Dude, I started recruiting before I had anything ready. I was doing this part-time. I had a full-time accounting job, and I was recruiting on the drive to and from my accounting job. Think about this: what percentage of people out there do you think would like to make more money? 100%. So I'm like, 100% of people you pass every day would like to make more money, and you don't talk to them. That's another choice. For me, I was like, I'll just talk to them. It was really easy for me to go like, hey, you interested in making more money? Hey, this dude over here is teaching me to sell a bunch of insurance and make a ton of money. You open their conversation. The business is really simple. Some people are like, I don't know how to get people started. You all got started. You you can't tell people to do that piece of getting started. You don't know how to tell someone to get in class. You don't know how to point them to go like, you go there to buy leads. I mean, we overcomplicate things.
