No different than the baby. You're gonna have to coach through stages, and when she falls down, you'll be like, the hell's wrong? You know what I mean? Like, it's part of it. So we have to have this like dynamic ability with our agents and people we're working with to have that level of self-control, because if you show frustration towards them, they're already frustrated. You're giving them no hope. So if I can make something like a chargeback, a no-show, I can— I mean, I was talking to someone about the multi-six-figure roll-up this morning. But I was like, made him think no big deal. Because in the big scheme of things, if he does this business right, it won't be a big deal. Today it is a big deal, but I've gotta get him to see the future and understand that today may be a big deal. But if you make it a big deal and you drag it out for years, you may never hit this level where it's not a big deal. So something as simple as a chargeback, a cancel, a no-show, all the stuff that people get frustrated over, like Shawn Mike says, you ain't got terminal cancer. We gotta learn to put things in perspective for people. And it's our job to help control their emotions to some extent.
