People always ask, and the reason I'm asking that is people go like, how do you know when you got a great agent coming? Do you know when he's going to be? I'm like, bro, I could figure that shit out, right? You know what I mean? It's like, it's learning how to, I don't know, when they're not doing the thing for me, when they're not doing the shit that they say they're going to do, I tap out. Because I think in our business, most people struggle recruiting and building because they think everyone's going to be great and they see potential in people. You know what I'm saying? A lot of people get stuck there. They see his potential and he's not doing it and they want to fucking drag his ass to success. But maybe he's fucking content. Maybe he doesn't give a shit. Because I, like, I used to put my expectations on him. Not him specifically, because I don't know him, but y'all know what I mean. For me, in that world, it's like, dude, can you just do the shit you say you're gonna do? To me, that's a great agent. And now if he sells fucking $80 grand a year, a million, dude, if he's coachable, does the shit he says he's gonna do, and communicates, he's great. When you don't do those, you're not great. For me.
