Recruiting and training work better as separate jobs. The recruiter shouldn't also train new hires, and new agents prefer it that way. Real estate companies flip dozens of houses monthly without owners swinging hammers, so expertise can be delegated.
recruiting, what people do is they merge recruiting and training together. I separated them. I can recruit and not train. I can get you to recruit and train for you. If you're in my world, you can recruit, I'll train them. I don't want you training them, and neither does the new agent. Does that make sense? That doesn't mean you can't build a team. I know people who have massive real estate companies. They flip houses, 50 houses a month. They don't even know how to pick up and use a hammer. Fair?
