leads, work, training. And what I've learned is the people that are failing in this business, in their own mind, they're messing one, if not all three of these up. If you get all three of these down, you will print money in this business. And if you want to build a team, you still have to get leads, recruiting leads. You still have to work, and you still have to do that. Like, not only on them, on yourself, you know what I mean? So this works on both sides of the business. Most people don't get enough of these to be able to do enough of this, and they spend a lot of time doing this one so they don't have to do that one. And most of y'all are afraid to get this one because you don't want to hear the truth. That's the reality. Everywhere I go, no one ever disputes it, and that was my problem too.
