, Alex, see your exams tomorrow. And we do it by a form like this. Right?
Incredible.
When they pass their exam, I can click a button, pass exam. It marks them as passed. And then new automations happen and go, cool. It passed their exam. Now what? Well, when they pass their exam, now they gotta apply for their license. So as soon as I hit this button, sends them the information to how to get your license, and it knows what state they're in. So it sends them the proper instructions. We don't have to— we don't look them up. We don't have to pull up the Google Doc. We don't have to, you know, I mean, go, ah man, we forgot to write that one down. Let's— Oklahoma Department of Insurance, shit, what do I do? You know how many calls I've had, bro? I passed, what do I do? I love everyone. You know they put the instructions on the back of the paper that tells you you passed, right? It says like right here how to go apply. But y'all know how many recruits miss that. I got tired of those calls, so we just send the information. You know what I'm saying? And now when they receive their license, it gets triggered. It marks the system. So all these buttons do things. They either bring up forms, they mark the system as whatever's happened. Again, if they're licensed, contracting complete, they purchase leads. These are just things we wanted to know on our end. When do certain things happen and how do we send information automatically? That way it happens fast. Yeah. So I can, what, talk to more people every day. That's the goal, dude. That's how you build a big business, is you talk to a lot of— you don't use automation to avoid talking to people. If you think this system is so you don't have to talk to people, get off now, because it's not. This is a people business, you know what I mean? This for me was the brain. It was the thinking. It was the, the process. Send the email was the admin work, so Amanda could do like high-level stuff versus answer stupid phone calls about where do I go to apply for my license. Dude, I don't need her answering that stuff all day every day. You know what I mean, dude? I built this thing, bro, from— in 2017, I hired, I hired an, I hired an admin in January or February, February, um, and then my assistant needed an assistant because we had 8 whiteboards full of names and numbers with check marks and we couldn't keep up. So I— my assistant needed an assistant, so I hired Amanda. Okay? Amanda came in to start checking on pending business for, for agents that were getting in the field. And then she quickly started taking over stuff. You know what I mean? And that, but at the beginning, I was like, alright, hey, send this email. Hey, send them these things. Hey, send, and it was always, and then she'd be like, hey, that automated thing, can't we add this to it? And then she started understanding logic and what we were trying to accomplish. So she started seeing it from the administrative side, dude. I'm the, I'm the business guy. I'm the run-through-a-wall, everything works perfect. I just say it and it happens. You know what I mean? I'm like, yo, let's go. She's like, no, no, no, no, you don't, you don't understand what happens after you tell me to do this. I got 27 damn steps to do to get Bob started. Right. Right. Because I don't know that stuff, dude. I'm out selling insurance and recruiting people. I don't know what happens behind the scenes. I'm not the admin anymore. So she'd be like, slow your roll, bro. You can't have it to them in 3 minutes. I'm like, we can build it. Let's build it, you know what I mean? So you get not only from my perspective as the business builder, all this stuff included, dude, is also from the thought process of the admin behind the scenes who deals with all the shit. And Amanda's now been with me since 2017, dude. So 2017, we were doing maybe $400,000 or $500,000 a month, probably, when you started in June, right? June, July, July of 2017. You said $400,000? So we're doing $400,000 a month then. From July, that other admin quit in February of '19, so then I went down to just me and Amanda. We were doing probably a million. That was the first month we did a million a month, right? So January 2019. When by the end of 2019 we were doing $2.5 million. Just me and Amanda. I had one staff, dude.
That's crazy. 250% growth in one year. That's wild.
With just me and Amanda.
Yeah.
Wow.
Why? Because we had this, dude.
Yeah.
You know what I mean? Like, I didn't have to pay 3, 4, or 5 other staff to do stuff. I know people building these things that have 19 staff and they're doing, you know, half a million bucks a month. Like, it's crazy. And I was like, I'm not built to manage all these people. And I see a way to do systems and process and I'm just, I'm wired to be efficient. I was an accountant before. I've been doing automations for since I was 25 and 20+ years doing stuff like this. You know, my mom's a programmer. I just, my mind works like, how do I solve problems? And Amanda just ate it up, dude. And we were like, yo, let's build something crazy, dude. So this has been 2017. We've been 7 years in the making doing this thing, and I can think of countless hours and days and weeks sitting down and whiteboarding and mapping out logic. If this happens, what do we do here? And literally whiteboard— she has pictures of it. Y'all come to one of my events, ask Amanda to see the pictures of the logs. I'm like, yo, take a picture of this. One day I'm gonna put this system out to the world. She's like, you're crazy. I'm like, I'm telling you, one day we're gonna fucking do this. I've been talking about this for 4+ years. I mean, I just never found the right partner and I didn't want to hire— dude, we looked at a VA company, we looked at those overseas companies that do this stuff for you. Y'all know who I'm talking about, there's 3 or 4 of them. That's what they do, they'll manage your stuff for you and onboard people and try. And I'm like, it ain't right, don't feel right, I can't do it, you know what I mean? So it was like, dude, I just had to feel good about it because my name's attached to it, bro. You know what I mean? And it's like, so we know it works. Obviously we are the size what we are. How do I get to where I show them, um, the clean, the clean new one? How do I do that?
Um, I think you got to stop sharing this one and then share the other one.
Amanda's yelling at me on the side. Which was Safari now?
Nice.
Is it the Safari one? Safari. Here we go. Look at this.
Boom.
All right. So this is the Agent CRM thing. I'm going to take a deep breath right now and get me another cough drop, dude. Um, yeah, you tell me where you want to go from here. I certainly want to share that, um, recruiting thing at some point before we get into the Q&A, but you, you kind of tell me what— where you want to go with it from here.
Yeah, so we're about to show you the agent CRM version. This is the version that we're going to actually be building alongside of you, so you'll be working directly with a guy on our team named Aha. He is going to be setting up Zoom calls with you and going, okay, what is your process so that we can make small tweaks to the John Wetmore system so that it fits your process. So like John said, he wanted to find someone that he trusted, and I'm so honored that AgentCRM is the partner that he's trusting. So what it looks like when you guys say yes to the John Wetmore system, it looks like you signing up for it, setting up an onboarding call with AHA. We're gonna take 5 people for next week. That's it, just 5. And then after that, if you sign up today and you're number 6, you still get it. So you're good. Your call with AHA just won't take place, um, for about another couple of weeks. So that's the only delay is just that onboarding call with AHA to get that one-on-one attention.
Yeah. And I wanna be clear, dude, it's because we wanna do this thing right. And yeah, dude, with the prices, I promise I don't need the few bucks, but I'm definitely gonna take it cuz it's my shit. You know what I'm saying? So it's like, I wanna, I, I'd rather it be right than not, you know? And, um, it does take, it does take some hours to onboard some people. This is not— you don't get to sign up and just use it tomorrow. That's not, that's not how this works. You've got to understand how your business works. You've got to understand your flow. You have to have, you have to have stuff in place. If you're just like sitting in a room hoping to recruit, again, another call, another time, I can teach you that. But this is like, dude, this is like trigonometry. If you're like in third grade trying to figure out long division still, like, we can talk still. We got some stuff, we got some opportunity. You just— it just— this may not be the magic yet. This is, you know what I mean? Like, you got to be ready to learn some stuff and dive in and get your staff involved. And like, you're going to have to— you're going to have to learn how to push the buttons. You're going to have to understand and learn what— see, I understand what it all does because I built it based on my problems. The downside for you skipping all the problems is you don't know what the hell it does and why. So if you're going to commit to this, That's you committing to learning this thing. Yeah, because in my world, anybody I do business with, dude, I have a no complaining rule, you know what I mean? Like, we're going to help you. There's going to be bumps, there's going to be hiccups, there's going to be a learning curve. We're going to have to figure each other out, you know what I mean? And a lot of this is going to be highly dependent on how much time, energy, and effort you put into learning this thing as well, you know? So you're gonna have to— you're gonna have to spend some time. I should have showed them some of the workflow stuff, but it's all good. I think they get the point, but you are going to have to learn some stuff along the way for sure. And again, we're going to be there to support you and help you. But I ain't getting out of bed at 2 a.m. to come rescue you if you didn't pay attention the first time you get a recruit and you can't figure out where the contact went.
Yeah, this is what your system will look like when you sign up for the John Wetmore system. This— you have the pipelines here and they're going to be blank when you first get started because you don't have a recruit you've added to it.
Yeah.
Your workflows are all built out. So what John's talking about of making it yours, yes, you will have to tweak it, but I want you to know that your system is built out. However, you have to tweak it. So you're going to work with Aha, the guy on my team. You're going to walk through what does your process look like. You may be in the same organization as John, in which case it's going to be a lot easier to get this thing rocking and rolling for you. But even if you're not in the same organization organization is, John, the system still works because it keeps track of hiring people and bringing them on to your agency.
So, hey, I'm gonna add a couple things.
Yeah, please, please.
Yeah, as I'm thinking of this, right, part of, part of the, part of one of the things we did is we really did want to make this relatively easy, you know, um, given what it is, because I'm not confused, it's complex at the same time, but it is simple as well. One of the things that I've done, we've built into this thing, is during each stage. I don't think I can show the automations here, but there's— y'all, they were on the screen a minute ago. But if they're a new lead or they're licensed or they're unlicensed or they're getting in class, there's all these stages and things happen behind the scenes, all the quote unquote programming, if you will, and the logic. And what I did is we made— I made shit, 20 videos probably, that not only do I record what the stage means for you and your business. But if you don't wanna do the, like, for as example, we, um, when, when people apply to work here, one of the things that we do is we record a video first that explains who we are and what we're looking for, the type of person we're looking for, kind of like an FAQ. So we weed people out. So I don't talk to dipshits all day long. Just being really transparent.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Right. So I mean, I have a video, so I send them a video. You watch the video. I do her interview. I'm like, hey, did you watch the video yet? Nope. All right. Gotta go. Yes. We, we talk about the video. You know what I mean? Thing, there's, there's a process I do. I give you access to mine if you don't want to create your own. Yep. Some people are like, I don't want to get on video. I'm shy. I don't know what to say. Cool. Use mine. It's, it's like, what do you, what's that word? Agnostic. Is that the right word? Where it's like vague. I don't try to recruit them. Yep. They don't know where I work. They just, I'm just a dude, you know? And I certainly, on some of them, talk about it. And at each stage of the process, I'm trying to think of some of the other ones I made. I've sat in here, recorded videos for hours, like a month ago. Um, oh, one of the ones is like, uh, we got to a point where we're taking in, dude, 1,000 applicants a week, bro. I can't interview them by myself. Right? So we created a webinar. Right? So it's like, if you wanna do that, I teach you how to create a— now you gotta be high end, but I go through the video and here's why we did the video, the webinar. Here's how you make it work. If you wanna do it, here's what you do. Like, I did videos to teach you what to do. And then again, if you don't wanna do the piece, like there's some training stuff, it's like, all right, at some point you gotta send 'em your training. If you don't have training, what do we do? Guess what? I have training and it doesn't talk about my company. Here's, you send 'em my training. Does it make sense? So I make it like, even if you don't wanna create the stuff you have to create, you can use our stuff in the meet. There is some stuff that's irrelevant. Like I can't, your contracting is your contracting. I can't give you mine cuz they'd go direct to me. You wouldn't want that. Does that make sense? So some stuff you have to do, but some pieces, man, again, we make the videos that go out. Another— I'll give you another example. One of the best things we have, dude, if someone applies and they don't schedule an interview, we have this like 5-day drip. So every day they get a video email from me that goes like, hey, FYI, you applied, doesn't look like you've scheduled an interview, here are some reasons why you should. And I tell my story, I give some examples, I talk about being an accountant part-time, and it encourages them to continue to apply to have a one-on-one interview. So we do that for 5 days straight. If they don't do that, we have a 7-month sequence of videos that go out that go, hey Alex, just a heads up, man, a while back you applied, and I give a story. And bro, I've had people reach out to me 4 years later, yo man, I've been getting your messages, dude. I'm ready today. And what I try to do is match up timing because people that apply, they apply when they're pissed off at their boss on a Friday afternoon. But then Monday comes around and they just like, yeah, they got kids soccer all weekend and they don't see the email and they just, they don't get on the interview or the webinar and they just like kind of blow it off. And then I found out, dude, sometimes I'd see that person got hired by someone else because they were ready 2, 3, 4 weeks later. But they couldn't find my email and they applied with my buddy, you know what I'm saying? So I see him in my buddy's hierarchy and I'm like, yo, how'd you get Alex? He's like, yeah, he wanted to work here, he couldn't find your email, he said some dude interviewed him, he couldn't remember who it was, and he found me. And then I was like, dude, let me drip on them, let me create these so when people are ready, when timing matches, when their boss is pissed off, when they get laid off, when they're tired of whatever they do now, when whatever it is, timing matches up, they get my email, and you get all those as well. We create— now you want to create your own, create your own. Yeah, but you don't have to.
So you're, you're— so your videos are generic. So it's essentially John Wetmore selling the opportunity to join an insurance agency for the people who use the John Wetmore system. That's crazy. That's crazy.
Yeah.
So if you, if you're like, man, I want John as my recruiter, like, this is what's up.
So it basically is, dude, you know.
Yeah, I love it. So I love it, all the drip, everything. So, so let's tell them how to sign up, and then I would actually, um, let's give them the full offer of like what it takes to sign up for the John Wetmore system. If you're in, you're like, man, I really want this.
Do you want me to do that first or the resource stuff first? Which one do you want?
Um, let's tell them how to sign up for the John Wetmore system. All right, talk about the other resources, and then I'm gonna have Will give a quick overview of Agent CRM.
Okay. Do I bring that up here, Amanda?
Yeah.
Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. Sign up.
Oh yeah.
Bring up, bring up the sign up. You just want me to give them the link?
Yeah. Bring up the sign up and then I'll drop the link in the chat. That way you can go over the—
All right. Let me pull it up.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yep.
Now there is, there is a legitimate urgency to signing up for this because like I said, we can only take on 5 people. Next week. After that, you're, you're in. If you're, if you sign up, you're in. We just won't be able to onboard you for, uh, it's gonna take a minute until after the following week. Yeah, yeah, because they're like, John really wants to make sure that every single person that signs up for the John Wetmore System gets onboarded and is able to use the system. So, um, all right, so I'm gonna drop the link. Here we go.
Boop.
Johnwetmoresystem.com. So let's go over the, what you're gonna give them, the training, the process. So you're, you're, if you're adding a lot in here, you're adding a ton.
Yeah. I mean, we're certainly gonna give, um, we're, we're in whatever the frequency is, you, you have it cuz I agreed to it. I just said yes to a lot of stuff. Um, but you, again, you're gonna get the entire team that's gonna help you onboard stuff. Um, you're gonna get, what's the, what frequency did I say yes to? I know I'm going to be doing a bunch of calls. Is it monthly? A monthly webinar with you and I that we're going to be monthly. Is that what we agreed to?
Well, yep.
I'm like, I'll do them every day if I need to. I say yes to a lot of stuff, dude. No, Amanda said no, I won't do daily. She said she took that back. But yeah, so you get email marketing system, you have access to Alex's and agency CRM's like one-click ad. Facebook or social media. I'm assuming just Facebook. Correct me if I'm wrong on some of the details, but one-click ad creation. So you can create a, basically recruiting ad with like literally a couple of clicks. They have templates, it's all pre-formatted. All that stuff comes with it. You get call, call tracking. You can read the stuff. I mean, all automations, Zoom is all linked in, online booking. So you get a link, calendars, they're all integrated, all kinds of crazy stuff. There's websites and funnels. You get all, literally all this stuff comes with it, everything we've talked about, all the videos, all the automations. You want me to just— you want to keep going? How much you want me to give them? Yeah, keep going.
Yeah, go, go through the bonuses, man. They're, they're already in. We're already getting some people in. So are you— let's go through some of the bonuses.
You give it to them. You go. I'm gonna let you talk.
Yeah, so we have, uh, so for $750 a month, here's what you get. So you get unlimited access to Agent CRM. So you have access to the full Agent CRM system that you have now. So if you're on Agent CRM. This is an upgrade. You get access to the Marketing Plus, which is our ad launch kit. So we have the recruiting ads in there as well as ads that you can use to produce as well for the lines of insurance that you sell. Um, plus inside of our Marketing Plus program, we do 3 times a week ad review sessions, which means that our marketing team actually works with you to help improve the performance of your ad campaigns, which is awesome. So you get the ads, you get John's funnels, and you get my team to help you make it work. Then we're doing monthly Zoom calls with John Wetmore.
Boom.
So every single month we're going to get on there and—
right now, how you're recruiting is going, and Amanda's going to be there.
So I'm going to be there. I'll make sure a member of my Agent CRM team is there as well if you have any sort of tech questions. Um, and then $500 in phone credits. Now that's going to be gone soon, but that's a special bonus. We're dropping in $500 in phone credit. So that way, as you're sending out these text messages, you're sending out the emails, all that stuff, it's running off of your credit. So, um, now for those of you that are new to AgentCRM and you're like, okay, what is AgentCRM? AgentCRM, we eat, breathe, and sleep insurance marketing, which is why John is partnering with us over many of the other amazing companies out there. That do this type of platform, but we know insurance. When you sign up for AgentCRM, you get access to our full support team. So you're going to get that one-to-one onboarding that we talked about with AHA. You're also going to have access to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week chat inside of AgentCRM, our live chat. During business hours, you get a live Zoom call. So you're like, man, I'm kind of, I want to add this automation, kind of like, you know, when John and Amanda would sit down and say, this happened. How do we add this automation? With Agent CRM, you get to join the live Zoom calls that we have during business hours and ask my team, how do I do this? And they're going to help walk you through it. And then we have the standard— we have email, we have a Facebook group. And to my knowledge, John, we're the only CRM that has this— we actually have phone support. So if you want to call us, you can pick up the phone and call us and we'll be there for you. So that is the John Wetmore system.
It's, um, it's crazy what y'all offer. Because I, I literally, we've had countless conversations about launching this thing, and every time we get into the support side, I quit. Like, I'm not doing it. I don't, I don't have it up, Amanda. Where do I bring it? I don't see it up. No, the, the QR code. I hit too many buttons. I'm gonna bring up one more thing for them. Um, but yeah, I think the thing is that you guys offer customer support-wise. Obviously I've been around at a events. I'm in the Facebook group. I see some of the comments in the back and forth. And, you know, I mean, these guys are— these guys are also there to take care of people and, um, and make sure things work the way we want them to work as well. And I'm, I'm pretty anal about stuff, so I'm— oh, here it is. I'm, uh, I'm kind of shocked that I found someone that could do as much as y'all do, to be honest, because for years I didn't think it was possible. It's not coming up. Where do I go? I'm gonna share one more link. Anything else you want to add? We're going to open a Q&A here, but I'm gonna, um, yeah, we're gonna open a Q&A in a second.
I'm gonna have Will share.
Ashton just texted me and he's like, I definitely already signed up. Oh, that was it. I just had to go sideways.
I think, I think we might have one more, one more. So if you're here and you're like, man, I want in, we got a spot for one more.
Can I, hey, can I share something, Alex, and start onboarding? Yeah, please. Yeah, give me one second. I'm gonna pull this up, let him hit share Cool. So this little QR code, um, one, a ton of the people in here I've seen have already bought, or bought the book. So if you're like, eh, this is too much for me, I just want to learn how to sell a bunch of life insurance, you know, the book's $12. I wrote it and it's everything I've ever done to teach how to build this thing, how to sell a shitload of insurance, how I've built it. Um, you can get it on the website. Some of y'all have— we're selling a ton of them, dude. We actually sold out of our first batch, which is cool. But if you click the QR code, That'll bring you to the form that if you have interest in recruiting leads or any additional stuff we got going on, the things Alex and I are doing, just if you put your stuff in, you literally just— you put you on a newsletter and it sends us a form saying, yes, I'm interested in more stuff. Um, because we're just— we're gonna deal with that tomorrow, to be honest. So if you're interested in some of the recruiting leads or people reach out for coaching, we have a podcast, we have all kinds of stuff going on to help people win in this industry. And to be honest, dude, almost none of it is paid. It's— I give so much stuff away for free, and this will— there is some paid stuff, but very few of it. Um, but this will link to some additional things that Alex and I are going to do, um, to, to help you guys continue to grow this thing. So QR code, will you put a link to it in so I can let them share? Amanda's going to put the link to this thing out there as well, and I'm going to let you share and do your thing.
In the additional resources, there's the leads too, right? So if they, they want leads, they, they scan that QR code.
Yeah, so if that, if that QR code is in there, it literally goes to a form that says, do I have interest in leads, additional coaching, or both? And would I have interest? Alex and I are toying with the idea of doing like an in-person— I'm going to spill the beans, bro. We're toying with the idea of doing an in-person workshop that combines recruiting and automation and how to kind of put all this together. We're toying with the idea of putting something pretty cool together in person for people. And so at the bottom, it just says, would you have interest? So you can certainly, if you have interest, like Alex always says, put— I'd go to a— what should you make them type in the chat? Now this is your jam.
Live, live, live. You're like, I hang out with John and Alex live.
If you'd be interested in some Zoom chat, and if you would, there's enough interest, we'll put it together. We don't have anything planned. We're not going like, hey, you get— we're just going to figure it out after the call if there's— yeah. And as many people as— I'll be honest, dude, like, I know what we have is good. I didn't expect that many people to register. There's obviously a need for recruiting at a high level. You know what I mean? And I'm like, that's— I'm really good at that. I'm bad at a lot of stuff, but I'm motherfucking badass at this part.
Yeah.
So I'm excited to be able to like teach what I love, because some days I have to teach what I don't love. So awesome. Yeah, but register there, and again, you'll just get on our newsletter, and if you have interest, we'll, uh, we'll reach out and get some more details on, on how to get recruiting leads and stuff like that. Like, we're not going to cover in full now. We'll get to you guys after the fact. So appreciate it. If y'all want to show the other piece, go for it, and we'll, we'll, we'll do a Q&A here in the next couple minutes.
Yep, yep. I'll have Will show AgentCRM briefly, and then we'll do a Q&A with John and I. So for those of you who have not yet met, it is Will Wetmore. Um, he is the COO of AgentCRM. So go ahead and show them off, Will. Show it off.
Definitely. No, I think one thing I just want to reiterate is that a lot of people show us their content and they say, this content will change people, can you help me launch it in your world? A lot of it is kind of a flop, but John has solved so many problems that it's exciting to partner with him and add our own little touches. Things like, you know, for example, Uh, I just want to brag about what we've added because we've added a few little things.
Hey, we did a lot of cool stuff for people who don't know tech real well. Like, we just figure shit out, but y'all definitely made it better already.
I mean, I hope some of you can appreciate this. When John clicked his buttons, it opened a new tab. When I click my buttons, it opens a pop-up window. So I love it.
If there's anything else, you say it too, bro.
If there's anything that we've added, that's the one thing.
My point is we've got a powerhouse of it, and it prefilled the name in it. I saw. Yeah, that was adorable. I did notice that. I'm— I know what— I know what kind of work it takes to do stuff like that.
So the, the thing is, we've got a powerhouse of this system. People ask us, can the system do this? The answer is In most cases, yes. What our goal as a team, whether it's support or even how we design the product for you, is making it easier than ever. All these little 1% changes that John has made, what we've made, our goal is to, to make you not have to get into the weeds of the technology. Yes, you want to kind of understand what the heck is happening, but taking out the guesswork. So what John is presenting here We've talked about recruiting, we've talked about you're trying to bring on your team, but what Agency, uh, AgentCRM has as well is a lot of systems for nurturing policy sales. So if you are looking to also close more deals or set up something where your, um, your agents can have a system to, to attract leads and then push them to Calendar appointments. I'm just going to show some of the overview assets. We've got a whole asset library where you're not coming up with this stuff from scratch, whether it's the stuff that John has created or whether it's, for example, our bundles. And you say, hey, I need something to sell more life insurance policies. We've got all that pre-made funnels, follow-up campaigns, email scripts, texts. Of course, personalize it, add your own tone of voice. But this is one of the additional pieces that's added to what you get with the John Wetmore system. Drop-in live Q&A. Right now there's a live Q&A happening where if you have questions, you can just show up and our rock star Ahmed will help you out with finding out how to get questions answered or troubleshoot. Alex, tell me what specifically you want me to cover. I think John is— That's the one of them. So I feel like an afterthought now.
You know, I would love for you to show off just, you know, briefly. You mentioned there's, uh, some ways that we've really shortcutted, um, how they can customize the John Wetmore system. I know we're going to do one-to-one onboarding, but, you know, one of the, one of the biggest barriers that we saw as an agent CRM team is, man, there's a, there's a ton of stuff to, to modify here. And we worked really hard behind the scenes to help to you know, make it so that it was personalized and branded to you by just kind of filling in a couple of forms. Do you want to, you want to show that off, Will? And then we can pop up the Q&A slide and then John and I will just make ourselves available.
Hey, while he's pulling that up, someone just texted me and goes, I literally do the text me your email bullshit.
You don't have to anymore. You don't have to anymore.
Ashton said there's no way anyone beat me to being first. I'm curious if he's right.
Yeah, let's see. Let's see. So, um, yeah, Ashton was first. Way to go.
Boom, boom. And he says, I'm always right. Easy, tiger, easy.
So what you're seeing in front of you is one of the latest agent CRM standard tools. Now, some of you, if you have an account already, you might not see this, but within this week, next, this is actually rolling out for all accounts where all you have to do is just go in and say, yo, here's my business name. You know, it's Eric Wilson Rockstar Agency, something like that. You submit the form and everything gets customized in your account, the emails, the text messages, the websites. If you have a bio, if you have testimonials that are pillar testimonials and you want to plug them in, um, you just fill out this multi-step portal here and it's going to adjust all of the account assets that you have. Everything that we build that's standard for everyone, it will work. And, uh, I have to confirm, um, the John Wetmore assets, we have a separate form because there's some unique things we fill out as well. But we're making this easy so that you just have to fill in the form, review the emails. I want you guys to know what it's saying on your behalf, but it takes out 90% of the setup work because everything is— even your branding. I want you guys to upload your business logo. Do you have some colors that represent your business or not? If not, just upload a logo and pick them off this form. So there's lots of things that we're trying to do to just shortcut the process so that you don't have to become a tech whiz You just have to follow the prescribed steps. Um, I like to think of us like a doctor, like we're gonna assess what's the need. And John's already figured out the, the prescription formula says, take these pills and you'll be fine. Um, so we do encourage a little bit of customizing, but you guys, what you want is a, is a roadmap to success. You want a, uh, copy and paste set of tools and assets that take out the guesswork, take out the, the 5, 10 years of brainstorming and scheming and building to help you accelerate your business that much faster, whether it's through recruiting and managing your own agency or the leads for policies and additional referrals, whatever you guys want to build. Most of that's already been done for you. So I would encourage you, do not reinvent the wheel. It's a pretty nice wheel.
Yeah, I love it. I love it. Thank you so much, Will. If you wouldn't mind putting up that slide, and then we'll make ourselves available for Q&A.
So you can have them type it in.
We'll have— yeah, well, we could, uh, not do unmuting chaos.
I think we start with typing. Yeah, if it's a good— yeah, what's the raise the hand thing? I see Ashton's like, he's got a little hand. That's cool. How do I say yes to that? I mean, how do you know? How do you— I can't say no to that.
Well, I think, I think Amanda's got to unmute him.
How does that— do you see that? What do you do? You can unmute him just because he raised his hand? Fuck yeah, dude. Yeah, well, you can unmute someone whether they raise their hand or not. Yeah. Hey, I'm gonna answer the first one, which you already did, but someone asked if it's monthly, and I'm like, and do you keep paying once it's set up? It's like, I don't know, dude. When, I don't know, Comcast came and set up To watch it every month. You know what I mean? Like, it's, it's, it's an ongoing system. Yes. That you're getting access to license the use of it and the automations and the stuff like that. Again, you don't have to, but nothing will work if you don't keep going. So yeah, it's, it's ongoing. Again, $750 a month. Let's think about this at 10 points, 10% override. It's $7,500 a month. Like there's zero chance if you're using this, you can't add that in one month and it then pays for itself for the rest of time. You know what I mean? It's like you, you had one agent extra ever in the history of time. You just hire Ashton. He sells $7,500 a month. You get 10 points on it. It covers the cost forever. You know what I mean? We've done millions and millions and millions and millions in production with this thing. So what you got, Ashton? Make it good, bro. You said you're never wrong. So I mean, you're not wrong. Yeah.
The biggest thing I know is the $750.
I guess what is the recommended? I'm assuming there needs to be an ad spend on top of the system? Because I know we talked about ads. So not necessarily, dude. When I, when I started this thing, bro, I mean, I was— there's always ways to get recruits without having a cost, like social media. You can certainly put stuff on social media. You can spend money, yes, but it's not required to spend money to recruit. You know what I mean? For me, and I teach this stuff all the time, and this is some of the ongoing trainings we're going to have, like, I, I, I think you and I talked in, in in Springfield about this concept. But like, when I was teaching, when I was recruiting, man, every single person I talked to in my eyes was immediately a potential recruiter for me, right? Because if I, if I interview you and I decide to go forward with you, whether we work out or not, you know other people. So I'm having a conversation with you and going like, hey dude, yeah, my team is hiring, bro. Do you have any interest in one day building a company, or do you want to just sell insurance for the rest of time? And I ask it that way very intentionally. And when I say that, like, for the rest of time, do you want to sell? Some people— most people go like, I mean, eventually I would, but I want to know what I'm doing first. That's the standard answer. And I go, yeah, cool, no problem. My question is, you seem like a smart dude. You're looking for opportunity. You probably know other people in your circle looking for opportunity. I'm trying to grow. Who else do you know that I could give this opportunity for and teach at the same time as I teach you? And I just asked that to every single person I talked to. Right. And I always tell the story, dude, I once did this with this guy, Jesse, in Utah. I flew to Utah, sold some insurance, did some interviews while I was out there, interviewed this guy, Jesse. He agrees to go forward. I asked him who else he knows. He refers me to this chick, Jackie. And I do the same thing with Jackie. Jackie refers me to this dude named— what was his name again? Alec? Alan? Alan. That's right. In Texas. Alan brings a whole team on, right? They're doing $150 grand within 90 days, bro. Jesse never got contracted. Jackie came on board. I typed her name into the little thing. She got started. Amanda's automation sent the emails. All the things happened, you know. So one, you can talk to people and go, who do you know? Every client you sit with, you can go, hey, now that I've helped you out, you happy with what we've done here today, blah, blah. Hey, by the way, my company's hiring. Do you happen to know anybody else looking to make some extra money? I'm looking to train some people to do what I just did for y'all. You can ask every client, it's free. Does that make sense? And then for me, dude, I did a lot of stuff on social, man. I DM, I straight up DM people. I was doing 100 DMs a day, dude. I'd search people. I did LinkedIn because you can search with their LinkedIn Navigator and narrow it down by company, job title, all kinds of stuff. You can look up athletes, you can look up military, you can look up insurance people, you can look up people at Aflac, who— wherever you can look up whatever you want. I'd send DMs 100 a day, be like, yo Ashton, my name is John, I sell like $450 grand a year in life insurance, just reaching out to see if you're happy with where you're at financially, because I train people to do the same. Let me know if you're interested. I sent 100 a day, dude. All those came free leads, and I put them in. So I just say that to say you don't have to have lead spend to start. And the best way to do this, even if you can afford lead spend, is to get your team to do the free things. Because if they ain't willing to do the free things, they sure as shit ain't going to spend money. Does that make sense? Now, can you put ad spend? Yeah, dude. I mean, I started out early on, uh, ZipRecruiter, $1,000 a month. That's when it was dirt cheap back in the day because they were trying to figure it out. Now they're very pricey. You can do Facebook ads, you can do stuff on CareerBuilder, you can— and you can do— you can run your own stuff, you can and you can link everything to this. Um, for me, I've never had a limit on spend, dude, so it's a hard question to answer, you know, because what I do know is there's always— if you put in the work, there's always an ROI on spend. I can always be positive by at least a dollar, and it's usually 2, 3, 4, 5, 10x, you know what I'm saying? So for me, there's never been a limit on spend because I've always made it back. You know what I mean? And so it's— every person is different. It's like, what's your threshold for risk? In your head, you're— I don't think there's risk, but in your head you do. So what's your risk tolerance? And again, are you doing the— if you're not doing the free stuff, dude, I don't advise people spend money. I'm like, stop. You got to learn to talk to people. Do you talk to waiters and waitresses when you're out? Do you talk to people in the airport? Do you talk to people that you know at church? Do you talk to people in your circle? Do you post stuff on social media? If you're not My opinion is you ain't that serious anyway, so what's the point in spending money? You're just looking for the easy button if you ain't doing the other stuff, you know? Yeah, so I know, long kind of long answer, but there is no real answer on ad spend, dude. You sell a bunch, you can spend a bunch, and you'll get a lot of people. You know, we were spending, what, what, freaking $10 grand a week at one point. Just me, I love much less the whole team. You know what I mean?
So one of the things that I learned early on is that money replenishes when you buy assets for your business. You know, like when you buy the John Wetmore system for $750 a month, that money gets replenished because it's doing the work for you.
Correct.
I mean, I don't know, I don't know what, what you pay Amanda. You, whatever it is, you don't pay her enough.
It's way more than $750 a month, I promise you that.
Exactly. I was gonna say, compare Correct. That to the $750 a month, right? So like John said, you still got to get in there. You still got to talk to people. They're going to send messages that, you know, the AI is not going to have like a quick button for.
Correct.
You still got to be in there, but now you no longer have to have an admin on your team that handles all this stuff. It's $750 a month and it does so much of the stuff for you. It's got the setup. It's got everything John showed you in there. You, you have access to all of that.
You can't hire one of their money, you know, admins for that.
No way, no way, no way. So I have a team of amazing outsourced virtual assistants and they all cost me more than $750 a month. So yeah, um, I had a really good question. I'm going to dive into this one and then I'll— we can go into some of the other questions people are throwing at you. What is included? I am a basic AgentCRM user. What do I get when I upgrade? So you have access to pretty much everything that AgentCRM has to offer. You get Marketing Plus, which is an upgrade that gives you the ad launch, the ad review sessions, everything. You already have access to AgentAI, so you get that. You have the entire John Wetmore system. You get the personal onboarding and setup with our team. You get $500 in phone credits. So if you're doing the math and you're like, okay, I'm going to pay $750. You get $500 back immediately in as credits for your phone system so that you can start to use this to get people, uh, interviewed on your team, etc. Um, inside of Marketing Plus, you get the ads that we previously mentioned. John's included the funnels that he uses to send people. You get John's drip system that he sends out for people who sign up for an interview and then, like he said, sometimes the timing's just not right. You get his drip system with videos of him pushing your agency to the people that sign up for this opportunity. You get all of that. So it is $750 a month. That money will replenish. You put this system to use, it will bring you recruits. And then you get to get trained by John on how to make the system improve better and better for you. So one of the things that we may want to do, John, is, uh, in your school group, Um, we may want to do a live training on what it looks like to recruit without ad spend. I think that would be a fun, fun class to throw together. I think people would, would just flock to that. So, um, that would be fun because you're talking about a lot of ways to do it without ad spend. At the end of the day, you got to spend money to make money, but, um, you know, and this is, uh, this is an entire complete system. Eric Wilson is asking, John, what's the difference in paying a recruiter versus this program?
Yeah, I mean, I think that, um, a recruiter is still just someone to talk to people. It doesn't— a recruiter, man, doesn't— one, I, I have a funny— I'm gonna be— I'm gonna go on a tangent. You hit like a button for me. Like, I think the funny thing about, man, people want to hire a recruiter. Like, you know who my recruiter was, dude?
Was it you?
Yes, it was me. Of course it was me. Who the fuck else would it be? It's my company. Does that make sense? I never had a hired recruiter, dude. Um, yeah, I think, I think that, um, I think that a hired recruiter can be helpful at a certain point, especially if you have the ability to train them. I think they're amazing. And for me, I'd, I would want the recruiter recruiting. I would not want the recruiter sending emails and figuring out what licensing they need to send them and what state they're in and which form to send. I wouldn't want them doing that stuff, you know what I mean? I would want the recruiter doing what they're amazing at. And that's everything we've ever built, is to, is to keep us doing what we're amazing at. The reason I have staff is so I can show up and talk. I didn't do any of this shit. I don't know where this graphic came from. I don't know who bought the domain. I don't know who made the webinar link. I don't know who did— I don't know who did the email y'all got when it came to you. I don't know who did any of that shit. Dude, I showed up and I got a printout 5 minutes before we came down here and I started talking because I do this for— this is what I do, you know what I'm saying? And so my team made— there's lights over here, there's a fucking— what do they call this thing? A teleprompter in front of me. There's like wires everywhere. I didn't do nothing. I do what I'm great at. And if I have a recruiter, I want them doing what they're great at, which is recruiting. I don't want them doing other stuff. You know what I mean? So I just, I love if people have a recruiter, but my opinion is people use that so they don't have to recruit. And it's hard to teach a recruiter how to recruit when you don't recruit. You know what I mean? And for me, the agents were always the recruiter for me. I just, I want to teach duplication. And if I can hire one, cool. But if you can't hire one and I don't recruit, I can't teach you to recruit. Because I have a recruiter that does it for me. You can't do what I do, you know what I mean? So I want— I wanted to create— and this thing is so duplicatable, bro. This thing, it's so copy and paste. Everything I do is how easy can we make it copy and paste, copy and paste, copy and paste, you know? So again, it's— I don't know, dude. It's, it's, uh— I'm gonna show— someone said, can I share some? Can y'all unshare? Yeah, watch this. I'm gonna show— well, they have more— anybody other questions, type them in. I'm going to share the screen. Someone said something about having the workflows included is dope. So this is just one. Y'all don't even have to know what any of this stuff does. Let me move this thing out of the way. So this is like unlicensed. When they're unlicensed, you don't have to know what any of this means, but just look at all the yes, no, if-thens, if this happens, all this shit. Y'all can see this, right? Like, all this logic is built into what just one unlicensed person applying, all this fucking logic happens. You couldn't build this on your own today if you tried. I promise you. I'm gonna make it really small so you can see this. All this stuff happens. This is just one workflow on one step. You know what I mean? And you go into each one. Every one of these has— make this thing smaller so you can see, like, all the logic. All this stuff is built in. If this, do that. If this, do that. If this, do that. If not, watch this. Every single one of these has stuff, and you don't have to know how to do any of this. I, I did this shit, dude. I sat in my living room at all god hours of the night figuring this stuff. I'm like, what if we do this? What if we do that? Then Amanda would come in Monday morning and I'd be like, dude, you ain't gonna believe what I did. And I'd have to like show her all this crazy stuff, and then she would tweak it and be like, nah, this is this. And we would just sit here and work together doing all this stuff. Stuff, you know, but all the magic happens behind the scenes. And you couldn't— you know what you would have to pay to get someone to build this shit? One, they couldn't do it. They don't do what I do, you know. But this is just some, just some, just some glimpse into what each step is. It's not like this— I've seen people send me stuff, dude, because we, we do a lot of lead distribution, bro, behind the scenes, and we distribute into a lot of people's CRMs, and a lot of people white label GHL. and we send stuff. So we get access to see people's workflows. And I wanna throw up in my mouth at what some people sell. I'm like, that's disgusting that you charge for that, dude. It's 3 steps. Stop.
Yeah.
You know what I mean? I'm like, so like you got this, this is like the 7-month drip and it just, I love it. Keeps going and going and going and going. And there's just stuff for days with all this stuff.
Videos of John Wetmore pushing them to your opportunity. It's incredible. So, so it got a, I had a question. Somebody said, I already have my own GHL. Great news. You can literally clone your entire GHL account into AgentCRM. And then we will put the John Wetmore system in your AgentCRM account. You must have an AgentCRM account. This is not going anywhere. John has this on lockdown. He trusts me to make sure that it is safe and secure and only people who sign up for the John Wetmore system. Them get access to it.
So yeah, and to be very clear, we definitely let only AgentCRM see some stuff so y'all can't steal it and do it on your own.
Yeah, just—
yeah, in case anyone's wondering. Yeah, there will be limits on what you can see, but it will all work.
Yeah. Yes, yes. So John, let's close this out, man. It has been 90 minutes of value sharing the system, sharing what built. So let's close this out. For someone who's on the fence going, okay, I think I'm gonna do this, but you know, what, what if, what if, what would you say to that person who— they're building a team, they got— they want to add 100 agents. Final pitch.
I would say, dude, for me it's like you always come across those times, man, where you have opportunity to make a decision, you know what I mean? And some people pull the trigger and their world changes. And some people sit on the fence and they just kind of wish and was like, I don't know, is it, can I figure it out? It's a lot. Should I do it? Should I not? It's like, dude, someone in here, I can't wait till we share them because we're going to follow along stories like a guy like Ashton. You know what I mean? We're going to kind of follow along. And in 3 years, he's going to have a team so mother effing big. He's going to go like, why didn't you charge me like $8,000 a month? You know what I mean? But I just, dude, there's, there's times where opportunity. Is available to you, and this is one of them, you know. And, and being one of the first, um, gives you access to stuff you aren't going to have forever, because at some point this is going to be so wanted I'm not going to have to do monthly calls. I promise you I won't be doing these forever. There's zero chance I'm going to be doing these for the rest of time. This is like a, you're getting started now, you get some extra shit. In a few years it's going to be— in probably not a few years, I bet in a few months, dude, this thing's going to probably be more expensive, and I'm going to have less access to me because I can only— I'm one guy. I can only do so many things in a day. You know what I mean? So I just— it's— this is an opportunity you probably aren't going to have very long because I'm— I cannot— again, I'm building bigger and better things. And one day, I know me, I'll be bored with this part and I'll be moving on to something bigger. It'll still be available. It just won't have access to what you have access to today. You know what I mean? So I just— I don't know, man. If you want to build something, dude, take it. Take a shot on yourself, believe in yourself, take a chance. You know what I mean? Like, you can do this too. I'm just a guy who decided to take action. Alex is just a dude who decides to take action every day, you know? And, and maybe you're someone that sits on the fence a lot. I'd say it's time to get off the damn fence and let's, let's make something happen in your world.
Yep, yep. And if you sign up now, the price will not go up on you.
Eric Wilson.
I like him.
I don't know who Eric is, but he's a one-man show. I like him. He's put a lot of cool comments in here. Yeah.
So Eric wants to know, he's a one-man show right now. He's looking to build his team. I like, oh, you know, he's a one-man guy. Should he, should he take action on this?
I mean, if he wants to, if he wants to be serious, dude. Yeah, again, it can bring in a few people a week and it can bring in 100 a week. It's like, why start with crayons and napkins if you don't have to? Right? You know I'm saying? It's like, what's the, what's the point? Again, it's so cheap, dude. Sell one app a month, it pays for itself. Get a little bit of volume from a team, it pays for itself. You know, if I could have had this at the beginning, bro, oh my God. Oh dude. But again, I learned a lot and it gives me the ability to be here today doing what I'm doing because I went through the pain, you know. And it's painful, I promise, dude. I understand what recruiting is like. I understand how hard it is, all the headache and the remembering, all the stuff that comes with it, you know. And again, The stuff doesn't necessarily go away fully, but it helps you not have to do BS work so you can do more stuff, which allows you to talk to more people, which allows you to weed through more people and find more winners and get more winners on the phone and get them trained and get them leads and get them in the field and do what you do great. You sell insurance now, you're great at it. Why do you want to be dicking around with sending emails? On your own and writing that. Like, I used to draw my team, dude. I could still do what I did. Amanda's laughing. I used to draw my team out. You ever— anybody from like the old, like, Amway MLM days? The guys who built a lot of these insurance businesses come from there and they draw like the circles, hierarchy circles. You ever seen them where you draw the circle? Here's me and you go over here and there's your leg 1 and leg 2 and leg 3. Dude, I used to draw my hierarchy out every day. Every day I was taught to do it. Get a piece of paper, I draw out the hierarchy, and then I put their volume that they had for the previous month. And every day we're bringing new people in, so I had to add them. I had to put what their comp was, and then I would put where they're at. And I would have to— I'd have to go off the circles, and that's who I would call every day to check on. Well, I would build out the hierarchy, dude, every day with circles everywhere. This one's direct to this one, and this one's direct to this one, and this one just recruited their cousin. And this one just got their sister started. They're in class. Let me call them and welcome to the team. And dude, I'm like, you don't have to do none of that if you don't want to. You know what I mean? Like, I learned a lot doing it, but shit, what's the point? It wasn't super effective, you know, where I can do the same thing. I could still look at my team every day. I can still call the people. I just don't have to waste the time doing the stuff. So, you know, I was a one-man show one day too, bro. I remember it clear as day. I was one dude out there doing interviews in my car, driving around, calling people off Craigslist ads, bro, by myself. Before Amanda, before anybody. There was no— there was no team, there was no staff. There was me. And I'm like, yo, fax me your contracting paperwork. And they'd fax that shit. It'd be upside down, sideways, bubble gum, chocolate stains on it. Some one page would not come through the scanner right. And you know, I mean, then they came to the the little scanner apps that was after faxes where you could take pictures and it scanned it in and they'd send them to me and I'd have to print them all out and organize them and fucking FedEx them to the carriers.
I come from those days like, you know, I mean, like John Wetmore system, the whole thing's automated.
I got— I understand one man show, bro. I was one of those for a long time. I did it far too long. 2012. I didn't hire a manager until 2017 and I had 40+ agents selling. And it was just me, you know. So it's like you guys get that, that knowledge. That was a mistake. I should have hired staff so much earlier than I did, but I didn't because I was scared to make a decision. I was scared to pull the trigger, you know. And it's like y'all get to benefit from that because I did, I did all of the con— I did all of the process for onboarding when I had 40 writing agents. Not 40 like contracted and they fake work here. I had 40 agents getting paid every month when I hired Amanda. You know, I love it. So all that's in this. So pull the trigger. Don't be a wuss. Hey, D-BAB. Do y'all remember the D-BAB talk? Anybody hear it? Who knows what it means? Who remembers?
8%.
Come on, someone's got to know. I know someone out there remembers it or saw it or knows what I really mean. So how about D-BAB to all of you? And those that don't know, someone might put it in the chat. Or watch my shit, you'll know what it means. Someone's got to know what it means.
I'm saying I do know. They're not going to tell them.
Yeah, tell them.
You—
I'm gonna tell them. There we go. Thank you. You said it, not me.
I love it. I love it. So you guys, we're going to close this out. John, thank you so much for trusting Agent CRM with this. You built an incredible system. We're excited to onboard the people who are jumping in and saying, yes, I'm in 100%. Uh, for those of you who are on the call right now, um, and have not signed up yet, thank you for attending. And I'm excited to work with you in the near future in whatever capacity that is. But if you're looking to build a team, you should definitely jump on the John Wetmore system. Um, and that's, that's a wrap, guys. So we're going to send out the replay to y'all for you who are like, Man, I want to review this. I want to think about it. I want to process this. You're going to get the replay. For those of you who have taken action, amazing. You're going to get a link so you can schedule your onboarding with AHA, work with me and the team to get rocking and rolling. You'll also get a link to the first monthly Zoom call that we're going to do with John. That'll be coming up soon. Um, and that's it. So thank you, John. Thank you, Amanda, for running this entire meeting behind the scenes. You're a hero. This was so smooth. Um, so yeah, what a rock star. Thanks, guys. Later.
Talk to you later.
