I stopped getting, I want to think about it. Why? Because I could see it coming. Because people weren't tracking with me in a sales situation. And instead of me fighting them and arm wrestling them to see it my way, to try to convince them to buy life insurance, if they weren't convincing me why their family needed life insurance and how urgent it was, I get up and leave. So I don't get think about it. I just leave. I can do that if I'm seeing 30 people a week. And it's not because I'm mean, but if you're going to make me arm wrestle you for a sale, I'm just not— it's not for me. Right. And I can teach that easier than I can teach— I can teach anyone to run 30 appointments a week. I can't teach everyone to have a really fancy script. Not everybody has the— not everybody has that ability, but everyone can book 30 if they just put enough phone calls, buy enough leads. And that concept removed emotion for a lot of people in our agency. And that's what I did really well, is like, let me remove the emotion from you and look at this the way I look at it. And again, 30 appointments a week isn't that much. It's 7, 4 days a week. I know you run 12 million appointments during your season. I don't, I don't, I don't do that many.
