This is the way I like to do goals. So I like to kind of break it into 3 sections on my sheet. And here I'm going to put my goal, whatever your goal is, whether it's a financial goal. I wanted to be able to put my kids in private school early on. I wanted to get my wife a new house. Right. Those were my goals. Some of them, some of my goals. I have a lot of hefty goals over the years. 10 years ago, they were relatively small compared to today. But we all start somewhere. What I started doing next, and as many agents as I've trained over the years, I've realized they don't put things that they have to do behind those goals. You know what I mean? The actions behind that. So for me, it was things like I'd run I'd do 130 appointments a week. I'd buy more leads, whatever the things are you have to do. I was going to beat everyone else to the office, be the first one dialing. Those were the things that I had to do. And this is the killer that most mess up, because if you're going to put new things in place, you have to give stuff up because there's only so many hours in the day. And if you say, I'm going to do this new, well, you got to let go of stuff. And here I want you to put all the crap you got to stop in order to do the things to get the goals you want to do. And these are all your bad habits, all the stuff you know you're not supposed to be doing that you do.
