Here's the thing. You only got so many levers to move. You can either sit with more people, which takes calling more people and/or more leads, or the skill set needs to get so much better that you're booking a higher percentage. But you're not in control of that. Does that make sense? I don't like the lack of control. When I started, I had to use vodka to get over the fear of dialing. Does that make sense? Like, I was nervous, but I wanted to own the skill set that generated money. The question is, are you willing to learn a new skill set if you don't want to add time? Because time is one of the levers. I can add more time. I can book more, meaning I want to start working earlier. The other lever you can pull is you can buy more leads. So you go, here's more leads, call more of them. But that's going to take a cash investment. So you have to decide which of those you're willing to move. Me, at my stage where I was at, I was willing to move all of them. I'm like, dude, I'll work earlier, I'll work later, I'll buy more leads, and I'll make phone calls. Does that make sense? But you got to pick what feels right for you. So I would really sit back and go, is that the lever I want to pull? Because the other two you said you don't want to pull. And if you're not willing to pull any of them, you need to change your expectations.
