When I say work, for me, I talk about money-making activity. And when someone's new, I define what money-making activity is for a new agent. Just like when we're with a client, it's like, hey, here's what we're going to do today, Brian. Well, with a new agent, I say the same thing. Well, dude, based on what you want, here's what we got to do. And I explain that process to them. So for me, work, money-making activity, what are the money-making activities? If you're new and you're trying to figure this thing out, it's prospecting and presenting. Can you get 40 hours of that? Meaning if you had a timer, every time you called someone, every time you knocked on a door, whatever it is you do to prospect, If there were a timer sitting next to you when you're trying to talk to someone and the timer was going, and the second you stop, it turns off. Or when you're presenting, there's a timer going. If you can figure out how to add those up to 40 hours a week, it will change the way you can operate this business.
