Little Caesars makes a motherfucker ton of money. You know how much they make on a pizza? Under a dollar. So how do they make billions of dollars? It's just volume. Does that make sense? So in our space, it's the same concept. It took me 2 years to figure this out, and I wish I could go back in time and slap myself across the face because volume is what pays in every business. Does that make sense? Yes, it does. Why does the hotel make a bunch of money? They have a shitload of people that stay there. It's volume. So for me, the nos became comical because I knew I was making money from them. I just didn't. I literally stopped caring. Meaning if I dropped you a $20 every time you called someone, would you give a shit what they said? So the question is, can you control that when I'm not with you? I mean, it's that approach will lead to money.
