Three layers to scaling: master a skill and teach it, train others to become teachers, then enable them to train more people without you. Most high performers can't teach, which kills growth.

To scale, not to start recruiting necessarily or start the process of building, but to really scale the shit out of something, you just learn how to do it. It's kind of layer 1. Be able to teach how to do it, layer 2. You want to really blow up, you got to be able to teach someone how to teach it. That makes sense. So for you to do it, step 1. But there's a lot of people who do, do it at a high level and then can't teach her how to do it. That's a roadblock for a lot of people. And then the next level is you might be really good at teaching it, but you have no earthly idea how to get her to train him. If you can't figure out how to get her to duplicate that with him without you, not Not that you can't help her along the way, but if you can't figure out how to get her to be able to teach it, you just won't scale as big. Let's pretend everyone here is in my group, and let's pretend all the volume is there, and I'm teaching y'all all the stuff I'm teaching over the next couple days. Imagine if we took all the messages we learned here today and you start teaching that in another layer. That means the message from here is spreading. That's where the real scale came from, from me.
