As you're building your agency, you ever see like those little baby puzzles and they're like 4 squares only? It's not a good puzzle, but I ain't trying to do this business like a 1,000-piece complicated puzzle. Like, you can run this whole business with those 4 things. All the weird things I just said about indexing— and can I be honest, I don't know none of that shit. I know enough to be dangerous if I had to talk about it, but I don't need to be a pro in every piece of this. It's irrelevant to build a big business. They're massively successful without that. Not saying those things aren't important, I just think too many of you put them first. And for me, I was like, why would I not do the corners first? Well, I didn't know any better, so I'm screaming it to you guys how simple this thing can be.
